Abstract

This study expects Mapping Critical Area of Irrigation Land in UPTD Pujon to determine the criticality of the watershed is in the context of decision making related to issues of conservation and watershed management, especially in the handling of the floods and damage to watersheds in order to maintain food security . The purpose of this study is the availability of topographic maps, land cover map, prone to flooding map, Critical Areas Map UPTD Pujon Territory. Results from this study is the existence of maps and data as well as information related to critical areas and disaster-prone of districts in Malang, especially the working area UPTD SDA and Irrigation of Pujon. The research method used 1. Assessment Analysis of disaster prone regions namely climatic conditions, from the monthly climatological data that include wind speed, temperature, humidity, solar radiation and daily rainfall data. Assessment is for the provision of value in the slope class, soil texture class, the land cover and rainfall class. Weighting is giving value for each parameter influenced. 2. Analysis of the level of vulnerability and the risk of flooding to the determination of the value of vulnerability and risk of an area against floods. The results of this study can be found in the area of critical land Pujon districts, while the level of vulnerability to flooding obtain flood prone land area of 46.87 km2 and is very prone to flood an area of 2.89 km2. From this study can be used as the basis for decision-making on land use data changes so that the future use of land could be more ideal and friendly environmentalKata kunci:

Abstract

Mawaddah Medika Hospital requires personnel who have building expertise and require supporting equipment in terms of supervision and analysis to calculate building structures that meet standards. The purpose of this community service is the application of the Structural Analysis And Design (STAAD) Pro V8i application to calculate safe building structures that hospitals must provide to support their activities. The results of calculating the dimensions of the concrete and its reinforcement are based on the axial moments and forces carried on the Central Steril Supply Department building. Structural calculation method with Structural Analysis And Design (STAAD) Pro V8i. As a result of this community service activity, partners receive assistance in planning the structure of the building so that an effective planning implementation can be obtained.ABSTRAKRumah Sakit Mawaddah Medika, membutuhkan  kompetensi personil yang mempunyai keahlian Bangunan Gedung, serta membutuhkan  peralatan yang mendukung dalam hal survei maupun peralatan analisa untuk menghitung struktur bangunan gedung yang memenuhi standar.. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penerapan aplikasi teknologi  Structural Analysis And Design (STAAD) Pro V8i untuk perhitungan struktur bangunan gedung yang aman yang harus disediakan oleh rumah sakit untuk menunjang aktivitasnya. Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan prasarana pada Perumahan PNS Bumi Kanjuruhan sangat diperlukan dimana prasarana merupakan faktor utama yang diperlukan oleh penghuni disamping faktor lokasi dan kualitas bangunan. Memberikan pendampingan secara teknik terhadap pembangunan prasarana menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan ini sehingga hasil pekerjaan sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai dengan rencana. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemantauan terhadap jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan untuk menghindari keterlambatan pekerjaan serta pemantauan terhadap kualitas bahan yang digunakan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengawasan dilakukan pengukuran bersama akhir 100%  dimana dihasilkan pelaksanaan dilapangan sesuai dengan gambar desain awal. Ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan rata-rata capaian prestasi kemajuan pekerjaan minggu ke-1, minggu ke-2, dan minggu ke-3 masing-masing adalah sebesar 28,77%, 70,00% dan 100%, serta bahan bangunan yang dipakai sesuai dengan spesifikasinya seperti pengujian material pasir diperoleh kadar air 3,11%, modulus kehalusan butiran 2,30, berat jenis kering 2,68, berat jenis jenuh 2,78, berat jenis semu 2,95, penyerapan air 3,21% dan kadar lumpur kurang dari 1,4% serta masuk dengan penilaian zona 3. Kata kunci : prasarana; pengawasan; kualitas ABSTRACTImprovement of the infrastructure in PNS Bumi Kanjuruhan housing is indispensable where it is a primary factor required by residents besides the location and building quality factors. Providing technical assistance in the construction of infrastructure is the goal of this activity. The work results follow the technical specifications and the time of execution of the work incompatible with the plan. The method used is monitoring work implementation schedules to avoid delays in construction and monitoring the quality of materials used. The monitoring activities' results were conducted the final mutual check 100%, resulting in field execution following the initial design drawings. Timeliness of implementing work with an average achievement in the progress of work the first week, second week, and third week amounted to 28.77%, 70.00%, and 100%, respectively. Building materials were used following specifications such as testing of sand material obtained water content 3.11%, granular fineness modulus 2.30, bulk specific gravity 2.68, saturated specific gravity 2.78, apparent specific gravity 2.95, water absorption 3.21%, and sludge content less than 1.4% and entered with zone 3 assessment.

Abstract

AbstractThe method for measuring the level of customer satisfaction in the traditional market of Sukun is the Importance and Performance Analysis method. The purpose of importance-performance analysis is to obtain information about the level of customer satisfaction with services through measuring the level of importance and the level of implementation. The level of importance of service quality is how important a service variable is for customersThe data needed is obtained through primary surveys with interviews with consumers to obtain customer perceptions of satisfaction and interest as well as secondary data in the form of Sukun market land area, number of traders and data on existing facilities.The results of the analysis show that the average value of performance is 3.16 and the average value of importance is 4.34. Furthermore, the average number of performances is used as a quadrant limiting point based on the X axis and the average value of interest is used as a quadrant limiting point based on the Y axis.Keywords: Satisfaction, Community, Facilities and Infrastructure, Sukun Market

Abstract

There are methods to measure the performance of intersections, including the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual and the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. The 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guideline (PKJI 2014) is a form of updating from the 1997 MKJI. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing conditions at the intersection of Sumbersari road - Veteran road - Bendungan Sutami road - Sigura-gura road at Malang City to generate traffic signals on the intersection. From the results of the analysis of the time phase change solutions that have been carried out, the results obtained for calculating the performance of signaled deposits with the degree of saturation known as Sumber Sari road of 0.78 (Service level D), Bendungan Sutami road of 1.50 (F service level), Veteran road is 2.28 (Service level F) and Sigura-gura road is 0.32 (Service level B). The level of service at the intersection is still less than optimal, where the delay for each arm exceeds the specified limit exceeding the standard 60 seconds/skr.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik ruas jalan Dr. Sutomo serta mengetahui kinerja ruas jalannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI, 2014). Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) sebesar 0.231 pada hari kerja jam puncak pagi dengan kategori tingkat pelayanan B.  Sedangkan pada jam puncak siang dan sore masing-masing mepunyai nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) yaitu 0.150 dan 0.111 dengan kategori tingkat pelayanan A. Nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) pada hari libur kategori puncak pagi, siang dan sore masing-masing 0.068, 0.054 dan 0.064 dengan ketegori tingkat pelayanan A.

Abstract

Batu City is often used as a tourist destination city for the community, because it has beautiful nature and is surrounded by mountains and cool air which is one of its attractions. More tourists who visit are dominated by people outside Batu City, which results in higher transportation density. If this situation is not supported by good facilities or infrastructure in the field of traffic, it can have a major impact on traffic conditions. Traffic accidents that are very diverse, both in terms of the process of occurrence and the causal factors, often occur on the roads in Batu City. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause accidents on the Rajekwesi road in Batu City. The research design used is a quantitative method with descriptive and survey research types. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study are based on accident data analysis for calculating the average accident equivalent number (AEK) of 53. Factors causing accidents which include human factors, vehicle factors, road factors, and environmental factors, indicate that Rajekwesi road, Batu City is classified as a vulnerable area accident. The need for additional road complementary facilities can be one of the efforts to reduce accidents on the Rajekwesi road, Batu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the DR. Sutomo and to recognize the performance of the roads. This study utilizes descriptive methods and Guidelines for Indonesian Road Capacity (PKJI, 2014). The results revealed that the value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) was 0.231 on weekdays in the morning peak hours with service level category B. Meanwhile, during peak hours in the afternoon and evening each had a Degree of Saturation (DJ) value, namely 0.150 and 0.111 with service level category A. The value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) on weekends in the morning, afternoon and evening peak categories are 0.068, 0.054 and 0.064, respectively, with level of service category A.

Abstract

Wood is a construction material that is familiar to the wider community. Wood can be used in construction. The purpose of this study was to determine the specifications of the physical properties, mechanical properties, tensile strength and flexural strength of laminated wood (glulam), in jackfruit and coconut wood beams originating from the East Nusa Tenggara region in multi-storey house buildings. The tests carried out included testing the water content, testing the tensile strength and bending strength, testing the tensile strength and bending strength on glulam beams using epoxy glue adhesives. The results of this study showed that jackfruit wood and coconut wood aged 15 years and 20 years had an average moisture content of 15 years, namely 15% and 26%, the average specific gravity was 0.54 (tons/m3) and 0.46 (tons/m3). Meanwhile, the average water content for 20 years is 15% and 32%, the average specific gravity is 0.58 (Ton/m3) and 0.45 (Ton/m3). The tensile strength of intact and glulam wood of jackfruit and coconut wood was obtained from laboratory results on SNI 7973-2013 calculations, the average tensile strength of intact jackfruit and coconut wood was 84.40 MPa and 80.73 MPa. The flexural strength of intact beams and glulam of jackfruit and coconut wood aged 15 years was obtained from laboratory results on SNI 7973-2013 calculations of the flexural strength of intact beams for 15 years, the average being 71.81 MPa and 26.07 MPa. At 15 years of age, the flexural strength of glulam beams was the highest variation 1 and variation 2 (Jackfruit, Coconut, Jackfruit) mean 76.00 MPa and 41.85 MPa. The flexural strength of intact beams and gulam of jackfruit and coconut wood aged 20 years was obtained by laboratory results on SNI 7973-2013 calculations of flexural strength of intact beams, which were 80.27 MPa and 29.73 MPa respectively. At the age of 20 years, the highest flexural strength of glulam beams were variations 1 and 2 (Coconut, Jackfruit, Coconut) with an average of 80.40 MPa and 48.76 Mpa.

Abstract

Efforts are being made to increase the strength or stability of porous asphalt mixtures by adding HDPE plastic waste. The reason for making HDPE plastic added material is that it has the same properties as asphalt, namely thermoplastic has a penetration value equivalent to pen 60/70 asphalt. This study aims to: (1) Describe the characteristics of the constituent materials of porous asphalt mixtures and (2) The effect of adding HDPE plastic to porous asphalt mixtures was reviewed based on the Marshall Test, Cantabro Loss, and Asphalt Flow Down. The research method uses experimental research in the laboratory. The research will be carried out using the Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) 2004 approach. The research was carried out with pen 60/70 asphalt content, namely 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, and 6% to find the value of asphalt content. optimum, then will be added with a ratio of HDPE material 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% to the total weight of KAO. The results of the Marshall characteristic analysis for porous asphalt mixtures with varying levels of 2% HDPE have met the specifications on the grounds that all parameters have met the requirements of the Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA 2004) with a VIM value at 2% content of 18.18%, for a VMA value of 29.40%, while the stability value is 640 kg and the flow value obtained is 2.30 mm while the MQ value is 284.63 kg/mm.
