Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang meninjau 3 aspek yaitu: (1) kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman; (2) kompetensi pedagogik; dan (3) hubungan kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru. Terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru , sesuai hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman menggunakan metodologi penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 91 orang guru yang bekerja di SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman. Melalui penggunaan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling, diketahui sampel penelitian berjumlah 64 orang guru. Temuan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru SMK Negeri Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 84,74%. Kompetensi Pedagogik di SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman berada pada kategori baik yaitu 84,99 %.Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,244 dan uji keberartian korelasi 4,024.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Lewin Model in organizational development from the perspective of administrative staff at SD Negeri 27 Anak Air, Lubuk Buaya, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, West Sumatra. The Lewin Model, consisting of three stages unfreezing, moving (changing), and refreezing is a classic framework that remains relevant for managing planned change in educational institutions. This qualitative descriptive study employed in-depth interview methods and field observations with administrative staff at the school. The results indicate that SDN 27 Anak Air applies the Lewin Model particularly in managing major changes such as curriculum transitions, while routine organizational development activities tend to follow the Action Research Model. Implementation of the Lewin Model shows varying effectiveness across the three stages: unfreezing involves coordination meetings and socialization from the education office; moving is characterized by dynamic adaptation among teachers with varying support needs; and refreezing is achieved after approximately one year when the new curriculum becomes established practice and drives teacher innovation. This research concludes that the Lewin Model is effectively applied for managing major transformations, though its implementation requires strong leadership commitment, adequate training, continuous support systems, and active participation from all school members to ensure successful and sustainable organizational change

Abstract

Diet adalah konsep yang familiar di kalangan ibu-ibu, dengan berbagai jenis diet seperti Atkins, keto, dan vegan untuk menjaga kesehatan dan penampilan tubuh. Namun, belum ada "diet" media sosial, meskipun rata-rata ibu di Indonesia menghabiskan 3-4 jam sehari di media sosial, yang berpotensi menyebabkan obesitas digital. Obesitas digital dapat menumpuk informasi, mengganggu fokus, dan menurunkan produktivitas. Program PKM tentang edukasi literasi digital untuk ibu-ibu majelis taklim menjadi sangat penting karena ibu-ibu adalah pilar utama dalam mendidik generasi. Di era digital, pendidikan generasi milenial menghadapi tantangan baru. Jika ibu-ibu tidak dapat mengatasi masalah teknologi dan informasi, akan terjadi gap generasi antara orangtua dan anak dalam hal teknologi dan pengetahuan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Membantu ibu-ibu terbebas dari obesitas digital, menciptakan kenyamanan dan ketentraman dalam kehidupan mereka. 2) Meningkatkan soft skills literasi digital terkait kecakapan digital, etika digital, keamanan digital, dan budaya digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemetaan perilaku digital, pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan pendampingan. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah artikel ilmiah, artikel media massa, video kegiatan, dan keterampilan pemanfaatan media sosial yang lebih baik bagi ibu-ibu

Abstract

This study aims to identify the differences in students’ learning outcomes between the final year of the COVID-19 pandemic and the year following the pandemic. This research employs a quantitative approach, in which the researcher analyzed students’ learning outcomes in numerical form for the courses Educational Administration and Educational Supervision during the January–June 2023 and January–June 2024 semesters. The collected data were processed using descriptive methods, a Normality Test, and a Normalized Gain Test. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in students’ learning outcomes between the one-year period at the end of the COVID-19 pandemic and the one-year period after the pandemic.

Abstract

Data-driven decision-making regarding school facilities is a crucial element of effective school governance, particularly in vocational high schools (SMK), which require efficiency and accurate information. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of an expert system for managing facilities in vocational high schools, developed as a web-based management information system. This study employs a mixed-methods approach—combining quantitative and qualitative methods—to empirically measure the practicality of the developed product. The study subjects consist of 14 SMK principals in the city of Padang. The quantitative approach was conducted using a questionnaire as the instrument, followed by statistical analysis. Meanwhile, the qualitative approach was conducted through observation and interviews. Based on the results of the quantitative study regarding the effectiveness test, it was found that all indicators—namely usability, technical performance, security, content and information effectiveness, usage efficiency, and user satisfaction—achieved maximum scores. These findings indicate that the Expert System Platform is highly effective; however, this does not imply that the product requires no further development. Qualitative research through interviews revealed that school principals desire the addition of news channels and alumni-specific data, even though the current model has been deemed effective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) capability and work culture on the performance of public senior high school teachers in Dharmasraya Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The research population consisted of 466 teachers, with a sample of 81 selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had met validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests of analysis, product-moment correlation, and multiple correlation analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between ICT capability and teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.744; (2) there was a positive and significant relationship between work culture and teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.812; and (3) there was a positive and significant simultaneous relationship between ICT capability and work culture on teacher performance, with an R value of 0.760 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.577. These findings indicate that work culture has a stronger relationship with improving teacher performance than ICT capability. The implications of this study emphasize that improving teacher performance is not sufficient through technology training alone; it also requires strengthening the work culture, including discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and professional commitment. School principals need to build a collaborative work environment and integrate ICT utilization into teachers’ daily work habits. In addition, the education office needs to design teacher-quality improvement programs that balance the development of digital competence with work-culture enhancement. It can be concluded that the synergy between ICT capability and work culture is an important factor in achieving optimal and sustainable teacher performance in the digital era.
