Abstract

This research was designed descriptively by using the theory of some experts summarized and reconstructed through qualitative research approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing, observing, and documenting techniques and was added through data analysis using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The result of the research shows that Tracer Study process is to evaluate the competencies needed by the world of work is needed by the university so that there is no distance between the higher education world and the real working world in society. The obstacles faced by universities in doing tracer study is at the time of data collection. Some universities still collect data manually by distributing questionnaire papers and telephone interviews to alumni and companies. Therefore, it is necessary to design a complete Tracer Study application, which can provide information for universities to improve curriculum, trace alumni in detail and find out the satisfaction of college graduates

Abstract

The fire department is a government agency that handles fire and fire prevention. After conducting research, quite a lot of activities or activities found in the fire department, especially in the field of fire prevention, one of which is managing data about the layout of providers of fire prevention facilities so that they can be useful information and help in fire prevention efforts by postal officers extinguisher. But in doing so, fire department officials find difficulties such as the difficulty of finding the location of the supporting aspects, misinformation of the layout of supporting facilities so that it takes a lot of time, and demographic data has not been thoroughly integrated and centralized with the main database. making it difficult to update and allow errors. Geographical Information System (GIS) layout of providers of web-based fire prevention facilities is expected to provide solutions to the problems above, thus facilitating the process of managing information on the layout of providers of fire prevention facilities

Abstract

PT. Trimitra Arga Mulia is one of the companies engaged in the Distribution of Drinking Water, where drinking water is really needed by all people, especially in urban areas. The purpose of writing this report is to find out how the system used by the company is there many obstacles or not. The method used by the author is by direct observation to the field, question and answer with employees and leaders, and look for books related to distribution. After conducting observations on the company, the authors found weaknesses such as when employees make deliveries to each route with drivers that have been determined, then stock gallons in warehouses and data collection of new and outgoing customers, and data processing, causing data inaccuracies. These weaknesses are determined because the system is still semi computerized. From the results of research conducted by the author, it is concluded that it is necessary to hold an improved system that has been integrated with the database in processing data and in making reports.

Abstract

This research is based on community service complaints about cases of violence and trafficking by the Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment in Banten Province. This service provided by this institution still uses the system directly, in this case it does not use an online system. So it does not provide an opportunity for people who cannot come directly to report their cases to P2TP2A Banten Province. This problem makes it difficult for people to get these services. The process model of the public complaints system application software in Banten Province P2TP2A used is the Waterfall model. This model is used to find out the steps needed to design this application.The application of the Community complaints system in P2TP2A Province makes the community able to obtain responses more quickly and effectively. The application of the Community complaints system in P2TP2A Province is a facility that can connect the community with P2TP2A Banten Province because it can be accessed at any place and time at any time. With this application, data related to acts of violence in Banten Province can be obtained accurately, in detail and efficiently.

Abstract

Discipline of students and students in the school environment is very important in the process of teaching and learning activities in the school environment, where the discipline can be seen from the results of the attendance attendance of students and students every day. Monitoring student attendance is carried out by each subject teacher who teaches in each class, and then gives it to the student administration staff. The method used in this research is the waterfall method (Waterfall Model) which begins with an analysis of the applications that are running, design, coding, and maintenance of information systems. The author conducts research and looks at student attendance information systems that still have problems that occur. Problems that often occur are the slow process of delivering student absenteeism information to the homeroom teacher, the absence of applications for delivering student absentee information that is fast, accurate and relevant to administrative staff, homeroom teachers, and student guardians, and the absence of student attendance monitoring applications as information media realtime student attendance. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is obtained that, to overcome the problems that occur in the existing student attendance Information System, it is necessary to design and implement a structured system in order to run as expected

Abstract

Penelitian ini didesain secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori dari beberapa ahli yang dirangkum dan dibuat rekonstruksinya melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta ditambahkan melalui analisis data menggunakan Research and Development (R&D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses penyaluran Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) di Bidang Sekolah Dasar pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Serang dilaksanakan melalui pertanggungjawaban pengalokasian dana oleh pelaksana kegiatan. Adapun kendala yang menyebabkan proses pengalokasian  DAK disebabkan karena pendataan nama sekolah penerima DAK untuk pengalokasian kesekolah sering mengalami keterlambatan, penyimpanan data DAK untuk pengalokasian sekolah masih belum terdatabase, sering terjadi kerangkapan data sekolah didalam laporan pendataan pengalokasian DAK sekolah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem informasi program evaluasi dan pelaporan dana alokasi khusus (DAK) di bidang sekolah dasar pada Dinas Pendidikan Kita Serang disarankan untuk melaksanakan pengalokasian DAK dimulai dari pendataan yang efisien dari segi waktu sehingga tidak terjadi keterlambatan dalam pendataan nama sekolah penerima DAK, tidak terjadi kerangkapan data sekolah dalam laporan pendataan pengalokasian DAK sekolah

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara keterlibatan karyawan (Employee Engagement) dan kinerja karyawan UMKM (mikro) di Provinsi Banten Indonesia, dan untuk menguji apakah kreativitas karyawan memediasi hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 98 karyawan yang bekerja di 30 UMKM (mikro). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan keterlibatan karyawan, kreatifitas dan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitaf dan alat analisis data mengunakan SEM SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari keterlibatan karyawan pada kinerja pekerjaan. Namun, analisis mediasi menggunakan metode bootstrap menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas telah sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja. Studi ini memperluas penelitian sebelumnya dan meningkatkan validitas eksternal dari temuan dengan menyelidiki hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan UMKM. Selain itu, ini adalah salah satu studi penelitian pertama yang mengeksplorasi peran kreativitas dalam hubungan antara dua variabel; ini membantu dalam meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang model dan membantu dalam meningkatkan efek keterlibatan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The importance of education for every human being, because without education it is impossible for a human community to live to develop in line with their aspirations to progress, experience change, prosper and be happy as they see life. The higher the ideals of mankind increasingly demanded the improvement of the quality of education as a means of achievement. Al-Hamid's educational institution is a school that has advantages, namely: General education and boarding schools that educate students / students who are very unifying forms of thought patterns between formal and informal growing and this al-hamid boarding school is increasingly in demand from parents / guardians of the santri. The process of accepting new students (PSB) AL-HAMID is done by using Microsoft Excel, besides important documents in physical form (print out / hard copy ) only stored in folders or cabinets, storing separate and piling files creates difficulties in finding data and creating reports. By creating a new student admission information system PON-PES AL-HAMID uses borlan delphi 7 and MySQL, users can easily see, add, and update the data you want.

Abstract

English is an international language that is taught and used in various countries in the world. English is one of the capital to enter the era of globalization, because this is the teaching of English at an early age must be done to prepare to compete in the current era of globalization. but in terms of teaching English to early childhood there are obstacles that children sometimes get bored and lazy when learning English. The design of this application is based on Android mobile in order to facilitate learning. The purpose of designing this application is so that children do not get bored learning English and have an interest in learning English, other than that to direct the habits of children playing games to be children who prefer to learn English.

Abstract

This study aims to describe, analyze and design a control tool that can help secure clothesline at home left by the owner so that it does not get rained on, even though it seems simple but if this tool is designed properly and correctly it will be able to provide benefits for its users, because it is able to work Automatically uses sensors to detect cloudy weather, humidity and rain drops. This tool is able to work automatically hide clothes in a safe location so as not to be exposed to rain, when the tool detects weather that is not sunny or about to rain, not only that when the device detects clear weather then the clothes that had been hidden in a place protected from rain water will be re-placed in locations exposed to sunlight automatically return.
