Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of developing an e-module (digital module) using the flipbook maker application to increase the understanding of Syari'ah Economic Law (HES) students at the Sheikh Nawawi Tanara School of Fiqh (STIF) towards English lecture material. In addition, this research activity is also carried out in order to provide input to the needs of aspects of language and English competence that are integrated with the study program that students take. This research is qualitative research (qualitative research) using a survey method through the google form facility in order to make it easier for researchers to get feedback on survey results. The results of the study show that 2 (two) things are the focus of attention, namely: 1) Regarding linguistic aspects, data can be obtained that 85.7% of students need material related to English expressions with competence. The language that students want is speaking skills that are integrated with terms, themes and narratives related to banking and sharia economics. 2) Modules in digital form (e-modules) are in great demand by students because they are very easy to operate via android, tablets, and laptops so that they are suitable for the world of students who can hardly be separated from android devices, tablets, and laptops and students can easily understand the material in the e-module because additional features can be added such as audio, video, image and so on to support understanding the material

Abstract

Supervision is supervision in the field of education carried out by people who have a higher position or position than the person being supervised, in this case it is a teacher.  Supervision is also defined as coaching given to all school staff so that they can improve their ability to develop a better learning situation. This study aims to determine the influence of collaborative educational supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah in improving the competence and performance of teachers in the implementation of learning.This research is a school action research that is carried out 2 (two) cycles. The aspects that are the focus of observation and attention to research are matters related to the main task of the teacher in the implementation of learning, namely the teacher's ability to compile learning plans, learning implementation, assessment, and how teachers compile follow-up plans from learning activities and assessment results that have been carried out.The results showed that there was an increase in scores from the aspects mentioned above between cycle 1 and cycle 2. This shows that there is an influence of collaborative educational supervision on improving teacher competence and performance in the implementation of learning.

Abstract

This article aims to provide knowledge and understanding about office administration training in today's digital age. Especially related to the capacity of managers in the field of office administration in the information age marked by digital technology. This study uses a deductive method. The method of discussion through observing the phenomenon of office administrative activities taking place in the field then involves theories and different perspectives expressed by experts in the field of administration and those who observe developments. technology development offered, as well as training for employees and office management games. Play an active role in every organization, because professional management of office administration will help organizational leaders have accurate, precise and timely data as a basis for decision making. The importance of the role of information in this digital age has led people to often refer to today's conditions as the information age. Deviating from that reality, each organization must position the office administration field accordingly.

Abstract

Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik menjadi penting bagi pendidik untuk menanggapi perubahan dunia pendidikan. Hal tersebut dapat direalisasikan melalui penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang merupakan salah satu wujud nyata aplikasi kurikulum Merdeka. Pendekatan ini akrab bagi sebagian besar guru bahasa Inggris di Kabupaten Demak, namun mereka masih menghadapi banyak tantangan dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Merespon dan menindaklanjuti permasalahan yang ada, tim pengabdian masyarakat UNNES menawarkan sebuah solusi yaitu penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif dalam rangka penguatan kompetensi guru dengan berbasis pada permasalahan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMP Kabupaten Demak. Pengabdian dengan judul "Penguatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMP Kabupaten Demak" tidak hanya mencerminkan kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap. Pertama adalah kegiatan penyampaian materi melalui ceramah dan diskusi terkait teori, prinsip, elemen, manfaat dan tantangan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Tahap kedua adalah praktik penerapan materi dan pengetahuan yang telah diberikan pada sesi pertama. Survei kebermanfaatan pada mitra dilakukan dengan hasil positif di atas 90%. Evaluasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan umpan balik dari peserta menunjukkan respons positif dari mitra. Program ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan oleh peserta dalam pembelajaran di sekolah mereka masing-masing sehingga prestasi bahasa Inggris SMP Kabupaten Demak akan meningkat sesuai dengan standar, memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan belajar siswa, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis. Kegiatan lanjutan dari program pengabdian ini akan terus berlangsung dan diawasi oleh tim serta mitra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi korelasi stres akademik dengan big five personality mahasiswa program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam angkatan 2017 di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 45 orang yang terdiri dari 17 orang laki-laki dan 28 orang perempuan. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan penggunaan kuesioner dan pengolahan data melalui tabulasi menjadi tabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kuesioner, yaitu skala stres akademik menggunakan Depression Anxiety and Stress 42 (DASS 42) dari Lovibond & Loavibond, dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,922, dan skala big five personality menggunakan skala International Personality Item Pool (IPIP) yang dikembangkan oleh Goldberg, dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,493 Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan product moment-pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, variabel big five personality memengaruhi stres akademik diantaranya pada dimensi oppenes to experience menunjukkan korelasi sebasar 0,293, dimensi conscientiousness menunjukkan korelasi sebasai 0,282, dimensi extraversion menunjukkan korelasi sebesar 0,311, dimensi Agreeablennes menunjukkan korelasi sebesar 0,235, dan dimensi neuroticism memiliki korelasi tertinggi sebesar 0,606. Mahasiswa yang menunjukkan kekuatan kepribadian pada oppenes to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, dan agreeablennes mampu mengurangi risiko terjadinya stress akademik, Tetapi sebaliknya, mahasiswa yang memiliki kepribadian neuroticim akan menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengendalikan diri dan berpotensi mengalami stress akademik lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Mindset affects the pattern of human life. Where the mastery of knowledge owned by humans also affects the mindset and pattern of human life. In life, to do something must be balanced with knowledge, especially when the context is a religious issue. In addition, existing thoughts are developed into critical thinking. Therefore, it is important that everyone understands to the extent that they can implement a philosophical approach. So that it can be one of the efforts to help in solving the problems faced. The method in this research is to use a descriptive method that provides a descriptive explanation of the results of data collection through literature studies. Which provides results regarding an overview of how the implementation of the philosophical approach in Islamic studies.

Abstract

Menulis teks narasi merupakan keterampilan penting yang memungkinkan siswa mengekspresikan perasaan, ide, dan pikiran mereka secara tulisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks narasi dengan media video animasi siswa kelas VII MTs Nenggala, Lombok Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK dua siklus. Sebanyak 21 siswa kelas VII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Assyafiiyah Lombok Utara dipilih sebagai responden, dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kolaboratif serta media video animasl. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes menulis narasi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, kuesioner tentang persepsi siswa terhadap metode pembelajaran, wawancara dengan siswa dan guru, serta observasi kelas. Analisis data dilakukan untuk menilai peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks narasi serta efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa PTK dan kolaboratif learning efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas VII di Madrasah Assyafiiyah Lombok Utara. Peningkatan yang signifikan terjadi pada siklus 2 dimana siswa telah mampu menulis teks narasi setelah video animasi diputarkan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar metode ini diterapkan dalam praktik pembelajaran menulis teks narasi untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa di daerah yang belum banyak mengenal internet. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode ini dalam konteks pendidikan lainnya dan dengan kelompok siswa yang berbeda. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Kemampuan menulis. Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) bertugas untuk meningkatkan kapasitas penyediaan tenaga listrik, tantangan terbesarnya adalah keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek pembangkit, transmisi dan gardu induk. Sesuai dengan perencanaan RUPTL 2021-2030, pada proyek PLTU Sumsel-8 evakuasi dayanya direncanakan melalui sistem PLN jaringan transmisi 500 kV sistem Sumatera yaitu SUTET 500 kV Muara Enim-Aur Duri, SUTET 500 kV Aur Duri-Peranap dan SUTET 500 kV Peranap-Perawang. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap proyek PLTU Sumsel-8. Hasil dari analisis integrasi aset konektivitas proyek yang menggunakan integrasi jalur 500 kV SUTET dan GITET adalah terkait schedule key date untuk back feeding (BF) yaitu pada Maret 2021 dan target penyelesaian proyek yaitu Commercial Operation Date (COD) pada Desember 2021 tidak akan tercapai karena pada jaringan transmisi SUTET 500 kV Muara Enim-Aur Duri kontrak proyek yang belum efektif dan direncanakan baru selesai pada bulan Desember 2022 dan kendala permasalahan pembebasan lahan, ROW dan IPPKH (Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan). Sebagai alternatif proyek PLTU Sumsel-8 menggunakan jalur 275kV dengan menganalisis terkait jalur interkoneksinya (single line diagram), analisis aliran daya menggunakan kriteria keandalan keamanan N-1 dapat diketahui terkait kapasitas dari jalur tersebut dan aset konektivitas mana saja yang perlu mendapat perkuatan pada jaringan tersebut. Sesuai dengan hasil analisis integrasi aset konektivitas proyek pada jalur alternatif 275 kV optimis selesai sesuai schedule key date PLTU Sumsel-8 untuk back feeding (BF) dan mendukung target penyelesaian proyek yaitu Commercial Operation Date (COD). Kata kunci: analisis integrasi aset konektivitas proyek, single line diagram, schedule key dates, project review meeting

Abstract

Islamic banking, based on Sharia principles, aims to establish a fair and ethical financial system by prohibiting riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maisir (gambling). This study examines the challenges of Islamic banking literacy, its implementation in financial sectors, and its alignment with Qur'anic and Hadith principles. Using a qualitative approach, the research incorporates literature reviews and case studies to evaluate financial literacy levels and identify barriers to adoption. The findings indicate that limited public knowledge and misconceptions about Islamic banking hinder its broader acceptance. Additionally, regulatory constraints and inadequate dissemination of Islamic banking principles contribute to these challenges. To address them, structured educational programs, policy interventions, digital literacy campaigns, and collaborative initiatives between financial institutions and academia are recommended. Enhancing financial literacy can increase public participation in Sharia-compliant banking, ensuring sustainability in modern economies. This study underscores the importance of an inclusive and ethical financial system, advocating for broader awareness and engagement with Islamic banking principles as a means to develop a more just and equitable economic framework.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using language in cyberspace or social media is trending with various up-to-date applications with the aim of being more effective and efficient communicating. This research really needs to be done because there is rampant communication that is not wise through social media, in addition, no one has studied this phenomenon from a language perspective. This research focuses on fake news texts in the media social context with a focus on discourse, namely the impact of fake news texts on social conditions. The purpose of this study is to describe in depth the problem of the threat of spreading fake news texts on social media to social conditions. The aim is to find out and analyze threats in the form of the impact of spreading fake news on social media on social conditions. Methods and techniques of data collection by way of observation, documentation of the instrument with a questionnaire. Based on the results of an analysis of the data found related to the spread of fake news texts on social media, it has an impact on social conditions in terms of aspects; (a) Aspects of media literacy, less wise in using social media; (b) The economic aspect, the motivation to live instantly is reflected in unhealthy economic competition; (c) Health aspect, reflected by people with unhealthy lifestyles and obstacles to health stability nationally; (d) Political aspects, the occurrence of dishonest and unfair political implementation in the process of political contestation.
