Abstract

Residential house in Perumahan Gadang Regency Blok P2 no. 33 Malang was built in 2005. Over time the building experienced consolidation, that it suffered structural and architectural damage. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the substructure (foundation). All planned construction will be supported by the ground. Passing on the load of the structure above the ground, other forces acting on the supporting ground of the building is the main function of the building structure which is usually called the foundation. The CPT results are presented in the form of a sonder diagram which records the value of CONUS resistance and sheath friction, then used to calculate the bearing capacity of the foundation placed on the soil. Data were obtained at the test point where the depth of the sonder test was stopped at a depth of 6.00 m. So that in the redesign of the lower structure of the residence it was determined using the type of deep foundation, a Strauss foundation was selected with a depth of 4.1 m and a foot foundation of 1.9 m. Based on the loading data and analysis with STAADPro software, it is planned that the dimensions of the Strauss diameter are 20 cm, the concrete cover is 5 cm and the number of reinforcement is 8, the diameter of the reinforcement is ∅12 and the stirrup is 12-150, h = 4.1m and the foundation dimensions are 80x80x30, reinforcing D13-150.

Abstract

The construction of vertical residential in Surabaya is one of the alternative supporting facilities and infrastructure to provide residential needs. Given that Surabaya is a center of trade, commercial, financial, and various economic activities including the governance administration of East Java. The construction of the Caspian Tower project uses the half slab precast system methods in the plate structure. The process of analysis in calculating plate structure refers to SNI-2847-2013 and SNI-7833-2012 to control the moment of the precast half slab. In the process of implementing this half slab method, will be comparisons with conventional systems in terms of implementation time and manpower requirements. Comparison of time and manpower requirements refers to field observation and interviews with parties directly related to the construction of this project The result of the analyses is of, D10-200 for half slab precast with the length of reinforcement overlap of 20 cm. D10 for the Hook Bar with the development length of 34 cm and a hook height of 4 cm with a distance from the edge of the precast 0.207x or 0.207y. D10-200 for plat insitu.,The result From the comparison of the two methods, the precast half slab method which is more efficient in its implementation time and Manpower with a difference of 13 days and 21 Manpower

Abstract

The increased development in Malang has a significant impact on changes in land use. The large number of new buildings results in a reduction in the absorption area which prevents rainwater from seeping into the ground, resulting in inundation. In the Malang Simpang Gajayana Road section, inundation often occurs due to lack of access to water to enter the channel and reduced drainage capacity. To overcome this problem, Street Inlet planning is needed as water access to enter the drainage channel. The purpose of this study is to obtain an effective inlet dimension. In this study the first data collection was carried out in the form of primary and secondary data, then data analysis was carried out such as hydrological analysis, hydraulics and Inlet dimensions. From the results of the analysis and calculations, it is found that the planned inlet dimensions on the left and right of the road are 37x31 cm with a grid size of 3 x 21 cm with 4 holes. Based on the results of the analysis of the Street Inlet condition of the plan, the distance between the Inlet and the type of Inlet is uniformed with the aim of reducing the inundation that occurs and can facilitate water entry into the Inlet in accordance with road topographic conditions. After designing this Street Inlet, the water conditions on the road surface that initially run off can be maximized into the drainage channel with the planned number and distance.

Abstract

Abstract Public transportation for passengers on the Malang - Kediri route is a transportation that serves between cities within the province, and this route is one of the very long routes with a travel time of ± 4 hours. Over time, planners sometimes need to re-evaluate the performance of Bus transportation to meet the standard values of the Land Transportation Service. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of public transport services, public transport productivity, and to make alternative solutions related to the results of performance evaluation of public transport services. In this study, the assessed public transport performance indicators are load factor, headway, frequency, number of operating vehicles, travel speed, service time, waiting time, travel time, and also indicators of service satisfaction assessed are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Indicators - These indicators are obtained from the results of dynamic surveys and static surveys. From the results of the evaluation of public transport service standards according to the Director General of Land Transportation, the performance of the Malang - Kediri route public transport is in the medium category. There are 4 factors for the satisfaction of passengers who have services with a high level of importance and low performance, while 15 other factors have a good / high level of importance and performance. The productivity of the Malang - Kediri route public transport is 31 pnp / day-vehicle. Alternative solution given is: improving service performance by repairing services that are not in accordance with service standards, and supported by the participation of the Government as policy makers and decisive action for violations of service standards, especially city transportation services. Abstract

Open space in the form of a lake to infiltration as well as a rainfall harvesting on housing (real estate) ranging from home and residential area to address the water needs are increasing along with the development of the growing city of Malang. The purpose of this study was to use excess of rainfall the rainy season an area of residential real estate that does not cause rainfall runoff into the environment outside the housing area. Research methods used to determine the topography of the study area and the proportion of land use in the form of a green open space and space awakened. Hydrological analysis includes frequency analysis of rainfall, rainfall intensity calculations certain return period, and discharge plans. The results of this study is the volume of water that can be accommodated on a residential scale. With existing discharge on Sukun Pondok Indah housing at 4,48 m3/sec in an open area and 41.59 m3/sec in the region woke up and discharge a total of 46.07 m3/sec. For a rainy day for 60 minutes to come by volume of 165,865.53 m3 of water. Housing Buring Permai for a rainy day for 60 minutes to come by water volume of 556,059.14 m3, Housing Permata Jingga for a rainy day for 60 minutes to come by water volume of 106,484.48 m3, Housing Ijen Nirvana for a rainy day for 60 minutes to come by water volume of 330,820.57 m3

Abstract

Disasters in the area of Technical Implementation Unit Office of Turen, especially those caused by water damage requires the prevention and treatment of good and effective. In an effort to manage critical areas and disaster-prone river in the region, especially in the working area, in need of maps and data critical areas and prone to such disasters. The expected result is the availability of critical distribution maps and disaster-prone areas related to water resources in the area of Regional Technical Implementation Unit Turen Malang. The analytical methods used are scoring Analysis disaster-prone areas and analysis of the level of vulnerability and the risk of flooding. Results of research on critical land get there in the districts and sub-districts Poncokusumo Wajak, while the level of vulnerability to flooding obtain flood prone land area of 137.36 km2 and is very prone to flood an area of 3:35 km2.

Abstract

The area of Jeruk and Maron water source has been determined as tourism development area in Area Lay-Out Planning of Malang 2007. This research is aimed to identify the physical characteristics and arrange the spatial development brief of Jeruk and Maron water source. Analysis method is used land capability analysis. Assessment is adapted with physical characteristics which is used the scoring method to appropriate land capability analysis. Assessment factors are viewing zones , topography , vegetation density and soil type . Determination of land value is adapted to land capability value. The research result shows that the area of Jeruk and Maron water source has a varied topography and altitude ranges from 300 to 337.5 meters above sea level, Alluvial soil type , soil effective depth is at a depth of more than 90 cm , and the average rainfall is 1761mm per year with 84.85 rainy days per year. Based on result of land ability analysis be concluded that the area of Jeruk and Maron water source is at high and medium class conservation land. The Brief of spatial planning to spatial distribution in the area of Jeruk and Maron water source is conducted to appropriate with zoning analysis result which it obtained from analysis of land ability as protection and utilization block. Distribution block is a form of attempts to form a synergy and harmonious order of site plan between activities in the area for conservation functions.

Abstract

University of Timor is one of the educational institutions located in Central Timor Regency (NTT) and very important role in improving human resources. In this thesis, taking the topic of planning the building on the foundation of the cobwebs. The foundation cobweb is a combination of conventional substructure which is a blend of flat concrete slab foundation constantly filled with soil improvement so that it becomes an integral composite reinforced concrete. These systems are specifically use the land as part of the foundation structure. This study aims to determine the strength of the foundation ksll meet q_a(Raft Foundation) < q_a(Foundations KSLL) and the cost required. The parameters used are from the test results sondir. The analysis starts from determining soil classification and load analysis. Then calculate the bearing capacity of the foundation, the maximum ground voltage, decrease, equivalent thickness, reinforcement dimensions ksll and budget plan (RAB) In University Timor East Timor Regency North. The results of the analysis of the maximum loading of 306.465 tons. Calculation of ground voltage due to the load of the building q = 5.352 tons / m². Calculation of the effective soil pressures (po) = 3.5022 or at 35.022 kn / m². Calculation of reduction / settlement total is 1.99 cm. Abstract

Commence a project ultimate terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta airport Cengkareng, Jakarta, there are two important factors i.e. time factor and rescheduled work. This two factors are so need to be optimized by putting items together effectively, either before and after construction. Management system construction reference to the assumption that an implementation of the project can be implemented with the integrated system approach and the consistent of processes by the stage project implementation, if very stage process of system was done optimization against any problem. Time as one of main variables determine success or failure a project. The owners project expects net operation or the production of project have done. The sooner finished a project, the sooner ‘return of investment’ and the profit gained. The case that will be reviewed is an important of construction management system for handling a large project. From planning and control work time until they reached time of development projects effectively. Recommended to the community that construction management is one of alternative to reach particular purpose limited by time and resources. Understanding a construction project was an attempt to achieve a results in a building form desired and maximum profit.

Abstract

The purpose of research expects the settlement arrangement with high density of the building that It returns the land function as water absorption for water conservation. The study goal knows the percentage of land with buildings and green open space in Malang and it is given the solutions for water conservation. The research method practices socio-economic analysis that it know population growth and economic activity. Analysis of spatial use pattern of experimentation area that It know physical suitability. Space structure analysis finds out residential pattern and spatial optimization, hydrological analysis, mechanical analysis and analysis of vertical housing structure. The results of research were obtained in Malang city in general there are 7.789 hectares of built land (70.77%) and 3.217 hectares of open land (29.23%). Klojen and Blimbing sub-districts have open space
