Abstract

This study seeks to enhance the logistics system of a logistics company through the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methodologies. The focus is on optimizing efficiency and quality within the logistics system to meet competitive market demands. The issue at hand is the potential for breakdowns in manufacturing and distribution processes, which may impede overall performance. The aim is to detect possible failures, assess failure risks using the Fuzzy FMEA method, and improve decision-making through the AHP method. The research methodology includes a literature review, data analysis, and the use of Expert Choice software for weight calculations and rankings. Data were collected from the decision-makers involved in the company. The findings show that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methodologies can effectively identify potential failures, assess risks with greater accuracy, and prioritize improvement measures within the logistics framework of a traditional bag factory. In summary, the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methodologies can enhance risk management and decision-making within the logistics system, mitigate failure risks, optimize production and distribution processes, and more effectively meet client requirements. This integration presents an innovative approach to improving logistics systems.

Abstract

This research is driven by the necessity for effective and high-quality maintenance systems capable of fulfilling rigorous equipment maintenance standards. The purpose of this study was to identify potential failures in an air knocker, evaluate the risk of failure through the Fuzzy FMEA approach, and optimize decision-making using the AHP method. This study was based on theories related to maintenance, Fuzzy FMEA, and AHP. The research methodologies employed comprised a literature review, data analysis, and the application of Expert Choice software to compute weights and ratings according to pertinent criteria. The results showed that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methods was effective in identifying potential failures, evaluating risks more accurately, and prioritizing optimal corrective actions in the maintenance system. This study suggests that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methods can improve risk management and decision-making in maintenance systems. This strategy assists organizations in mitigating the risk of failure, enhancing efficiency, and more effectively addressing process requirements. This methodology enables a more comprehensive examination of risk variables and the efficient management of uncertainties, as well as the decision-making process for assessing the risks associated with air knocker operations.

Abstract

PT. Indotruck Utama Cabang Jakarta adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak sebagai penyalur penjualan genuine spare part dan alat-alat berat (heavy equipment) berbagai jenis merek, juga tidak lepas dari masalah persediaan. Persoalan yang terkait dengan fenomena kinerja sistem persediaan terutama part oil filter yang seharusnya dilakukan proses order dengan mode pengiriman sea freight akan tetapi secara aktualnya sering terjadi proses order dengan mode pengiriman Air freight dimana tentunya biaya pengiriman atau pengadaan suku cadang menjadi lebih besar akibat dari stock out. Adanya pemborosan dalam biaya pengiriman dengan mode pengiriman air freight $23,199.00 dimana seharusnya biaya ini tidak akan muncul apabila stock suku cadang yang ada bisa cukup memenuhi permintaan dan pengiriman dengan menggunakan mode pengiriman sea freight yang pastinya lebih ekonomis.Evaluasi sistem persediaan dilakukan terhadap kinerja sistem persediaan saat ini yang kemudian dilakukan analisis untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem persediaan melalui penentuan kebijakan persediaan yang optimal. Dengan melakukan Forecasting (peramalan) untuk kebutuhan suku cadang untuk 1 tahun kedepan dan menghitung hasil peramalan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ).Hasil evaluasi untuk memenuhi permintaan akan kebutuhan suku cadang oil filter ini diusulkan dengan total biaya sebesar $ 54.188. Metode EOQ ini bisa menjadi pilihan perusahaan sebagai metode untuk melakukan proses order dimana ada selisih sebesar $ 10.612 atau penghematan dari rencana pembelian perusahaan dan diharapkan mampu memenuhi permintaan suku cadang dengan biaya pengadaan yang ekonomis.

Abstract

PT. Nipro Indonesia Jaya (NIJ) sebagai salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang Alat Kesehatan tidak terlepas dari masalah yang berkaitan dengan pencapaian output produksi yaitu proses perakitan Intra Venous Catheter (IV Cath). Rata-rata pencapaian output produksi IV Cath adalah sebesar 94% dari target perusahan yaitu 100%. Tidak tercapainya output produksi pada setiap bulan akan menyebabkan pengiriman produk ke customer akan terganggu karena proses produksi menggunakan sistem made to order. Dari informasi yang didapatkan dari dept. produksi, dalam proses perakitan IV Cath saat ini masih sering ditemukan pemborosan atau waste. Dengan metode Lean Manufacturing penulis berharap terjadi peningkatan output produksi produk IV Cath. Pemborosan yang terjadi diidentifikasi dengan seven waste. Kondisi perusahaan digambarkan dengan Big Picture Mapping. Analisa dilakukan dengan Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) untuk kemudian diketahui akar penyebabnya. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan nilai rata-rata tertinggi untuk pemborosan yaitu; transportation (54.8%). waiting (23.0%), motion (18.3%) dan inventory (4.0%). Nilai rata-rata dikalikan dengan factor pengali pada VALSAT, sehingga didapatkan VALSAT yang digunakan adalah Process Activity Mapping (110.67). Waktu lead time sebelum perbaikan adalah sebesar 8,992 detik dan setelah perbaikan menjadi 6,902 detik. Output produksi meningkat sebesar 10% dari 292,768 pcs/bulan menjadi 321,333 pcs/bulan.

Abstract

The study focuses on strategic leadership in developing human resource capacity at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital, Cempaka Putih. Hospitals as complex organizations require competent human resources to be able to compete in this competitive era. The study was analyzed using an interpretive qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews with two informants who are the top leaders of the hospital, namely the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Finance at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital, Cempaka Putih. The results of the study indicate that the hospital's strategic leadership towards human resource development is in the form of leadership commitment in human resource development starting from the selective recruitment process with established measuring tools and the process of developing existing human resource capacity. Leaders also motivate all employees from the managerial level to the staff in various meetings. Finally, leaders provide appreciation to employees in both cash and non-cash forms in the form of training and education.Keywords : strategic leadership, hospital

Abstract

Red chili is Indonesia's leading commodity. Red chili is a raw material for various food products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and others. Fluctuations in the availability of red chili commodity supply affect the price of red chili commodity products. Pricing can occur because of supply and demand. Un­cer­tain conditions also influence pricing due to fluctuations in raw material prices, ultimately affecting the price of carrageenan products. This condition makes price determination very difficult. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and design a pricing mechanism and determine the optimal margin in the red chili commodity marketing system. This study uses a systems analysis and design approach. Input-process-output (IPO) diagrams describe system requirements. Industrial business processes are described by the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) ver. 16.0. Meanwhile, to determine the optimal margin, Sugeno's fuzzy inference system approach is used by simulating the model in 3 margin scenarios: pessimistic, moderate, and optimistic. The simulation results were tested using the MAPE test, in which the results were compared between fuzzy price results and markup prices using markup values of 20%, 25%, and 30%. The analysis results show that the price is determined by demand and supply. The price obtained from the formulation of the Sugeno fuzzy model shows an optimal margin of Rp. 16,600.

Abstract

The selection of agro-industry location is essential in establishing, growing, and relocating agro-industrial systems for all forms of product development. In this regard, white copra has displayed a great economic potential due to export demand. To response this challenge, Indragiri Hilir Regency in Riau Province might become the most promising area since the location is lack of agroindustrial activity. Such condition leads to a excessive supply of coconut, which is in turn, causing the low price. This work aimed determine the best location for developing agroindustry for edible white copra based on multiple criteria. According to the findings, this research successfully created a new integration SCOR with Fuzzy AHP based on a multiple-criteria approach. At the first and second level, each option has equal rate of importance for each attribute and metric, while at the third level, corresponding to the highest importance, is the adaptability for increased shipping, procurement cost, days for coconut inventory, days for edible white copra stock. The fourth level, also corresponding to the highest importance, includes standard conformity, transportation facility, and the percentage of orders with the correct content. Based on the analysis, the locations showing the highest to the lowest importance were Tembilahan Hulu (0.194), Tempuling (0.152), Batang Tuaka (0.160), Kempas (0.118), Kuala Indragiri (0.100), Tembilahan (0.100), Teluk Belengkong (0.087), Pelangiran (0.080), and Enok (0.072). This research is expected to increase the development of edible white copra agroindustry in the Regency of Indragiri Hilir. Keywords: integration, SCOR, FUZZY AHP, multicriteria, edible white copra
