Abstract

The development of technology which is increasingly advanced with time is a demand for the development of the times and increasingly complex human needs. This study, among others, examines and analyses the factors in increasing consumer loyalty to after-sales service through customer loyalty. This research was conducted at PT. Tunas Toyota Cilegon Banten with a population of 1102, then the sample used was 150 respondents. The questionnaire method was distributed using an interval scale of 1 strongly disagree to 10 strongly agree. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate the effect of after-sales service on consumer loyalty, the influence of after-sales service on customer satisfaction, the influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, and customer satisfaction can be a mediation in increasing consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become the driving force in making a real contribution to the success of the organization on an ongoing basis. Of course, only employees with optimal work spirit can achieve this success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to improve it. This study aims to find out how these strategies improve morale. The PLS-SEM approach was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication as well as the work environment can be a driver in the strategy of increasing employee morale, either directly or indirectly optimally through the work environment

Abstract

Every agency wants all its employees to be able to contribute, namely in the form of the best work performance as expected by the agency, which in turn will enable the agency to achieve its goals. To achieve this goal, many factors influence, including competence, work motivation, and career development. Agencies must be able to create conditions that can motivate employees to work well. This study aims to analyze the factors that can explore improving employee performance in existing models; high employee competence, high work motivation, and appropriate career development will be able to improve employee performance. This research uses associative quantitative methods with a survey approach. The object of this research is the Serang Regency Regional Civil Service Agency, with a sample of 188 respondents. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a considerable impact on work motivation. Competence has a substantial effect on career development. Work motivation is having a significant impact on employee performance. Career development has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and career development can mediate the effect of competence on employee performance. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context.

Abstract

Employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bojongdatar in 2019 decreased compared to previous years, this indicates that the employee's performance has not been maximized. This can be caused by the ineffective factor of realization of financial compensation. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the realization of financial compensation on employee performance through the level of discipline and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This research method uses quantitative methods using causality, which is looking for explanations in the form of a cause-and-effect relationship between several concepts or variables, the researcher collects primary data using a proportional random sampling technique in which the minimum sample size is multiplied by the number of indicators in this study the minimum sample size is measured. taken are 6 x 17 = 102 respondents and data analysis techniques with software Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the realization of financial compensation had a direct effect on employee performance and there was an effect after being tested with the intervening variable on the level of discipline and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of the business world will create opportunities for the food industry, especially in Indonesia, where the number of fast-food restaurants makes competition tighter. Richeese Factory is the only fast-food restaurant with superior product innovation, namely fried chicken covered in hot sauce with cheese sauce. This research aims to study strategies for overcoming business competition by understanding consumer behavior in purchasing decisions for a product. Companies need to pay attention to consumer behavior and other factors. With the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions made by consumers, restaurants need to develop the right business strategy to reduce competition. This study uses a qualitative method with SWOT Analysis to make business decisions and determine business strategies. Based on the results of the SWOT Analysis, eleven alternative strategies were formulated, including increasing innovation in products, collaboration and sponsorship, branch expansion, focusing on quality, providing healthy menu options, negotiating with raw material suppliers, responding to responses from consumers well and quickly, displaying menu features that can attract consumer attention, providing healthy drinks. These alternative raw material suppliers offer more competitive prices, offering added value commensurate with price and making product packaging more attractive

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah sebagai bentuk strategi dalam membangun dan menciptakan loyalitas nasabah bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif melalui pendekatan PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah bank syariah dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa strategi yang dapat digunakan membangun loyalitas nasabah bank syariah yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah. Dimana kualitas pelayanan dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah dan kepuasan nasabah secara positif dan signifikan, demikian pula kepuasan nasabah dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah, lebih dari itu, kepuasan nasabah dapat menjadi mediasi antara kualitas layanan dalam menciptakan dan membangun loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job stress on turnover intention with psychological well-being as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach is used with PLS-SEM analysis techniques. Data was obtained through a questionnaire that included three main constructs, namely job stress, psychological well-being, and turnover intention with a total sample of 65 employees. The results prove that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, as well as a significant negative effect on psychological well-being. Psychological well-being was also found to have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, the results showed that psychological well-being significantly mediated the influence of job stress on the intention to leave work. These findings confirm the importance of organizational interventions in managing job stress and improving psychological well-being to reduce the risk of turnover intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan premi dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan aset pada perusahaan asuransi PT. Prudential Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi pendapatan premi dan investasi sebagai variabel independen, serta pertumbuhan aset sebagai variabel dependen. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dokumentasi dan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software IBM SPSS 16.0, yang dilengkapi uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pendapatan premi dan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan aset perusahaan. Secara simultan, pendapatan premi dan investasi juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 60,4%, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut menjelaskan 60,4% variasi pertumbuhan aset. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa PT. Prudential Indonesia perlu meningkatkan strategi pemasaran premi dan memperkuat pengelolaan investasi untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan aset perusahaan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga perlu memperhatikan faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan, seperti kondisi ekonomi dan kebijakan pasar, yang dapat berpengaruh pada penerimaan premi dan hasil investasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan strategi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan aset yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.   This study aims to analyze the effect of premium income and investment on asset growth at the insurance company PT. Prudential Indonesia for the period 2020–2024. The variables studied include premium income and investment as independent variables, and asset growth as the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative with a documentation approach and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 16.0 software, equipped with classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that partially, premium income and investment have a significant effect on the company's asset growth. Simultaneously, premium income and investment also have a significant effect with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 60.4%, indicating that the two independent variables explain 60.4% of the variation in asset growth. The implication of this study is that PT. Prudential Indonesia needs to improve its premium marketing strategy and strengthen investment management to accelerate the company's asset growth. In addition, the company also needs to pay attention to external factors that can affect financial performance, such as economic conditions and market policies, which can affect premium revenue and investment returns. This study provides insights for the company in formulating policies and strategies to achieve more optimal and sustainable asset growth.

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar modal Indonesia pada periode terkini menunjukkan tingkat volatilitas yang tinggi, ditandai dengan penurunan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) hingga sekitar 5% dan terjadinya trading halt oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kondisi ini dipicu oleh meningkatnya ketidakpastian pasar akibat kebijakan fiskal pemerintah, aksi net sell investor asing, serta tekanan yang signifikan pada sektor teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings Per Share (EPS), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return Saham perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 13 perusahaan sektor teknologi yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan total 52 unit observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROE dan DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, sedangkan EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, ROE, EPS, dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,938, yang menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki daya jelas yang sangat kuat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor pada sektor teknologi lebih menekankan pada laba per saham dibandingkan profitabilitas berbasis ekuitas dan tingkat leverage perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi investor dan manajemen perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, khususnya pada sektor teknologi yang memiliki tingkat risiko dan volatilitas tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training on employee job satisfaction, focusing on workload and motivation. This research proposes that practical training can reduce workload, increase motivation, and ultimately increase employee job satisfaction. The research method used was quantitative, with an association approach, identifying the relationship between the variables. The research population consisted of 199 employees of the Cilegon City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, with a total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire. For data analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study show that training has no direct effect on job satisfaction; however, it does have a significant effect on work motivation and workload, which, in turn, affect job satisfaction. Training that is relevant and tailored to employees' needs has been proven to reduce perceived workload, increase motivation, and boost job satisfaction. These findings make an important contribution to the development of human resource management strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction in the public sector. It is hoped that this research can make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context, of course, in the context of human resource management.
