Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat kontribusi persepsi father involvement terhadap moral intelligence pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dari penelitian adalah siswa SMA di Sumatera Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 107 orang. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Moral Competency Inventory dan Skala Inventory of Father Involvement. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi persepsi father involvement terhadap moral intelligence sebesar 19,2%.

Abstract

Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO) merupakan perasaan takut ketinggalan atau kehilangan suatu momen berharga milik orang lain. Sehingga hal ini menyebabkan seorang individu merasa harus terhubung dengan orang lain. Individu yang merasa harus selalu tetap terhubung dengan orang lain cenderung mengarah pada kontrol diri yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi Kontrol diri terhadap Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO) pada Mahasiswa Pengguna Instagram di Universitas Negeri Padang. Sebanyak 346 orang mahasiswa aktif pengguna instagram di Universitas Negeri Padang menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Accidental Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu alat ukur Kadri (2022) yang sebelumnya sudah di adaptasi dari Mohammad Ali Hasan Abdullah (2021) untuk alat ukur FoMO dan dari Cindy Putri Wardani (2019) untuk alat ukur Kontrol Diri. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis penelitian yaitu analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kontrol Diri berkontribusi dengan arah negative terhadap Fear Of Missing Out. Dimana semakin rendah kontrol diri individu maka semakin tinggi FoMO dan semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah FoMO.   Kata Kunci : Kontrol Diri, Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of self-efficacy to teachers' work stress at SLB Negeri 1 Harau, the only public special school in Harau District. Teachers at SLB face complex challenges in dealing with students with special needs, which has the potential to cause work stress. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method to test the relationship between self-efficacy and work stress. The research population is all teachers at SLB Negeri 1 Harau as many as 20 people, with a total sampling technique. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire on self-efficacy and work stress which was compiled based on the Likert scale. The results of the analysis showed a correlation value of 0.795** with df = 18 and r table = 0.443, which means that there is a significant and strong relationship between self-efficacy and work stress. The regression test using SPSS version 29 produced an Fcount of 21.974 > a Ftable of 3.28, so that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. These findings show that self-efficacy contributes significantly to teachers' work stress. Teachers with high levels of self-efficacy tend to have better ability to manage work pressure and respond to learning challenges positively. This research provides important implications for the development of psychological intervention programs and self-efficacy improvement training for educators in an inclusive education environment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the correlation between perception of parental expectations and academic stress in tahfidz class students in MTsN 1 Bukittinggi city. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. Data collection was carried out offline by distributing questionnaires. The technique in taking samples was carried out in total sampling, involving 95 students from the superior class of tahfidz grades 7, 8, and 9 as participants. The data produced was analyzed using a product moment correlation test. The results of this study showed a significant positive correlation between students' perception of parents' expectations and the level of academic stress among students of the superior class of tahfidz in MTsN 1 Bukittinggi City, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.705. This shows that the higher the perception related to parental expectations, the higher the academic stress of tahfidz class students in MTsN 1 Bukittinggi City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi work family balance terhadap work engagement pada perawat wanita yang sudah menikah di rumah sakit pemerintah di Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah perawat wanita yang sudah menikah di rumah sakit pemerintah di Kota Bukittinggi, dengan sampel sebanyak 75 perawat wanita yang sudah menikah, yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan skala work family balance yang diadaptasi dalam versi Indonesia  oleh Rahmawati et al (2022) dari teori Grzywacz Carlson (2007)  dan skala work engagement (UWES-9) yang diadaptasi oleh Ramadhani et al (2019) dari teori Schaufeli Bakker (2004). Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa work family balance memiliki kontribusi terhadap work engagement pada perawat wanita yang telah menikah di rumah sakit pemerintah di Kota Bukittinggi. Besarnya kontribusi tersebut adalah 45,7%,.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara kelelahan mengemudi dan perilaku agresif pada sopir bus AKAP di Sumatera Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi sebanyak 97 orang, dipilih melalui Teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dikembangkan berdasarkan teori Houston Harris (2003) tentang perilaku agresif mengemudi dan Maslach (1993) tentang kelelahan mengemudi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi produk moment dengan bantuan SPSS 27 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelelahan mengemudi dan perilaku agresif mengemudi pada sopir bus AKAP di Sumatera Barat berada pada kategori tinggi. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,624 (p 0,001), yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara kelelahan mengemudi dan perilaku agresif mengemudi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of job satisfaction to work engagement among Generation Z workers. The entry of Generation Z into the workforce brings different behavioural patterns from previous generations, including a tendency to get bored quickly and a desire for constant renewal. These conditions can affect work engagement, so it is important to understand the factors that can increase work engagement, one of which is job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey design and involved 100 Generation Z participants selected using accidental sampling techniques. The research instruments consisted of the 36-item Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) to measure job satisfaction and the 9-item Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) to measure work engagement. Data analysis was performed using simple regression. The results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work engagement (β = 0.171; p < 0.001) with an R² value of 0.541, which means that 54.1% of the variation in work engagement can be explained by job satisfaction. These findings indicate that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the work engagement demonstrated by Generation Z workers. The results of this study can serve as a basis for organisations in designing strategies to increase job satisfaction in order to strengthen work engagement.
