Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Blangpidie Branch Office with the objective of exploring the implementation of People’s Business Credit Financing with Murabaha agreements using qualitative research methods. Data collection methods included participant observation and interviews, while data analysis techniques comprised data reduction and inference (validation). The research findings indicate that the application of small financing of KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Office has the potential to enhance economic growth within the community, particularly for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This, in turn, can stimulate the local economy and assist the community in obtaining capital, contributing not only to the improvement of community welfare but also potentially increasing sales turnover for Bank Syariah Indonesia. The positive outcomes observed in the implementation of People’s Business Credit Financing with Murabaha agreements at Bank Syariah Indonesia Blangpidie Branch Office suggest the potential for broader adoption of Sharia-compliant financing models to support MSMEs. These findings underscore the importance of promoting Islamic financial instruments as a means to stimulate local economies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the accounting information system on the quality of the financial reports of the West Aceh District Land Office. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were 15 employees of the West Aceh District Land Office who were taken by purposive sampling. This study uses primary data collected from questionnaires distributed to employees of the West Aceh District Land Office. The variables used consist of AIS (X) and the quality of financial reports, (Y). Then the data collected is analyzed using a method that is testing the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are that the role of SIA does not have a major impact on the quality of the financial reports of the West Aceh District Land Office.

Abstract

The phenomenon of rural poverty in Indonesia has a strong correlation with limited human capital capacity. The energy literacy deficit that arises from low educational background exacerbates economic vulnerability through inflated household energy consumption costs. This community service aims to increase the capacity of poor households in Alue Waki Village, Darul Makmur District, by strengthening energy poverty literacy based on P3KE (Purpose of Accelerating the Elimination of Extreme Poverty) microdata. The implementation method uses a participatory educational approach that includes counseling on energy-saving habits and technical demonstrations of energy expenditure efficiency to 35 poor household heads. Evaluation of the impact of this service is measured using pre-test and post-test instruments to see changes in knowledge and behavioral intentions. The results of the activity show an accumulative increase in community capacity of 73.1%, with a surge in self-confidence in adopting modern energy technology reaching 97.1%. Economically, this increase in literacy results in potential energy cost savings (projected) of 13.2%, or a decrease from an average of Rp193,500 to an estimated Rp168,000 per month if efficient behavior patterns are consistently implemented. This figure reflects the fiscal space available for poor households to allocate for children's nutrition and education needs. This community service concludes that human capital intervention through energy literacy education is a rational strategy for fostering economic independence for target households.

Abstract

Kemiskinan masih menjadi salah satu tantangan pembangunan di Kabupaten Nagan Raya, yang di-tunjukkan oleh tingkat kemiskinan masih berada di atas rata-rata Provinsi Aceh dan nasional. Kondi-si ini memerlukan upaya penguatan tata kelola penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui perencanaan yang terarah, terintegrasi, dan berbasis data. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi Pemerintah Kabupaten Nagan Raya dalam penyusunan Rencana Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Dae-rah (RPKD) Tahun 2025–2029 sebagai instrumen perencanaan penanggulangan kemiskinan daerah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan pendampingan partisipatif yang meliputi identifikasi permasalahan dan analisis situasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan konsultasi pemangku kepentingan, pendampingan penyusunan dokumen, serta validasi dan finalisasi dokumen. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa proses pendampingan berhasil menghasilkan Dokumen RPKD Kabupaten Nagan Raya Tahun 2025–2029 yang memuat profil kemiskinan daerah, isu strategis, tujuan dan sasaran, strategi, serta program prioritas penanggulangan kemiskinan. Selain menghasilkan dokumen perencanaan, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat koordinasi antar perangkat dae-rah, pemanfaatan data dalam proses perencanaan, dan sinergi lintas sektor. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan dokumen perencanaan daerah, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada penguatan tata kelola penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui peningkatan koordinasi antarperangkat daerah, pemanfaatan data dalam proses perencanaan, dan penguatan sinergi lintas sektor di Kabupat-en Nagan Raya

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines district/city-level economic growth in Aceh Province by analyzing the roles of financial inclusion, MSME credit, payment digitalization, inflation, and unemployment. It highlights that regional growth is increasingly shaped by the productive use of financial services and digital payment systems, not merely by financial access. Design/methodology/approach: This study employs a quantitative approach using balanced panel data from 23 districts/cities in Aceh Province during 2020–2025, yielding 138 observations. The analysis applies a Fixed Effects Model and uses Driscoll-Kraay robust standard errors to correct for heteroskedasticity, serial autocorrelation, and cross-sectional dependence. The 2025 observations are treated as projected data estimated using linear trend extrapolation based on the latest available official data. The projected variables include economic growth, financial inclusion, payment digitalization, MSME credit, inflation, and unemployment. Findings: The findings indicate that payment digitalization shows the strongest positive association with district/city-level economic growth in Aceh Province. MSME credit is also positively associated with regional growth, while unemployment shows a negative association. Inflation is positively associated with growth during the study period, possibly reflecting demand-driven economic activity. Financial inclusion shows a negative and statistically significant coefficient, suggesting that financial access has not yet been effectively transformed into productive financial use. Originality/value: This study contributes to the regional finance-growth literature by showing that payment digitalization is a stronger driver of district/city-level economic growth than general financial inclusion. The findings emphasize that financial access alone is insufficient unless it is transformed into productive-use inclusion through digital payments, MSME financing, and employment-oriented policies.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat sebagai bagian dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pelaksanaan program kerja KKN Reguler Universitas Teuku Umar tahun 2025 di Desa Lueng Teungku Yah, Kecamatan Woyla, Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama 36 hari pelaksanaan. Program kerja mencakup pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui edukasi lingkungan, kesehatan, pendidikan, serta pembangunan fisik desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa, peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan sampah, pemanfaatan ecoenzym, serta peningkatan kesadaran akan hidup sehat dan berkelanjutan.
