Abstract

The development of technology which is increasingly advanced with time is a demand for the development of the times and increasingly complex human needs. This study, among others, examines and analyses the factors in increasing consumer loyalty to after-sales service through customer loyalty. This research was conducted at PT. Tunas Toyota Cilegon Banten with a population of 1102, then the sample used was 150 respondents. The questionnaire method was distributed using an interval scale of 1 strongly disagree to 10 strongly agree. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate the effect of after-sales service on consumer loyalty, the influence of after-sales service on customer satisfaction, the influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, and customer satisfaction can be a mediation in increasing consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become the driving force in making a real contribution to the success of the organization on an ongoing basis. Of course, only employees with optimal work spirit can achieve this success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to improve it. This study aims to find out how these strategies improve morale. The PLS-SEM approach was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication as well as the work environment can be a driver in the strategy of increasing employee morale, either directly or indirectly optimally through the work environment

Abstract

Every agency wants all its employees to be able to contribute, namely in the form of the best work performance as expected by the agency, which in turn will enable the agency to achieve its goals. To achieve this goal, many factors influence, including competence, work motivation, and career development. Agencies must be able to create conditions that can motivate employees to work well. This study aims to analyze the factors that can explore improving employee performance in existing models; high employee competence, high work motivation, and appropriate career development will be able to improve employee performance. This research uses associative quantitative methods with a survey approach. The object of this research is the Serang Regency Regional Civil Service Agency, with a sample of 188 respondents. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a considerable impact on work motivation. Competence has a substantial effect on career development. Work motivation is having a significant impact on employee performance. Career development has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and career development can mediate the effect of competence on employee performance. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context.
