Increasing populationawareness and participation to participate in supporting the development planning of thepopulation administration system to improve services to the public. <![CDATA[iLearning merupakan suatu inovasi media pembelajaran yang mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan media-media e-learning terpadu yang dapat saling terintegrasi dengan sistem Single Sign On (SSO) yaitu Rinfo, Rinfo Hangouts (RH), iMe serta berbagai aplikasi yang sudah berbasis clouds selain itu dikembangkan pula dashboard sistem yang memberikan informasi data statistik keaktifan mahasiswa sehinga sangat membantu dosen didalam membuat suatu keputusan. Pengembangan dashboard sistem iLearning Media menggunakan metode Waterfall sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, observasi dan interview atau wawancara sesuai topik yang akan diambil setelah itu dilakukan pengujian terhadap kepuasan responden atas kualitas iLearning dengan menggunakan quisioner dengan skala likert. Untuk merancang dashboard sistem pada iLearning Media (iMe) ini digunakan metode perancangan struktural yaitu dengan menggunakan flowchart dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) didalam mendokumentasikan perangkat lunak dari sistem iLearning. Deangan adanya iLearning mahasiswa dapat lebih aktif, kreatif dan memiliki timbal balik yang kuat antara dosen dan mahasiswa, sehingga diharapkan kedepannya akan menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan menjadi sumber daya manusia yang handal serta mampu bersaing di era globalisaisi yang bercirikan teknologi informasi yang tinggi. <![CDATA[Community service is very important to do as well as services provided to civil servants/private to public, in any place where companies and government agencies can be divided into several sub-sections to fit the field and their respective functions in the work. Similarly the social services at Serang District which has been divided into several sections, one of which is a sub section Hope Family Program in terms of helping very poor families who have previously registered as participants to this program. This program is a program that provides cash assistance to extremely poor families if they meet the requirements associated with efforts to improve the quality of human resources, education and health. The main objective of this program is helping to reduce poverty by improving the quality of human resources in extreme poverty. In practice, this is managed by Family Hope Program Implementation Unit in each district, In this case I find the problems or constraints that exist within Family Hope Program the classification of very poor families are less clear, the lack of updating an increase in the economic status of participants, and the absence of recapitulation of education facilities and health insurance in their respective districts in Serang District.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze as well as provide input to a company, namely through the development of an information system that is currently used to process data for travel car rental services. Currently the computer application is one of the important factors for a company in managing all company activities to be more effective and easier. Even the use of technology through information systems has become the main requirement to show the quality of a field and become the most important capital in winning the competition. The information system for travel car rental services at Tirtayasa Trans needs to be designed because currently it is still using a separate data processing method in a spreadsheet application, where each daily or monthly transaction is grouped in each file so that this makes the filtering and reporting process difficult. The research method used in writing is a descriptive review method with a data collection technique approach, namely through observation, interviews, and literatur study. In addition, at the system development stage, the waterfall system is used. The design of this computer application can help companies to improve performance and car rental services in order to compete well in the world of travel car rental business.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of Technology and Communication at thus time has a huge impact, one of which is in the field of education, one form of technological development applied in education is a e-learning. Learning activities at MIS Muhammadiyah Kubangkondang are currently carried out face-to-face where the classroom learning activities when teachers of students cannot be present in class and make students feel freedom in carrying out learning become one of the ideas for the creation of an android-based e-learning application design. The research methodology used is the observation and interview data collection method, and the waterfall system development method and UML data modelling. The programming language used kotlin. With this application, the implementation of learning will continue even though the learning time in the classroom has run out because students can view material through the application outside of study hours, when theacers or students are not present in the classroom can carry out learning because teacher can provide material through the application and students can view material through the application.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly, the advancement of information technology has triggered large and small companies to use information technology as a tool to face and win the competition which is increasingly fierce and competitive. Anugrah Hijau Florist & Nursery is a business that is engaged in the sale of ornamental plants and provides various kinds of medicinal plant products, seeds, fertilizers, and plant care needs. The sales method used by Anugrah Hijau Florist & Nursery currently buyers come directly to the location. The management of the transaction process used today is still conventional, there is no digital media to accommodate product data or sales and purchase transactions, the slow processing of sales transactions, and relying on catalog books makes plant data out of sequence which results in decreased employee performance and delayed reporting. The problem that will be studied in this research is about the design of the Point of Sale application that can change the transaction process that is still manual or conventional into digitalization. By using the UML method, the SDLC Prototype model, making Point of Sale applications can communicate well between developers and customers, developers can work better in determining customer needs, customers play an active role in system development, implementation becomes easier because users know what they expect. This application also uses the Laravel Framework to improve the development process which is getting faster and saves more time. The results obtained from this study are that the sales transaction process is more effective and efficient, product data and sales and purchase transactions are stored properly, and the reporting process becomes easier.]]>

<![CDATA[Campus facilities and infrastructure are assets that used to support teaching and learning activities. Campus facilities and infrastructure are not only to use but its need to be kept clean. But in reality, campus facilities and infrastructure are often neglected in terms of cleanliness. The neglect of the cleanliness is caused by several things such as lack of supervision by the facilities and infrastructure department, difficulty in checking facilities and infrastructure due to their large number and located in a fairly large area, and limited cleaning personnel. To deal with this problem, a campus facility and infrastructure cleanliness monitoring application was designed. In designing this application using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, the stages are planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and operation. The application is a web-based responsive application with Android operating system platform. Responsiveness is one of the techniques used in developing web-based applications so that the application is able to be run and adjusted to the screen of the device. The programming languages used are PHP and MySQL combined with CSS framework, namely bootstrap. The application built is equipped with a feedback facility that can be used by the leader in the form of comments and also rating on each cleanliness report from each unit and location. The comments and ratings given by this leader to increase a moral impact on the person in charge of cleanliness directly. In the end, this application is designed to help facilities and infrastructure department and leaders in monitoring the cleanliness of the facilities so that they can improve the quality of the cleanliness of campus infrastructure and facilitate and also smoothen the process of teaching and learning activities]]>

<![CDATA[Research to analyze the student complaint service system at Banten Jaya University so that it can be more effective in accepting and serving students for the advancement of the academic community on campus. Complaints and consultations are the process of conveying information, aspirations and complaints, whether complaints regarding the lack of campus academic services, regarding learning activities and so on. At Banten Jaya University the process of handling complaints and grievances is still done manually and the complaint data has not been computerized. So there is a lack of information regarding the complaint handling process that can be known by the consultant. The aim of this research is to design the UNBAJA Peduli (SIJALI) Application to assist in distribution and complaint handling services at Banten Jaya University. This application is designed to be website-based so it can be accessed easily and uses the ILAD method as a problem solver.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to design and build a data processing information system at the MB Store which is engaged in digital marketing services. The current problems Processing customer data while still using static data so that it still makes it difficult for admins to find and collect customer data information both those that are being processed, currently running and also those who have ordered before. This static data collection also often causes confusion or misunderstanding between customers and service officers in controlling different customer needs, besides that it also often causes confusion between one customer order package and another, who have and have not paid. , still in the process of ordering as well as the customer data information itself. This is caused because the data is entered separately in each document in Microsoft Excel so that the checking process must be carried out manually. So that this also causes the admin officer to have difficulties in re-data, tracking and matching customer data that has been stored. To overcome the problems that occur, research is carried out which aims to provide solutions to the Miss Bolin Store (MB Store), namely by building a Customer Data Processing Information System using Microsoft Visual Studio and MySQL. The model used in the development of this research uses the Waterfall Model with 5 stages, namely software requirements analysis, design, program code generation, testing and maintenance. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation and literature study. This information system is expected to make it easier for admins to find data, collect customer information, help the service process to customers be faster and can reduce the occurrence of mistakes or misunderstandings in the customer order data itself.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to design and build a sports membership data processing management application at the Serang City Futsal Association. The current problem is often the difficulty in recording and managing all memberships from clubs, management, athletes, referees and coaches. This is because so far the data has been recorded in separate documents, and the weakness of this method is the absence of good data management to process each data so that it is difficult to track when needed. Ineffective and outdated data management without the help of a data management application can cause errors and delays in information processing. Then the limited Access to Information becomes a serious obstacle so that the association and also the youth and sports service have difficulty in accessing and analyzing data on the development of clubs, athletes, coaches and referees in real-time, which hinders the evaluation and improvement of sports programs. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system with information technology, the system development process in this study is with a waterfall model approach. While in the design process here the author will use UML in describing the smoothness of the system to be built. The system to be built will use MySQL as a system management database, while as a tool to design user interface designs and programs in making applications with Microsoft Visual Studio. This research is expected to help the Serang City Futsal Association to be able to manage management and athlete data from each club, referees and coaches so that it can help facilitate tracking of the data when needed, and become useful information for players and lovers of achievement sports in the futsal branch.]]>
