Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  determine  the  effect  oflearning motivation, peers  on  academic procrastination and student learning achievement of student of the Departemen of Economic Education, State University of  Padang. This  research  is  causative. The  population of  this  study  are  students majoring in Economics Education, State University of Padang 2014, 2015 and 2016years a namber 337 students and obtained as many samples 77 students by using a formula proportional random sampling. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that (1) peers contribute to the learning motivation, (2) learning motivation, peers contribute simultaneously and significantly to the academic procrastination and (3) learning motivation , academic peers and procrastination contribute simultaneously and significantly to the learning achievement. The implementation from this Economic Education students will improve their motivation to learn and interact with peers and not take action to postpone doing assignments so that students of Economic Education can improve learning achievement optimally. Keywords: learning motivation, peers, academic procrastination, and learning achievemen

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of fieldwork experience and academic achievement moderated by students' activeness in organizing towards the readiness of Faculty of Economics students in 2016 in entering the world of work. This type of research is kausative. The population in this study was students of the Faculty of Economics in 2016. The number of research samples as many as 100 people and selected using the technique Proportional Random Sampling. The analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS 16. The results of the study showed that (1) experience of field work practices significantly influenced the readiness of Faculty of Economics students in 2016 in entering the world of work, (2) academic achievement had a significant influence on the readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics in 2016 in entering the world of work, (3) experience of field work practice moderated by student activity in organizing significantly influenced the readiness of Faculty of Economics students in 2016 in entering the world of work , (4) academic achievement moderated by the activeness of students in organizing has a significant effect on the readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics in 2016 in entering the world of work. Keywords: experience of fieldwork practices, academic achievement, activeness of students in organizing and readiness to enter the world of work

Abstract

This study aims to confirm and analyze the causative factor of learning difficulties on online learning during Covid-19. The population in the research is 107 students of SMA Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh and the sample is 74 students obtained using accidental sampling technique. The data is collected with questionnaire from 74 respondents who doing online learning during covid-19. The data will be analyzed using descriptive and confirmatory factor analysis. The result of the analysis show that motive factor, school environmental factors, the peer factor, family factor, community factor, study habits factor, motive factor, mass media are the factors that influences the causative of learning difficulties on online learning during Covid-19. From the results of the research analysis, recommended to students, school and families can work together in order online learning to run well.Keywords : learning difficuties, causative factors, online learning, covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) The effect of the product on buying interest, (2) The effect of prices on buying interest. This type of research is causative. The population in this study was the people of Padang City who knew about Cimory's products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The hypothesis is tested by F test and t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product has a significant effect on buying interest, (2) Price does not significantly influence buying interest.Keyword: Buying Interest, Product, Price

Abstract

Negara ke 6 di dunia sebagai pengguna internet. Berdasarkan hasil survei Polling Indonesia tahun 2018 diketahui bahwa pengguna internet di Indonesia 64,8% dari total populasi jumlah penduduk yaitu 171,17 Juta jiwa dari 264,16 Juta jiwa penduduk Indonesia. Pengguna internet terbanyak yaitu Remaja usia 15-19 Tahun. Perkembangan teknologi dan tingginya animo remaja Indonesia terhadap penggunaan teknologi merupakan peluang yang ditangkap oleh pengusaha agar bisa bergerak di bidang penyelenggaraan pendidikan secara digital. Daya tarik yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga bimbel online yang dirancang syarat dengan teknologi dan mudah untuk diakses membuat banyak siswa tidak hanya mengandalkan pembelajaran di sekolah dan bergabung diaplikasi belajar online. Aplikasi pembelajaran online di Indonesia seperti Ruangguru, Quipper, Bimbel SMART dan lainnya. Ruangguru bahkan menjadi aplikasi belajar online yang memiliki 15.000.000 pengguna di seluruh Indonesia. Daya tarik yang ditawarkan oleh aplikasi ruangguru sebagai aplikasi belajar online terbesar di Indonesia adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran video belajar beranimasi. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran Beranimasi mampu meningkatkan daya tarik siswa terhadap pembelajaran, memperkuat motivasi, dan juga untuk menanamkan pemahaman terhadap materi dengan baik. Pesatnya perkembangan bimbel online memang bukan ancaman bagi pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah, namun disisi lain menjadi tantangan bagi guru untuk mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa agar siswa tetap memperhatikan pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan oleh guru untuk bisa menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di sekolah adalah dengan membuat video pembelajaran beranimasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

Abstract

Reciprocal Teaching is learning model that consisting of four strategies are summarizing, questioning generating, clarifying and predicting. The using of  reciprocal teaching  expected to increase independence and learning achievement students on economic subjects. This study aims to see the effectiveness of  reciprocal teaching  for increase the independence and learning achievement  students on economic subjects. This study is the research of quasi experiment. The population in this study are all students of XI IPA class SMA Negeri 6 Padang. The methods in this research is  descriptive analysis and inferensial analysis t test using the SPSS program version 21. The result of this research are 1) There are no difference independence students by using  reciprocal teaching with the independence of students by using the conventional models. 2) There are difference learning achievement  students by using reciprocal teaching with learning achievement  students by using the conventional models. The using of learning models of reciprocal teaching isn’t quite effective in an increase in the independence of students learning. The value of effect size obtained againts the independence of learning 0,23 that included in the low criteria. If viewed the percentage based on the curves normal 0 to Z can be obtained a number of 0,0948, that is the contribution of learning models of reciprocal teaching in an increase in the independence of learning students which amounted to 9,48%. But the using of learning models of reciprocal teaching is effective in an increase learning achievement  students, it looks based on the accounts effect size then found the number of 0,71 with high criteria. If viewed the percentage based on the curves normal 0 to Z can be obtained a number of 0,2711, that is the contribution of learning models of reciprocal teaching in an increase learning achievement  students  which amounted to 27,11%. In the use of reciprocal teaching models teacher should have a lot times and the students are expected for increase their ability in the search of information related on economic subjects.Keyword: reciprocal teaching, independence, learning achievement

Abstract

Era globalisasi ditengah pandemi saat ini menjadikan ekonomi digital terus menunjukkan perkembangan seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi era revolusi industri 4.0. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin baik tentunya juga dapat di jangkau oleh penggiat ekonomi di tengah masyarakat. Baik ekonomi skala kecil dan menengah maupun skala besar. Mahasiswa dengan kematangan ilmu teori yang lebih dalam serta akses komunikasi yang lebih luas diharapkan mampu menjadi pelopor perkembangan ekonomi digital.  UMKM jasa jahit merupakan suatu usaha yang dalam kegiatannya secara langsung melayani konsumen akan memakai jasanya, seperti mengukur, fitting dan lain sebagainya. Kondisi COVID 19 saat ini membuat UMKM jasa jahit terkena dampak yang sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan jasa mereka. Dalam enam bulan terakhir semenjak COVID 19 diberitakan, terutama di kota padang yang memiliki kasus penderita COVID 19 yang signifikan, aktivitas masyarakat sangat dibatasi. Hal ini menuntut UMKM jasa jahit untuk dapat mengikuti kondisi dengan harus memulai usaha mereka melalui daring. Namun UMKM jasa jahit di Kota Padang dihadapkan dengan permasalahan minimnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi  serta bagaimana cara memasarkan produk, Mitra hanya berpikiran menjalankan usaha secara manual.  Berdasarkan paparan diatas maka sudah sepatutnya UMKM jasa jahit dikota Padang mendapatkan bimbingan berupa penggunaan teknologi atau aplikasi e-commerce yang memudahkan mereka untuk menjangkau pelanggan, serta penyediaan aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan untuk menemukan UMKM jasa jahit secara online. Beranjak dari kondisi ini maka perlu diciptakan aplikasi e commerce untuk membantu UMKM dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan sebagai upaya less contact economy di masa pendemi covid 19 ini

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low of study result of Economic Education Student in Business English course. but there are several factors that influence learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the influence of Learning Interests, How to Learn, and Use of Web E-Learning in Economic Education Students Faculty of Economics UNP.The type of research used is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 90 people. While the number of research samples determined based on Slovin formula as many as 73 people and selected by using proportional random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, determination, F test and t test.The result of research shows 1) interest in learning, way of learning, and the use of E-Learning have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students majoring in economics education in Business English courses 2) interest in learning have a significant effect on the students' learning achievement majoring in economic education in Business English, 3) how learning has a significant effect on the students 'learning achievement in the field of economics education in Business English, 4) the use of E-Learning has a significant effect on the students' achievement in economics education at the Business English course. Keyword: Interest learning, How to Learn, and Use of UNP E-Learning Web

Abstract

In the industry 4.0 era, it requires individual skills and abilities to continue to exist and be able to keep up with developments in the economy which will be dominated by technology. Humans are no longer required to become workers but are required to create a jobs, therefore it takes the character of entrepreneurship in individuals so as not to position themselves as job seekers who will be defeated by technology, but are expected to become job creators who will be supported by technological developments. The character of the entrepreneur can be instilled through learning or education. The teacher as a facilitator in learning can incorporate elements of entrepreneurial character into economic subjects. The character of the entrepreneur is the locus of control, willing to take risks, creativity and the ability to build good social relationships. To achieve this, learning in high school must be planned in several stages, first, implemented and controlled to achieve the objectives, namely; produce graduates who have an entrepreneurial mind, secondly, habituating the application of entrepreneurship through teaching and learning activities, applying characteristic values and integrating entrepreneurship into learning, third, teaching and learning activities are carried out through planning to open entrepreneurial insights, instill entrepreneurial attitudes, provide practical knowledge and provide knowledge the initial experience of trying, by involving students in learning, is expected to instill concepts, instill attitudes, technical understanding and provide entrepreneurial experience. Keywords : character, entrepreneurial character, education, economy
