Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen menjadi kebutuhan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi untuk membantu kegiatan operasional, memudahkan manajemen dalam melakukan pengawasan dan meningkatkan produktivitas. PT. Telkom Akses merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyediaan layanan konstruksi dan pengelolaan infrastruktur jaringan. Permasalahan yang terjadi, dalam memanajemen validasi data hasil pembangunan fiber optik tidak efektif dan tidak termonitor dengan baik, masih dilakukan secara manual tanpa menggunakan sistem, sehingga dengan proses yang berjalan saat ini mengakibatkan adanya data pembangunan yang terlewatkan untuk divalidasi. Order validasi yang tidak tercatat prosesnya secara detail mulai dari order masuk untuk divalidasi, status order, pemberian pelabelan, dan proses pembuatan laporan yang memakan waktu karena dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terupdate secara langsung sesuai dengan kondisi order. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi yang dapat memanajemen validasi data pembangunan fiber optik pada PT.Telkom Akses, dengan menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melakukan pengelolaan setiap order dan menghasilkan keluaran laporan hasil validasi untuk keperluan manager. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tahapan penelitian mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan metode PIECES, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, dan perancangan sistem menggunakan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan rancangan prototype antar muka dengan teknil flat design. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode consistency analysis menghasilkan persentas 100% yang menunjukan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan diharapkan dapat dilakukan implementasi perangkat lunak sistem informasi manajemen validasi data pembanguan fiber optik. AbstractManagement information systems become a necessity for a company or organization to assist operational activities, facilitate management in conducting supervision and increasing productivity. PT. Telkom Akses is a company engaged in providing construction services and network infrastructure management. Problems that occur, in managing the validation of the results of the construction of optical fiber are not effective and not monitored properly, still done manually without using a system, so that the current process resulted in the development of data that is missed for validation. Order validation is not recorded in detail, starting from the entry order to be validated, order status, labeling, and the time-consuming process of reporting because it is done manually and is not updated directly according to the conditions of the order. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system design that can manage the validation of optical fiber development data at PT. Telkom Access, by producing a web-based application design that can manage every order and produce outputs of the validation results for the manager's needs. This study uses qualitative methods with stages of research ranging from identifying problems using the PIECES method, literature study, data collection, system analysis, and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams and interface prototype design with flat design techniques. The results of the evaluation using the consistency analysis method yielded a 100% percentage which showed that the design of the information system was in accordance with the needs and it was hoped that the implementation of the management information system software for the validation of fiber optic data development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance in Gen Z. This sort of investigate is affiliated investigate. The population in this study is Gen Z who are working in Indonesia. Based on these considerations, the number of research samples is 100 Gen Z who are working in Indonesia. Data analysis in this study using simple regression analysis. The results show that emotional intelligence has significant effect on employee performance in Gen Z.

Abstract

Karang Taruna di Republik Indonesia merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang akan menggantikan generasi orang tua mereka. Oleh karena itu, Karang Taruna perlu dilengkapi dengan keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Salah satu bagian penting dari teknologi informasi tersebut adalah aplikasi Microsoft Project. Selain belajar di sekolah, Karang Taruna di Pondok Aren, yang terdiri dari siswa setingkat SMA dan mahasiswa di wilayah kelurahan Pondok Aren, perlu memanfaatkan waktu luang dengan kegiatan produktif melalui media daring. Salah satu kegiatan yang bermanfaat dan sangat dibutuhkan adalah mengikuti Pelatihan Aplikasi Microsoft Project. Setelah menyelesaikan pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu membuat Gantt chart, melakukan penjadwalan kerja, menyelesaikan proyek, serta menggunakan seluruh toolbar dan menu yang tersedia di Microsoft Project

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of farmers in Indonesia's villages by using appropriate technology through online training. In this series of activities, villages with adequate internet infrastructure and a low rate of technology adoption are identified. The training was conducted online using the Zoom application and attended by farmers from various regions. The results of the pre-test show that the majority of farmers have limited knowledge about agricultural technology. After participating in the training, the final assessment (post-test) showed a significant improvement in farmers' knowledge and skills, with an average increase in knowledge scores of 60% and skills of 55%. High participation and positive feedback from participants indicate the effectiveness of online training as a method to increase farmers' capacity. However, challenges such as limited access to equipment and cost remain obstacles to implementing appropriate technology in the field. In conclusion, online training has improved farmers' knowledge and skills. Still, additional support is needed to ensure the sustainability of the application of technology in the field. These findings make an important contribution to the development of farmer capacity-building programs in Indonesia, especially in the context of the adoption of modern agricultural technology.
