Abstract

Abstract: Community Service Activities is conducted in the form of one day training for teachers in using Microsoft Office software as one way to utilize information technology in delivering learning materials to students especially in SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai. The target in this activity is the teachers of Tamansiswa Suka Damai High School in District Pulo Bandring Kab. Asahan which amounted to approximately 18 people. This devotional activity is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Microsoft Office software as one of the media in facilitating human work. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is the stages of recognizing the tools that exist in the Microsoft Office software and know each function, while the practice method to practice the use of the application directly. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. The end result of this activity is expected to accelerate and facilitate the teachers in delivering learning materials to the students.Keywords: Microsoft Office software, teachers, students, information technologyAbstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan sehari bagi guru-guru dalam menggunakan software Microsoft Office  sebagai salah satu cara dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswi khususnya di SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru-guru SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai di Kecamatan Pulo Bandring Kab. Asahan yang berjumlah lebih kurang 18 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software Microsoft Office sebagai salah satu media dalam mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software Microsoft Office dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung penggunaan aplikasi  tersebut. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah para guru dalam meyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswinya.Kata kunci: Software Microsoft Office, Guru, Siswa-siswi,  teknologi informasi

Abstract

Pengembangan media online untuk penjualan sangat dibutuhkan dalam menyiapkan persaingan di pasar online. Website penjualan harus dikelola dengan bisnis model yang mengadopsi Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran online. Adapun blok-blok yang ada di Business Model Canvas (BMC) dapat menampung kebutuhan customer dalam pemenuhan pesanan seragam sekolah. Value dari model bisnis ini adalah customer dapat melihat track/jejak pesanannya pada website sehingga memberikan jaminan pesanan seperti terlihat pada halaman activity produksi. Kemudian customer diberikan service untuk kemudahan komplain barang dan informasi harga barang yang terbaru seperti yang terdapat pada halaman service. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of job ability, work involvement and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The results showed that: (1) Ability to work, work involvement and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. (2) Job ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. (3) Work involvement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. Keywords: job ability, work involvement, work motivation and employee performance

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to examine and to explain the effect of work environment on employee’s OCB that mediated by job satisfaction in the Civil Registration Service of Muna Regency. The approach of this research is explanatory research and data is collected cross-sectionally through the instrument of questionnaire. The population of this study is all civil servants in the Population and Civil Registration Service of Muna Regency with 28 employees as respondents. Analytical equipment used to test the hypothesis of this research is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed a partially significant effect of the work environment on job satisfaction, but the employee’s OCB has no significant effect. Then job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee’s OCB. Finally the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction acts as a perfect mediation (complete mediation) influence between the work environment and OCB employees. It means that a good work environment has a significant effect on the increasing of job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB, but the work environment has no directly significant effect to the increasing of employee’s OCB.Keywords: work environment, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of education, training, and financial compensation, either partially or simultaneously, on performance of extension workers at the Office of Forestry of Muna regency. The study used a survey design and explanatory research approach. Data were collected through cross section using a questionnaire. Respondents of the study were 33 agricultural extension workers at the Office of Forestry of Muna regency. To test hypotheses, the Multivariate Regression Analysis (MRA) was used. Results of the study showed that of education, training, and financial compensation, either partially or simultaneously, had positive and significant effects on performance of extension workers at the Office of Forestry of Muna regency. It could therefore be concluded that increasing education, training, and financial compensation as reflected or prioritized in the match of highest educational background and their job as extension workers, trainer’s/instructor’s ability to present training materials according to their qualification and to motivate trainees, and financial compensation, can positively and significantly contribute either partially or simultaneously to the improvement of the extension workers’ performances.Keywords: education, training, financial compensation, performance of agricultural extension workers

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain how much influence Competence, Work Experience and work environment has on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Inspectorate Office in North Konawe district. The design of this research uses an explanatory research approach with data collection carried out in a cross-section through a questionnaire. The sample used in this study amounted to 39 respondents who were civil servants of the North Konawe District Inspectorate. The parametric tool used to answer the hypothesis in this study uses multiple linear regression through the SPSS version 20.0 program. The results of the study show that competence, work experience and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.The results of the study also showed that Competence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Experience partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the Work Environment partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Regional Inspectorate staff of Konawe Utara Regency.Keywords: competence, work experience, work environment, employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of religious spiritual motivation and democratic leadership on performance of staff at the Office of Agriculture of Muna regency. The type of the study was quantitative research. Samples of the study were 76 staff of the Office of Agriculture of Muna regency. Data were collected from the respondents, and were analyze using the multiple linear regression analysis on the SPSS 22. Results of the study showed thatreligious spiritual motivation had a positively significant effect on performance of staff at the Office of Agriculture of Muna regency, with the coefficient of correlation 0.439 (p < 0.08), and democratic leadership on performance of staff at the Office of Agriculture of Muna regency, with the coefficient of correlation 0.262 (p < 0.08). The significance of the study was on the development of science, especially in the area of organizational behaviors of civil servants. Keywords: religious spiritual motivation, democratic leadership, performance of staff

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence technology Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in secondary schools (SMA). The method used in this research uses a library method where the literature review method is a systematic approach in collect,evaluate and synthesize literature then draw conclusions. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat mengenai pelatihan hitung kinerja pegawai KKI dilakukan berdasarkan keluhan staf SMPN 19 Jakarta dalam menghitung honor pegawai KKI setiap bulannya. Ditemukannya kekeliruan dalam menghitung, pemeriksaan bersama data jam kerja dan pembayaran honor tenaga KKI menjadi alasan diperlukannya pelatihan yang dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Untuk itu dirasa perlu melakukan pelatihan yang menggunakan aplikasi yang bisa digunakan bersama antar staf guna koreksi data bersama. Solusi yang disepakati dengan tim pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi Google Sheet. Aplikasi Google Sheets dapat dikerjakan tanpa melihat waktu dan terbatas ruang dengan syarat memiliki koneksi internet. Googlesheet juga dapat berbagi file dengan pengguna lain yang sama-sama mengerjakan laporan kompensasi tersebut karena penyimpanan bersifat cloud computing memudahkan dalam menghitung kinerja maksimalnya pegawai KKI yang dapat dilihat secara online selama diberi hak aksesnya. Ceramah dan praktek langsung merupakan metode pengabdian. Peserta mengikuti pelatihan sampai selesai acara. Hasil kuisioner yang dikumpulkan dari jawaban peserta mengalami peningkatan, awalnya 22% menjadi 23% menjawab positif dari pertanyaan Apakah materi pelatihan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan? Kemudian pertanyaan Apakah sudah mengenal googlesheets? Peserta memberi jawaban positif 27% dari sebelumnya 22%. Selanjutnya pertanyaan Apakah materi pelatihan mudah dimengerti? Peserta menjawab 27% dari nilai prosentase sebelumnya 22% artinya respon positif untuk pelatihan ini. Dampak kegiatan pelatihan hitung kinerja pegawai KKI di SMPN 19 Jakarta menggunakan GoogleSheets dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung sudah selesai dilaksanakan serta memberikan hasil positif dan terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Fudgy brownies merupakan produk bakery yang didominasi cokelat dan memiliki tekstur yang padat. Pembeda utama brownies dari fugdy brownies lainnya adalah penggunaan cokelat yang banyak, tidak memiliki pengembangan yang signifikan, dan teksturnya yang unik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan perbedaan daya kembang dan karakteristik organolaptik fudgy brownies yang berbeda dari berbagai formulasi tepung tempe dan tepung terigu, serta mendapatkan formulasi tepung tempe dan tepung terigu yang menghasilkan fudgy brownies dengan daya kembang dan organolaptik terbaik. Penelitian ini disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu P0(100%:0%), P1 (90%:10%), P2 (85%:15%), P3 (80%:20%). Data yang diperoleh dari analisis daya kembang dan karakteristik organolaptik (hedonik) dianalisis menggunakan metode ANOVA (Analysis of Varians) dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan apabila terdapat pengaruh dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Semua analisis data dihitung dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa formula terbaik yang diperoleh pada fudgy brownies tepung tempe dengan persentase 10% (P1) , nilai hasil penelitian mutu hedonik dan daya kembang fudgy brownies tepung tempe 10% (P1) menunjukkan daya kembang 19,5 -25,2(P0 dan P1)(nilai daya kembang terbaik), nilai mutu 4.07 (aroma coklat dan sedikit aroma tempe), nilai mutu tekstur 4.10 (agak lembut), nilai mutu warna 4.37 (agak cokelat kehitaman). Sifat hedonik rasa 4.30 (suka), sifat hedonik tekstur 4.10 (suka) dan sifat hedonik warna 4.37 (suka).
