Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar Penjaskes berorientasi pada Media Pembelajaran Interaktif pada Guru PJOK di Kecamatan Belitang Oku Timur yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran ini dibuat dengan mengkombinasikan macam macam obyek multimedia, yaitu teks, gambar, animasi, audio, video, dan tombol interaktif. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Belitang Oku Timur. Obyek pengabdian ini adalah media pembelajaran interaktif. Tahap pengabdian meliputi (1) pendampingan, (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan, (3) pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan angket yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru PJOK Kecamatan Belitang Oku Timur. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah guru mampu mempraktekan dan guru bersedia mensosialisasikan tentang bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif yang sudah dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Media Pembelajaran Interaktif yang dilaksanakan di Belitang sangat cocok diterapkan pada Guru PJOK. Guru mampu mempraktekkan bahan ajar menggunakan media pembelajaran dan juga mampu menjelaskan langkah-langkah kepada rekan sejawat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kekuatan otot lengan dan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil passing atas bolavoli putra ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah putra bolavoli ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Palembang, sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes secara langsung yaitu dengan cara melakukan tes push up, Pengukuran Panjang Tungkai, dan tes passing atas ke dinding. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi korelasi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan hubungan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil passing atas sebesar 0,16, hubungan panjang tungkai tehadap hasil passing atas sebesar 0,05, dan hubungan kekuatan otot lengan dan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil passing atas sebesar 0,49. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup signifikan  pada kekuatan otot lengan dan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil passing atas bolavoli putra ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. Kata Kunci: kekuatan otot lengan, panjang tungkai, passing atas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui minat pembelajaran menggunakan e-learning mata kuliah kinesiologi pada mahasiswa Penjaskes Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester 3 Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan kelas Indralaya, sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh mahasiswa semester 3 kelas Indralaya yang berjumlah 44 orang. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu angket minat belajar. Hasil analisis data diperoleh minat belajar mahasiswa menggunakan e–learning yaitu 86,38% dan masuk pada kategori sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan penggunaan e learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah kinesiologi.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the design or design of an android-based volleyball passing test instrument. This study uses the Research and Development (R n d) method using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model is the Analysis phase, Design phase, Development phase, Implementation phase and Evaluation Phase. This research was carried out on July 17-20 September 2022. This research is only at the design stage, where at this design stage it only displays concepts that are made systematically with the intention of making the product to be developed. The results of this study are where the product is designed using a fitting test tool made with a laser and sensor installed in the test area then Arduino Mega as the brain or input and output controller of a circuit then added with NodeMCU can be used as a data sender so that it can be sent to the application that has been made. and downloaded on an Android-based cellphone, which was created with the help of the internet. Based on this design, it is hoped that it can be continued at the stage of developing an Android-based test instrument. This research is used as the basis for developing an android-based volleyball passing test instrument.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the intensive interval training method on sprint speed in the extracurricular activities of Atap Indralaya 4 Public Junior High School. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research using a design in the form of a pretest posttest one group design. With the independent variable in the form of intensive interval training and the dependent variable is the result of sprint running speed. The population used in this study amounted to 67 people and the research sample was 30 students using random sampling. The instrument used is a 60 meter sprint test. The treatment given to students is intensive interval training, the frequency is carried out 3 times a week and it is carried out for 6 consecutive weeks. In the data analysis and research results using the t-test statistic, a significant level ? = 0.05 obtained tcount (26.88) while ttable (1.701) then tcount > ttable so that the hypothesis can be accepted, that using the intensive interval training method can increase the results of running speed student sprints in extracurricular activities at Atap Indralaya Middle School 4.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the needs analysis for the development of an android-based lower passing test at senior high school N 1 Tanjung Batu. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. This research uses accidental sampling technique. The samples obtained were 539 students and 1 physical education teacher. The instruments in this study used a questionnaire to test the validity and reliability as well as closed interviews. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical percentages in the form of frequency tables. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 60% of students in class X (ten) really needed it, students in class XI (eleven) with a result of 59% who chose it really needed it and in class XII the results obtained were 71% who chose it really need it, meaning that class XII needed more development Android-based lower passing test compared to 2 (two) other classes. It was generally stated that 63% of Tanjung Batu 1 Public High School students and physical education teacher interviews were in the category of really needing the development of an android-based lower passing test. As a recommendation that this development in the future can continue to be carried out to support progress and ease in carrying out the lower passing test in volleyball games.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi dibutuhkan media pebelajaran yang dapat membatu guru PJOK dalam menyampaikan materi khusunya pada pembelajaran permainan bolavoli. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu pendidik dan peserta didik khususnya pada materi permainan bolavoli dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam melakukan pembelajaran perlu diterapkan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan D’Volleyball Learning Application sebagai media dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran, terutama materi bolavoli. Pengabdian dilaksanakan secara daring menggunakan metode ceramah dan demontrasi. Mitra kegiatan ini yaitu kelompok Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) PJOK Kota Palembang, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 60 guru. Hasil kegiatan ini sebesar 94,6% guru-guru dapat memahami tentang penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran bolavoli. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan penggunaan D’Volleyball Learning Application dilakukan selama tiga hari memberi dampak positif terhadap pengetahuan baru terhadap aplikasi pembelajaran bolavoli, yang dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan variasi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of passing under volleyball using plastic balls for class VI students at 14 North Indralaya State Elementary School. This research is Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. This research took place at 14 North Indralaya State Elementary School. The subjects of this research were class VI students at 14 North Indralaya State Elementary School. The instrument in this research is to record students' psychomotor aspect scores during ongoing learning, and the results of students' performance in passing a volleyball with a plastic ball. Based on the results of observations, discussions and research results, it can be concluded that learning to pass down using a plastic ball in class VI students at 14 North Indralaya State Elementary School. Over two cycles it can improve student learning outcomes. This can be proven from the research results which show that the completeness of learning outcomes based on KKM, in the first cycle of students who completed it reached 58% and the average score was 58.62, then it increased in the second cycle of action, students who completed it reached 86% with an average score of the class average reached 86.20.
