Abstract

Peramalan adalah metode untuk memperkirakan suatu nilai dimasa depan dengan menggunakan data masa lalu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Home Industry Arwana Food. Pada penelitian ini, penulis membahas mengenai analisis peramalan penjualan produk kripik pisang untuk jenis kemasan bungkus. Peramalan yang dilakukan mengggunakan tiga metode yaitu metode Moving Average, metode Exponential Smoothing with Trend dan metode Trend Anayisis dengan membandingkan tingkat kesalahan (error) terkecil, maka metode peramalan yang  terpilih yaitu metode Trend Analysis, dengan nilai MAD sebesar 161,3539, MSE sebesar 55744,16, dan standar error sebesar 242,947. Dari analisis pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan metode peramalan yang terpilih, peramalan penjualan terhadap produk kripik pisang jenis kemasan bungkus adalah sebanyak 1121,424 atau 1122 bungkus/bulan, artinya pihak Home Industry Arwana Food Tembilahan harus menyediakan produk kripik pisang kemasan bungkus adalah sebanyak 1122 bungkus untuk tiap bulannya.      ABSTRACT Forecasting is a method to estimate a value of the future using past data. This research was conducted at the Home Industry Arowana Food. In this study, the authors discuss the analysis of product sales forecasting banana chips for this type of packaging wrap. Forecasting that do use traditional three methods are methods Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing method with Trend and Trend Anayisis method by comparing the level of errors (error) the smallest, then the selected forecasting method is the method of Trend Analysis, with a value of 161.3539 MAD, MSE of 55744 , 16, and the standard error of 242.947. From the analysis of data processing that has been carried out based on the method chosen forecasting, sales forecasting for products banana chips are as many types of packaging wrap 1121.424 or 1 122 packs / month, meaning the Home Industry Arowana Food Tembilahan must provide products banana chips wrapped packs is as much as 1122 wrap for each month.

Abstract

Decision support system in development and Down-streaming of coconut-based agroindustry constitutes a meaningful approach for stakeholders in decision making process, in which it is semi-structural process in coconut agroindustry. This current work aimed to identify and analyze a method and approach in development of coconut agroindustry and its downstream, as well as to collaborate and criticize both stages. This work has reviewed 146 scientific articles from 5 main publication databases worldwide published between 2000 – 2018. The identification and classification techniques of this work included multicriteria decision making, financial feasibility study, qualitative and quantitative study, while the methods were generally grouped into decision support system, multicriteria decision making, multi objective decision making, smart system. Currently, methods in decision making system in the area of coconut agroindustry in both downstream and development stage mostly discussed in traditional perspective, without considering spatial intelligent decision support system which enables us to create decision faster. This work successfully built research framework as feed for further model development using smart decision making system covering development and downstream coconut agroindustry with integration of potential area mapping model, product development, and institutional aspect.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), begitu sering disebut, memainkan beberapa peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, banyak UMKM yang tidak memahami hak merek dalam hasil produksinya. Pendaftaran merek merupakan masalah bisnis yang penting, terutama bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di desa sungai luar, kec. Batang tuaka, kab. Indragiri hilir, riau. Pendaftaran merek memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik usaha untuk mencegah pihak lain menggunakan mereknya. Selain itu, pendaftaran merek juga meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dijual. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengadakan sosialisasi pentingnya pendaftaran hak merek dagang bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di desa sungai luar. Dari hasil sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat ini kepada UMKM bahwa UMKM antusias untuk mendaftarkan merek dagang mereka agar terhindar dari penggunaan oleh merek dagang lainnya

Abstract

The process of selling coconuts that occurs in the Sungai Piring Village is that the farmers sell their coconuts to Toke and then Toke sells the coconuts to the company. For the Sungai Piring itself, there are 3 coconut Toke who buy coconut from the farmers with different prices and different requirements. So far, farmers sell their coconuts to Toke randomly, so a decision support system (DSS) is needed which is part of a computer-based information system including a knowledge-based system or knowledge management that is used to support decision making. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is a weighted addition method to solve a problem. This is done so that the farmers can choose the best Toke to sell their coconuts in order to get a greater value.

Abstract

Coconut sugar SMEs in Bagan Jaya Village, Enok District, experienced product defects in terms of color, moisture content, and cleanliness. Based on this, this study aims to determine and analyze whether the system for implementing product quality control in the brown sugar industry is under control or not and to identify what causes defective products and proposed improvements. To achieve this goal, the Seven Tools method is used which is a method that can explain a process in supervising product standards and make measurements by taking corrective actions for a product that is currently in production. occur due to humans, methods, environment, and tools. To overcome this, it is proposed that workers focus on paying attention to the cooking time of coconut sap water and ensuring that the mold is free of dirt before use. IKM gula kelapa di Desa Bagan Jaya Kecamatan Enok mengalami cacat produk dari segi warna, kadar air dan kebersihan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah sistem penerapan pengendalian kualitas produk pada industri gula kelapa sudah terkendali atau belum terkendali dan mengidentifikasi apa penyebab terjadinya produk cacat serta usulan perbaikan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode Seven Tools yang merupakan metode yang dapat menjelaskan sebuah proses dalam mengawasi standar produk serta membuat pengukuran dengan mengambil tindakan perbaikan sebuah produk yang sedang di produksi.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cacat produk masih pada kondisi batas kendali namun cacat produk yang terjadi disebabkan oleh manusia, metode, lingkungan dan alat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diusulkan agar pekerja fokus memperhatikan waktu pemaskan air nira kelapa dan memastikan cetakan terbebas dari kotoran sebelum digunakan.

Abstract

The level of sales of copra coconuts fell during the pandemic in proportion to the decrease in consumer demand. It is a problem caused by improper handling in the supply chain. The Agroindustry needs to maintain and improve its supply chain performance. Objectives This research analyses supply chain structure, performance, value creation, and supply chain state. Performance measurement was carried out using the Supply Chain Operations Reference Method (SCOR), Analytical Hierarchy Procedure (AHP), and the Hayami method for added value analysis. CV. X comprises several supply chain members, including farmers, collectors, the copra industry, and consumers. Business push starts with farmers, collectors, industry, which produces products, and consumers. The profit rate for farmers is 3.5156 percent, and for collectors is -5.525 percent; the industry profit rate is -7,656,590.90 percent. Tingkat penjualan kelapa kopra turun selama pandemi, sebanding dengan penurunan permintaan konsumen. Ini adalah masalah yang disebabkan oleh penanganan yang tidak tepat dalam rantai pasokan. Oleh karena itu, agroindustri perlu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasoknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis struktur rantai pasokan, kinerja, penciptaan nilai dan keadaan rantai pasok. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan menggunakan Metode Referensi Operasi Rantai Pasokan (SCOR), Prosedur Hierarki Analitik (AHP), dan metode Hayami untuk analisis nilai tambah. CV. X. terdiri dari beberapa anggota rantai pasokan, termasuk petani, pengepul, industri kopra, dan konsumen. Bisnis push dimulai dengan petani, diikuti oleh pengepul, industri, yang menghasilkan produk, dan terakhir konsumen. Tingkat keuntungan petani adalah 3,5156 persen dan pengepul adalah -5.525 persen; tingkat keuntungan industri adalah -7.656.590,90 persen.

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas diperlukan untuk memastikan produk yang dihasilkan oleh pabrik memenuhi keinginan konsumen dan mengurangi kecacatan produk. Produksi pabrik sagu adalah salah satu produk yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Dalam penelitian ini, DMAIC—yang berarti definisi, pengukuran, analisis, peningkatan, dan pengendalian—adalah tahapan Six Sigma yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase jenis cacat tual sagu muda sebesar 50,12 % Dan persentase jenis cacat pati kotor sebesar 31,18 %. Nilai total DPO sebesar 2,926898, DPMO sebesar 2926898 dan SQL sebesar 26,5167 selama tahun 2023 adalah 2926898, yield adalah 15,9106 dan hasil SQL 26,5167 yang menggambarkan bahwa hasil tersebut termasuk pada level sigma satu yang berarti sangat tidak kompetitif serta hasil FMEA untuk tual cacat atau tual sagu muda mencapai 140 RPN. Model pengendalian kualitas ini memberikan gambaran evaluasi untuk pabrik untuk meningkatkan kualitas sesuai keinginan konsumen.

Abstract

Environmental problems are becoming an increasingly urgent global issue to be addressed. One of the problems faced is the uncontrolled increase in waste volume, especially in urban areas and large institutions. Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi, as one of the higher education institutions, has the responsibility to participate in environmental conservation efforts. Waste bank is a program that aims to reduce the volume of waste by collecting, sorting, and recycling waste that can be resold or processed into useful products. There are several benefits of waste banks including, in terms of the environment, reducing the volume of waste disposed of in landfills, reducing pollution, and encouraging recycling. In terms of economy, it can provide economic value from waste, create jobs, and support the circular economy. The various roles of the Waste Bank at the University are as a means of education and environmental awareness that serves as an educational tool for students and staff about the importance of sustainable waste management. The Waste Bank also provides opportunities for students and staff to be actively involved in waste management programs. It not only improves practical skills in waste management but also fosters a sense of social and environmental responsibility. The Waste Bank addresses waste issues that benefit the environment and the economy of the community.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit adalah tanaman yang tumbuh di daerah beriklim tropis dan menghasilkan minyak nabati yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Model rantai pasok dan nilai tambah pada CV. X berhubungan langsung dengan model rantai pasok dan nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari minyak goreng kelapa sawit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis mekanisme rantai pasok minyak goreng serta memperoleh nilai tambah dari CV X. Mendefinisikan dan menganalisis berbagai rantai pasokan menggunakan kerangka Vorst dan mengukur nilai tambah menggunakan metode hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggota rantai pasok pemasok CV. Perusahaan X adalah perusahaan penghasil minyak kelapa sawit, distributor dan konsumen. Nilai tambah kelapa sawit besar sebesar 80,909% dan nilai tambah kelapa sawit besar sebesar 66,666%. Oil palm is a plant that grows in tropical climates and produces vegetable oil with high economic value. The supply chain model and added value at CV. X is directly related to the supply chain model and added value obtained from palm cooking oil. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the mechanism of the cooking oil supply chain and obtain added value from CV X. Defining and analyzing various supply chains using the Vorst framework and measuring added value using the Hayami method. The results of the study indicate that members of the CV supplier supply chain. Company X is a palm oil producing company, distributor, and consumer. The added value of large palm oil is 80.909% and the added value of large palm oil is 66.666%.
