Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the product, financial, and information flow in the local salt supply chain in Pidie Regency, Aceh. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, precisely the snowball sampling technique. Product flow, financial flow, and information flow were three elements that investigated. The analysis based on the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) method to see supply chain performance by studying at the Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver process. The results showed two types of supply chains, depends on whether farmers have an agreement with the collecting agent or not. For farmers who had a deal with the collecting agent, The salts are sold to the collecting agent and then forwarded to the selling agent. The selling agent passes it on to the wholesale seller, who then distributed to retailers and consumers. The flow of finance goes from the opposite direction, except when purchasing raw materials for firewood, the collecting agent pays it first to the farmers. To farmers who did not have agreements with collecting agents, the salt directly sold to retail stores or consumers. Financial flows run in the opposite direction for both types of supply chains, and information flow goes both ways. The main obstacle in the salt supply chain is the lack of information between salt producer and consumers expectations. Moreover, it is often difficult for large customers to believe that the quality of farmers' salt will be consistent.Kata Kunci : supply chain; local salt; SCOR;.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the company through IC at the company PT. Agro Astra Lestari Tbk. This measurement uses the VAICTM model from 2017 to 2019. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports which are presented on the official IDX website. The results of this study indicate that VAIC ™. Is increasing every year (2017-2019) and has succeeded in increasing the ability of BPI to become top perfomers based on BPI

Abstract

One of the important things in managing the university is Relational capital (RC). That is the relationship between human capital and stakeholders. This study aims to identify intangible assets classified as RC components at UTU in 2017. Using qualitative methods and using 16 elements of replication of Ramirez and Gordillo's research, the result showed that elements of social responsibility are not identified in UTU. Meanwhile, 15 other elements were identified from amount of 16 RC elements used. RC elements that are perfectly identified are the relationships that UTU has with prestigious and quality institutions and social and cultural commitments.Key wordsRelational Capital, Intangible Assets, Intellectual Capital, University, UTU

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the additional amount of housewife income in Ujong Tanoh Darat Village, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency as a producer of sun-dried bilimbi. Respondents in this study were ten producers in Ujong Tanoh Darat Village. Data collection techniques by observing and interviewing in detail related to the analysis of sun-dried bilimbi producer income. The data analysis method uses cost analysis, production revenue, production income, and revenue cost ratio (R / C). From the results of data processing in this study, it found that the average income earned by producers was Rp.300,550 per cycle, the average producer income was Rp. 602,000 per cycle and the average production cost incurred by producers is Rp.301,499 per cycle, and the R per C ratio obtained is 1.9, greater than 1 meaning the sun-dried bilimbi producer business in Ujong Tanoh Darat Village, Meureubo District West Aceh is feasible.

Abstract

This study aims to provide recommendations to KP Rimo Tani regarding which rice products provide the most considerable profit per kilogram based on the ABC method so as to increase company profits. This study used data sources from key-informants and quantitative descriptive analysis methods in explaining the activity-based costing (ABC) method, which is to divide the costing according to the activity. Based on the ABC method and the value of the profit margin, it was found that the decision made by KP Rimo Tani when the research was carried out had the potential to reduce the company profit. The results show that the “Mawar” brand, which has the highest profit margin, was produced in the least amount. The company should have increased production of “Mawar” brand rice because it provides the most significant profit compared to the other two rice brands.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha pengolahan telur itik asin tidak hanya ditentukan dengan adanya daya dukung fisik alam. Faktor penting yang lebih menentukan adalah peternak itu sendiri melalui motivasi yang dimilikinya. Dibutuhkan dorongan untuk melakukan usaha yang optimal merupakan modal terpenting di samping kebiasaan bekerja  dalam memproduksi telur itik asin. Tujuan peneilitian ini menganalisis tingkat motivasi peternak dalam menghasilkan telur itik asin dan melihat faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi motivasi peternak dalam mengembangkan usaha telur itik asin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4.888 peternak telur itik asin yang berasal dari 11 desa. Secara umum motivasi peternak dalam usaha telur itik asin dikategorikan tinggi. Peternak merasa usaha ini mampu mendukung hubungan sosial mereka dan bisa dikembangkan sebagai usaha keluarga. Faktor internal dan ekternal tidak mempengaruhi motivasi peternak telur itik asin.

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia has announced plans to implement a new normal scenario taking into account epidemiological studies and regional readiness. The pandemic experienced by the world changed the purchasing patterns of people, one of which is indonesian society. Indonesians who are dominant have a penchant for consuming coffee outside the home every day, now the habit must adjust to pandemic conditions. The data collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through obeservation, questionnaires, interviews with consumers. Secondary data is obtained from library research and documentation studies. Data obtained from consumers through questionnaire questions will be analyzed at three stages, namely reduction, display data and draw conclusions. This attribute is based on previous research conducted by Darmansyah 2019 before the pandemic only about 11 attributes, while the results of this study found 13 attributes. There has been an increase in the number of percentages in the nearby distance and location attributes, well-known brands and friend recommendations. This is part of the impact of the pandemic so that consumers who respond to the spread of corona prioritize distance and close location. Meanwhile, for well-known brands and friend recommendations increased because consumers began to see products consumed hygienically.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study were (1) to analyze the non-financial and (2) the financial feasibility of palm oil superior seed nursery in Nagan Raya, Aceh Province, and also (3) to identifiying the role of that nursery in order to increasing palm oil farmers income in west and south aceh area. Feasibility investment creteria, such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net Benefit per Cost Ratio, and Discounted Payback Period were use in financial feasibility analysis. The findings of this study showed that (1) the palm oil superior seed nursery in Nagan Raya, Aceh province were non-financially feasible in consideration of strategic location, soldout product, and experienced labor. (2) The NPV Value were greater than zero (Rp 341.372.170,-) showed that this nursery also financially feasible.  (3) The use of superior seed from nursery’s production should increasing palm oil productivity and also will increasing farmers income in west and south aceh area.

Abstract

In conducting business development, the Business Group must know how the business model is being run in business development efforts. The business model reflects strategic choices and operational implications that help companies to communicate, analyze, test and validate a causal relationship stemming from the strategic choices made (Shafer et al. 2005 in Wiska 2016). The potential owned by the group of linot honey cultivation business still can not be maximized by members of the group. This is seen by the market conditions of the product group of linot honey cultivation business group is still not developed compared to the market owned by the Business Group of linot honey cultivation located in other provinces. This is in accordance with the results of research by Sarma Year 2010 which shows that entrepreneurial behavior has an influence on the success of a company run. One of them is the innovative attitude of the company's actors. Then the Business Group must map the current business model. The research was conducted in business model mapping with Business Model Canvas (BMC) method.

Abstract

Lembaga Bengkel Petani Muda Desa Langkak merupakan satu-satunya lembaga usaha budidaya ikan lele di kolam terpal yang ada di Desa Langkak. Usaha ini dikelola oleh anak muda dan didampingi oleh mahasiswa UTU. Usaha ini hanya menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi berdasarkan perkiraan dan tidak menghitung biaya-biaya yang terjadi pada setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha budidaya ikan lele di Bengkel Petani Muda Desa Langkak Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian ini bersifat purposive karena merupakan salah satu desa yang menjadi lokasi program PPK ORMAWA BEM FP UTU dan terdapat budidaya lele yang mendukung proses penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2022. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer seperti biaya bahan baku, biaya overhead pabrik dan biaya tenaga kerja dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder seperti luas wilayah, wilayah sektor perikanan dari BPS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui Harga Pokok Produksi yang akurat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Activity Based Costing. Unit produksi yang dihasilkan adalah 300 kg ikan lele. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode Full Costing adalah sebesar Rp. 25.314,37/kg sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing diperoleh nilai Rp. 26.814,37/kg. Maka dari itu Bengkel Petani Muda di Desa Langkak mengalami undercost sebesar Rp. 1.500/kg.
