Abstract

This research was motivated by problems regarding the effectiveness of e-reports at Padang City Vocational Schools according to teachers' perceptions. The aim of this research is to explore information about the effectiveness of e-reports according to homeroom teachers' perceptions in terms of achieving goals, adaptation and job satisfaction. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 248 homeroom teachers at SMKN and a sample of 73 people was selected using the Slovin formula and the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of e-reports in Padang City Vocational Schools according to teachers' perceptions obtained an average score of 4.17 in the high/capable category. From these results it can be concluded that the homeroom teacher's perception of the effectiveness of e-reports at SMKN Padang City is said to be high/capable

Abstract

Visi dan misi menjadi bagian terpenting yang digunakan agar dalam kegiatannya menggambarkan trackrecord kepada semua stakeholder untuk mencapai kondisi yang diinginkan menjadi perwujudan dari tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis cara merumuskan visi dan misi pada lembaga pendidikan formal. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature yang diambil dari buku dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil keseluruhan pada analisis studi literature review ini ialah bahwa penyusunan visi dan misi membutuhkan pengkajian secara mendalam dan penting melibatkan berbagai stakeholders untuk tercapainya keseluruhan tujuan yang diinginkan,   visi dan misi sekolah menyertakan adanya hal yang sangat penting mampu memaknai kepada segala aspek selayaknya saat implementasi identitas sekolah sudah termuat dengan membaca visi misi yang ada, perlu adanya supervisi ketika terjadi kesenjangan dalam tatanan praktis penyusunan visi dan misi walaupun pada hal ini telah dilibatkan seluruh stakeholders yang terkait.

Abstract

The development of technology opens up great opportunities to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools, especially in learning Indonesian. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to examine the application of digital creativity in learning media. Various sources such as journals, articles, and research reports are analyzed to identify effective technologies to use, such as interactive videos, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), gamification, online learning communities, and artificial intelligence (AI)-based applications. These technologies are able to increase student motivation, engagement, and understanding interactively and personally. In conclusion, the use of digital technology in learning Indonesian in elementary schools can create a more interesting and effective learning atmosphere

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a valid, practical, and effective problem-based learning-based managerial competency improvement training model for Islamic boarding school administrators. This research and development (R&D) research was developed using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments were interview sheets, needs analysis questionnaires, validity questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, and test instruments. The results showed that the validity test of the developed training model was in the valid category, with an average score of 0.91. The average scores of the practicality test given by the instructor and training participants were 90.00% and 90.72%, respectively, in the efficient category. The results of training activities showed an increase in the average test score of 40.77 points, with a moderate increase criterion. The effectiveness test with the N-Gain formula scored 0.65, with a fairly effective category. Additionally, the conclusion was that the problem-based learning-based managerial competency improvement training model for Islamic boarding school administrators is valid, practical, and quite effective.
