Fulfilling empty position on company often become complicated process because the candidate who can be placed in that position by matching between employee-profile and position-profile sometimes not well define. To minimize that problem, there should be a method such as decision support system which can analize employees who suitable with the available position. This decision support system for profile matching process and gap analization is made based on company's data and rules which locate on PT.X. Profile Matching process is taken to recommend employees in Positioning and Carrier Planning based on three stages, which are Intelectual Capacity, Working Area and Attitude. The result of this process is represented ini rank of employees as recommendation for decision maker in deciding which employee is suitable for the position.This Software is using Microsoft Access 2000 for database and Borland Delphi 5.0 as compiller. Form the result of this implementation system can be seen that this software can be very helpfull on decision support to profile matching in positioning and career planning on PT. X. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Pengisian jabatan yang kosong pada proses kenaikan jabatan sering mengalami kesulitan karena pengajuan calon kandidat yang bisa menempati jabatan tersebut dengan cara pencocokan profil karyawan dan profil jabatan kurang terdefinisi dengan baik. Untuk meminimumkan kendala tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menganalisa beberapa karyawan yang sesuai dengan profil jabatan yang ada. Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses profile matching dan analisis gap ini dibuat berdasarkan data dan norma-norma SDM yang terdapat di PT. X. Proses Profile Matching dilakukan untuk menentukan rekomendasi karyawan dalam Sistem Kenaikan Jabatan dan Perencanaan Karir berdasar pada 3 aspek yaitu Kapasitas Intelektual, Sikap Kerja dan Perilaku. Hasil dari proses ini berupa ranking karyawan sebagai rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan untuk memilih karyawan yang cocok pada jabatan yang kosong tersebut. Software ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access 2000 untuk database dan Borland Delphi 5 sebagai compiller-nya. Dari hasil implementasi sistem, disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan software ini dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan terhadap profile matching proses kenaikan jabatan dan perencanaan karir di PT. Nowadays, most people still use conventional map to search for optimum route to travel from one place to another. By using map, people can estimate optimum route by calculate the length of street. However manual pathfinding using a conventional map requires a great deal of precision and takes a lot of time to be accomplished. Therefore in this research, we develop an application to generate the most optimum route on a digital map. In this application we also consider about the factor of traffic, roads condition and the distance. The methods that are used for pathfinding are A* and Best First Search (BFS), that use heuristic function to 'direct' the search on a graph-represented map. The cost on map's graph is given using map color recognition, also we can input the cost for traffic and roads condition. Based on application's testing results for the comparison between A* and BFS method, it can be concluded that A* provides better and more optimized solution than BFS. The optimum level of a route depends on the availability of an accurate and complete data about the roads condition and the process of setting the nodes cost on a given map that represents the actual condition of the roads. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Untuk menempuh perjalanan dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, peralatan yang paling sering digunakan adalah peta, dengan menggunakan peta, dapat diestimasikan rute yang optimum dengan menghitung panjang jalan yang akan ditempuh. Karena merupakan estimasi, maka dengan cara tersebut belum tentu rute yang dipilih merupakan rute yang optimal karena terdapat faktor lain seperti kemacetan atau kondisi jalan. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini dikembangkan aplikasi untuk penentuan rute yang optimum dengan menggunakan peta digital dimana pada aplikasi ini terdapat faktor kemacetan, kondisi jalan dan jarak tempuh. Untuk pencarian rute digunakan metode A* serta Best First Search yang menggunakan fungsi heuristic guna 'mengarahkan' pencarian pada peta yang direpresentasikan dalam konsep graph. Nilai node-node graph pada peta dapat diatur dengan fasilitas pengenalan warna pada peta. Dan dapat ditentukan pula bobot pada masing-masing node yang merupakan kemacetan atau kondisi jalan. Pada pengujian aplikasi ini, selain diuji untuk mencari rute optimum pada sebuah peta, juga dilakukan uji perbandingan antara metode A* dan Best First Seach. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode A* memberikan hasil pencarian rute yang lebih pendek daripada BFS. Tingkat optimasi rute yang dihasilkan tergantung pada tersedianya data yang lengkap dan akurat tentang kondisi jalan serta proses pemberian bobot pada node peta yang mewakili kondisi jalan tersebut. Kata kunci: pencarian rute, peta digital, A*, Best First Search.

CV. X is still using a manual accounting system. They use a note for recording account receivable and account payable. Calculating total sales and profit do in manually. It takes a large amount of time to get some information that needed. Therefore an adequate accounting information system is needed in order to proceed an automate journalizing and to produce information accurately and quickly. First step in building accounting information system is to analyze and watch closely to the company's existing system. And the second step is to design the accounting information system, which can fulfill and appropriate with the company needs. The accounting information system is formed from integration of sales, purchasing and accounting/recording process. Including in sales are establishing sales order, checking available inventory for sale (stock) and customer's credit limit. Including in purchasing is establishing purchase order until receiving and recording purchase invoice. Including in accounting/recording are journalizing, posting and reporting income statement. This software is using Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 as the database and Borland Delphi 7.0 as the compiler. Implementation for the whole software has gained 72.5% for user's satisfaction. Therefore it can be conclude that software has already fulfilled and appropriate with the needs of the company's system. But there also have some weakness to handle. This software helps in accelerating and simplifying the recording process and reporting income statement process. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Sistem akuntansi pada CV. X masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu pencatatan piutang pada kartu piutang dan pencatatan hutang pada kartu hutang. Perhitungan total penjualan dan keuntungan dilakukan manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi akuntansi yang memadai, untuk memproses pencatatan secara otomatis dan menghasilkan infomasi yang cepat dan tepat. Pembuatan sistem infomasi akuntansi dimulai dari analisis dan pengamatan terhadap sistem perusahaan. Kemudian dari data yang ada, dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Sistem infomasi akuntansi yang dibangun merupakan integrasi dari modul penjualan, modul pembelian dan akuntansi (pencatatan). Penjualan meliputi pembuatan sales order, pengecekan inventori dan pengecekan kredit limit pelanggan. Pembelian meliputi pembuatan purchase order sampai penerimaan purchase invoice. Pencatatan meliputi penjurnalan, posting dan pembuatan laporan laba rugi. Software ini dibuat dengan menggunakan SQL server 7.0 untuk database-nya dan menggunakan Borland Delphi 7.0 sebagai compiler-nya. Kepuasan pengguna terhadap keseluruhan aplikasi sebesar 72.5%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sudah memenuhi dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem, tapi masih ada beberapa kelemahan yang perlu untuk diperbaiki. Aplikasi ini membantu proses pencatatan dengan melakukan otomatisasi penjurnalan dan posting serta membantu mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan laba rugi perusahaan. Wireless network is a quite new technology in computer network world. It can connect computers without any wire, but it use radio frequency at 2.4 GHz. Today computer network still use wire to connected computers. Wireless is use the air medium, so there is different medium between wire and air. To connect these two medium networks we need other hardware. The hardware is called access point, but there is other problem comes. Access point price is quite expensive, so to handle this problem people were tried to look for another alternative. The alternative is use a personal computer with FreeBSD operating system, but it can't simulate access point perfectly because access point is hardware. It doesn't matter that can't simulate perfectly because not all feature that access point have are use. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Jaringan komputer nirkabel merupakan suatu teknologi yang cukup baru di dalam dunia jaringan komputer dimana teknologi ini memungkinkan menghubungkan komputer tanpa menggunakan kabel melainkan menggunakan gelombang dengan frekuensi 2.4 GHz.Jaringan komputer saat ini pada umumnya masih menggunakan kabel dengan adanya perbedaan media yaitu udara dan kabel maka dibutuhkan suatu alat untuk menggabungkan kedua jaringan yang berbeda media tersebut. Alat ini bernama access point. Tetapi ada masalah lain dimana harga access point tersebut tidaklah murah sehingga dicarikan alternatif lain yaitu menggunakan personal computer dengan sistem operasi FreeBSD. Tetapi alternatif tersebut tidak bisa sempurna seperti access point yang berupa perangkat keras. Tetapi semua itu bukanlah masalah karena tidak semua fasilitas accses point digunakan. Kata kunci: LAN nirkabel, FreeBSD, jaringan komputer.

The purpose of this research is to build a virtual showroom for a car showroom company which allows company to do marketing, selling, and providing payment information through Web. The system is developed based on the requirements of the users and current selling procedure in the showroom. From the investigation result, analysis, design, and implementation are carried out. Testing on the system shows that the system has fulfilled all the requirements needed by the users of the of the system Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem showroom virtual pada suatu showroom mobil sehingga dapat dilakukan pemasaran dan penjualan mobil disertai dengan informasi pembayaran customernya melalui Web. Sistem dikembangkan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna terhadap sistem dan prosedur penjualan pada showroom tersebut saat ini. Dari hasil tersebut, dilakukan analisis, desain, dan implementasi sistem yang dibutuhkan. Uji coba terhadap sistem yang dibuat menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibuat sudah memiliki seluruh fasilitas yang dibutuhkan pengguna sistem. Kata kunci: showroom virtual, pemasaran, penjualan mobil.

Mobile phone has changed from an ordinary telecommunication device into a multi-purpose device with various capabilities. Besides working as a communication device, a mobile phone can also be used as a internet connection (via GPRS) and a picture sender and receiver (via MMS). In this research, we will develop a Security Surveillance System which enables the user to monitor condition from a room from a long distance. This security surveillance system use webcam and will send an MMS to the user automatically, if a motion is detected. This system is implemented using Visual Basic and Java programming languages. According to our test results, we conclude that this Security Surveillance System running well. But system using GPRS and MMS still not suitable to be implemented in Indonesia. This is due to the poor network infrastructure of the GPRS and MMS services in Indonesia. In the future, if the infrastructure of the GPRS and MMS services in Indonesia is working properly, this system is quite reliable as security surveillance system. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Handphone telah berubah dari alat telekomunikasi biasa menjadi alat serbaguna yang mempunyai berbagai fasilitas. Selain untuk berkomunikasi handphone juga dapat digunakan sebagai koneksi internet (lewat fasilitas GPRS) dan pengiriman gambar (lewat fasilitas MMS). Pada pembuatan penelitian ini akan dikembangkan security surveillance system yang memungkinkan user untuk memantau keadaan ruangan dari jarak jauh. Security surveillance system akan menggunakan webcam yang akan mengirimkan MMS kepada user secara otomatis jika terdeteksi adanya suatu gerakan. Security surveillance system dibuat dengan menggunakan program Visual Basic dan Java. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa security surveillance system yang dibuat telah mampu bekerja dengan baik. Tetapi penggunaan GPRS dan MMS belum cocok untuk diimplementasikan di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena buruknya jaringan infrastruktur layanan GPRS dan MMS di Indonesia. Kata kunci: motion detection, security surveillance system, MMS, GPRS.

Generally, a museum has many locations and artifacts collection that display for visitors. Museum manager often have difficulty in obtaining information on visitors behavior such as, is there are particular locations/artifacts in the museum that are frequently/rarely visit by museum visitors, how long visitors spend their time in particular locations/artifacts, etc. The purpose of this study is try to build a suitable system in order to improve knowledge about the behavior of museum visitors by identifying the position of visitors in the museum. This study uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Beacon that place around the museum. The visitor mobile phone will detect BLE beacon signal, then the mobile phone application will calculated the visitor’s mobile phone position using the signal strength from the BLE beacons that are detected. The application then sends it to the computer server to display it in as museum visitor heat map. From this information, the museum manager could find out the visitors behavior movement and know which areas/artifacts that frequently/rarely visit by museum visitors. According to distance error testing which compare real location and position of the calculation, it is show that the average of distance error is around 140 cm. So, it can be concluded that the information obtained is sufficient enough to represent the position of museum visitors.

Game-based Learning has become one of the most developed learning methods in this 21st century. Game-based Learning is a good learning method because it can create a virtual world where players can simulate real-world problem-solving. A business process is a series of interrelated activities to achieve certain business goals, executed sequentially or parallel, both inside and outside the company. The complexity of business processes causes the learning process to be less than optimal, if only in the form of theoretical exposure. Practices are needed to hone students’ business process management skills, which will be too risky to be done in the real world. Therefore, this research develops a business process simulation game to facilitate students in practicing their business process management skills. The author analyzed the existing business process simulation games, determined the game system design, developed the game, tested the game, and distributed questionnaires to users. Based on the results of testing and implementing the system that has been done, the game developed in this research has a positive impact on users. The features in the game are running well and as expected. The game provides benefits to both teachers and students, so this game is suitable for being used as retail companies' business process learning tool

Ojicstore adalah UMKM packaging makanan yang dijual secara lokal. Guna meningkatkan penjualannya pemilik UMKM juga telah mulai melakukan penjualan secara online pada platform toko online agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak pembeli sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan. Saat ini, pemilik UMKM merasa memiliki kesulitan karena keterbatasan peraturan-peraturan yang ada pada sistem penjualan online pada toko online yang ada. Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan melakukan kegiatan untuk membantu pemilik UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing, memperluas pasar, dan meningkatkan penjualannya melalui media sosial Instagram. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dengan pengenalan dan pelatihan terkait platform Instagram yang mampu menunjang penjualan dan kesadaran merek dari UMKM Ojicstore. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah penggunaan penjualan melalui platform media sosial instagram memberikan semangat, ide-ide baru, dan pangsa pasar baru bagi pemilik UMKM untuk mencapai tujuan perluasan pemasaran. Namun mengingat penggunaan media penjualan ini masih baru maka pemilik UMKM masih harus terus didampingi secara regular dan ditingkatkan lagi seperti misalnya melalui pelatihan pengambilan foto produk agar menarik dan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan.
CUSTOMER LOYALTY SEGMENTATION IN ONLINE STORE USING LRFM AND MLRFM IN COMBINATION WITH RM K-MEANS ALGORITHM

The rapid development of online business in recent years has driven Store X to embark on a digital transformation. By the end of 2020, Store X relocate their conventional business to online business. The greatest obstacle and key to success for online business operators, such as Store X, is gaining and retaining consumer loyalty in the face of an increasing number of competitors. Therefore, the company must be able to identify the character (behavior) of its clients to provide appropriate treatment. Each customer's behavior is unique, which means they must all be treated differently. However, all this time, Online Store X has provided the same treatment (as much of a discount) to all its customers due to the lack of information regarding their customers’ characteristics. Therefore, in this study, customers of Online Store X were segmented based on their transactional behavior using online transaction history data from March 2021 to March 2023. Two customer analysis models, LRFM and MLRFM, will be combined with RM K-Means to find the best combination through Silhouette Coefficient values. The optimal number of clusters (k) is then determined using the Elbow Method. The results indicate that the optimal number of clusters for both combinations is K=3, with the combination of MLRFM and RM K-Means is the best combination. The finest combination has a silhouette coefficient value of 0.8609. Based on this combination, it is also known that 2,053 customers in cluster 3 are loyal customers, while 2,339 customers in cluster 1 and 2 are lost customers. The results of this study were also implemented on websites built for X Store using Python programming languages and MySQL databases, making it easier for companies to see data visualization.
