Abstract

Agricultural cooperatives play an important role in supporting small agricultural farmers. The key roles of cooperatives are to improve access to markets, increase in bargaining position of farmers, and adopt improved technologies. The problem faced by the coffee farmers is their weakness position in the price determination. Based on this problem, this study aimed to analyze the cooperative’s business behavior. The study was conducted in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah districts. Data were collected from 15 cooperatives purposively selected. The mode of cooperative economic behavior was constructed as a simultaneous equation system consisting of purchase price, purchase amounts, sales prices and number of cooperative members. The model was estimated by 2SLS method. The results show that most of the variables in the model indicate that cooperatives have run their business in compliance with the cooperative principles.   Keywords: agricultural cooperative, coffee, farmers, simultaneous modelAbstrakKoperasi pertanian memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung petani kecil. Peran kunci koperasi tersebut, yaitu untuk meningkatkan akses pasar, meningkatkan posisi tawar petani, dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengadopsi teknologi. Masalah yang dihadapi petani kopi adalah posisi tawar petani lemah dalam penentuan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perilaku usaha koperasi dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi harga pembelian, jumlah pembelian, jumlah penjualan, jumlah anggota dan sisa hasil usaha pada koperasi. Model perilaku ekonomi koperasi dibangun sebagai suatu sistem persamaan simultan yang terdiri dari harga pembelian, jumlah pembelian, harga penjualan,  jumlah anggota koperasi dan Sisa hasil usaha. Model ini diestimasi dengan metode 2SLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variabel dalam model menunjukkan bahwa koperasi telah menjalankan kegiatan usahanya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip koperasi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari perilaku koperasi dalam melakukan pembelian terhadap kopi anggota.Kata kunci: koperasi pertanian, kopi, petani, model simultan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the company through IC at the company PT. Agro Astra Lestari Tbk. This measurement uses the VAICTM model from 2017 to 2019. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports which are presented on the official IDX website. The results of this study indicate that VAIC ™. Is increasing every year (2017-2019) and has succeeded in increasing the ability of BPI to become top perfomers based on BPI

Abstract

Tofu is one of the favorite foods of Indonesian people. Tofu processing has been carried out in several home industries in West Aceh Subdistrict. This community engagement program focused on the tofu home industry starting from a survey and mapping of the business condition followed by training and supervision activity. This training was given to tofu home industry owners and their workers. This training and supervision aimed to improve partners' knowledge and understanding about the importance of applying personal hygiene to the workers. Increased knowledge will in turn raise the awareness and motivation of the workers to apply personal hygiene procedures in tofu processing.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan guna mengidentifikasi dan menjabarkan sejauh mana pengaruh usia, pengalaman, jumlah ikan, modal, harga, variasi ikan dan lama waktu penjualan terhadap keuntungan pedagang ikan di pasar Bina Usaha Desa Ujong Baroh Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini mengambil 31 sampel dari total 43 populasi dengan pertimbangan pedagang yang masih aktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai pada kajian ini adalah pengamatan dan interview. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil kajian secara simultan memperlihatkan bahwa variabel umur, pengalaman, jumlah ikan, modal, harga, jenis ikan, dan lama penjualan sangat berdampak terhadap keuntungan pedagang. Meskipun secara parsial hanya variabel jumlah ikan dan harga yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keuntungan pedagang ikan.

Abstract

The country's economic growth depends not only on export and industrial output from factories scattered throughout Indonesia. Factories and other large-scale companies only provide macro economic growth, in fact people can not enjoy the growth of the economy directly. Therefore, in order for the people to be prosperous, the State must boost economic growth through micro enterprises run in real terms by the (small) people themselves. In fact, it is difficult for small people to gain access to formal financial institutions to stimulate the growth of micro-enterprises in the community. Finally, the State makes it easy for its people to develop micro businesses managed by the community itself through a program of women's special savings and loans (SPP) PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan. Based on the results of the research shows that this program succeeded in increasing the growth of Micro Enterprises and able to absorb the work force in Kecamatan Samatiga. The SPP-PNPM program is able to generate the creativity of the community in entrepreneurship among the housewives. The SPPPNPMfund roll is used to form the community-run business such as making food andbeverage, raising, producing salted fish, and other businesses. Meanwhile, to run the new business is always needed human resources as a manager. Thus, the amount of effort in the community is directly proportional to the needs of the workforce, the SPP PNPM fund spools greatly affect the development of SMEs and labor. Key words: SPP PNPM, Savings and Loans, Samatiga, Aceh Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of GDP growth in the agricultural sector to the distribution of income and employment opportunities in the agricultural sector of Indonesia, in the period 1996-2014. This study uses secondary data time series (time series), obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and related agencies as well as various data published through various scientific papers are considered to have a correlation and relevance to this study. The results showed that the GDP data processing significant at α = 0.050 shown in the p-value of 0.000 or significant at 100 percent confidence interval with a positive effect on employment. Where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9943, meaning that GDP has an impact for 99percent of the agricultural labor opportunities in Indonesia. Meanwhile GDP is significant at α = 0.10 on income distribution shown in the p-value of 0.000 or significant at 100 percent confidence interval with a positive impact on the Gini ratio. Where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.99014, meaning that GDP has a 99 percent influence on income distribution in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the performance cooperative of the organizationalaspects,financial aspects and business aspects. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis. The measurement oforganizational performance and businessincludes the number of cooperative members, amount and characteristicsof the board and the employees, capital,business volume, SHU,and premium fee cooperative.Measurement of financial performance include the ratio of liquidity, solvabilitas and profitability based on the reports Annual Members Meeting (RAT) in 2014. The result showed that the human resources owned by cooperatives was quite good, the potential members and employees can be developed and improved both the quantity and quality.The financial condition of the cooperative has been able to generate profits from the management of capital, but still the cooperatives has not been able to guarantee its debts. The results also show that the cooperative has been able to manage its business activities are visible from the volume of business, SHU, and high premium fee. Cooperatives in Central Aceh and Bener Meriah regencies have been able to manage all the potentials for their business activities

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is very important because interpersonal communication can increase mutual understanding between subordinate employees and superiors, and improve coordination of various different activities or tasks. Therefore effective communication will greatly determine the success of an organization or group so that the group stay intact for a long time. the purpose of this study is to see how interpersonal communication occurs in Bina Usaha groups. The results of this study show that interpersonal communication is less effective, it can be seen from not all components of communication available in interpersonal communication within the gorup. only the attitude of openness and positive, while emphaty, support, and similarity are also important in communication is lacking.

Abstract

One of the food commodities that has prospect to developed in order to meet the need of domestic and international markerts is corn. Corn has prospect if it is managed intensive, where corn is a food crop whose use is relatively broad, namely for the food, chemical and feed industries. The corn farming activities carried out by the respondent farmer are stiil small scale, the purpose of the aims study to examine the characteristics of farming and pattern in the village of Pasi Mali in particular is the characteristics of farming identify farming and income of corn farming. The analysis used is descriptive and quantitative. Quantitative analysis to calculate farm income with cost a cost structure approach. The analysis result that corn farming is feasible to cultivated.

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia has announced plans to implement a new normal scenario taking into account epidemiological studies and regional readiness. The pandemic experienced by the world changed the purchasing patterns of people, one of which is indonesian society. Indonesians who are dominant have a penchant for consuming coffee outside the home every day, now the habit must adjust to pandemic conditions. The data collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through obeservation, questionnaires, interviews with consumers. Secondary data is obtained from library research and documentation studies. Data obtained from consumers through questionnaire questions will be analyzed at three stages, namely reduction, display data and draw conclusions. This attribute is based on previous research conducted by Darmansyah 2019 before the pandemic only about 11 attributes, while the results of this study found 13 attributes. There has been an increase in the number of percentages in the nearby distance and location attributes, well-known brands and friend recommendations. This is part of the impact of the pandemic so that consumers who respond to the spread of corona prioritize distance and close location. Meanwhile, for well-known brands and friend recommendations increased because consumers began to see products consumed hygienically.
