Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and build a sports membership data processing management application at the Serang City Futsal Association. The current problem is often the difficulty in recording and managing all memberships from clubs, management, athletes, referees and coaches. This is because so far the data has been recorded in separate documents, and the weakness of this method is the absence of good data management to process each data so that it is difficult to track when needed. Ineffective and outdated data management without the help of a data management application can cause errors and delays in information processing. Then the limited Access to Information becomes a serious obstacle so that the association and also the youth and sports service have difficulty in accessing and analyzing data on the development of clubs, athletes, coaches and referees in real-time, which hinders the evaluation and improvement of sports programs. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system with information technology, the system development process in this study is with a waterfall model approach. While in the design process here the author will use UML in describing the smoothness of the system to be built. The system to be built will use MySQL as a system management database, while as a tool to design user interface designs and programs in making applications with Microsoft Visual Studio. This research is expected to help the Serang City Futsal Association to be able to manage management and athlete data from each club, referees and coaches so that it can help facilitate tracking of the data when needed, and become useful information for players and lovers of achievement sports in the futsal branch.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to build an online travel application at PT. Nusa Trip Travel, which is intended for tourism and travel bureau companies to serve travel customer requests and can provide travel and tourism information. The presence of this application will be very helpful in serving every ticket ordering transaction carried out by customers wherever they are without having to go to a service bureau. This travel application will be built on an online basis where customers can see information on departure schedules, travel departure routes, rates and payments. The payment system implemented with this application requires customers to carry out a transfer process according to the total bill via a bank account. Payment will be declared successful by the admin if the payment matches the cost of the travel booking. The financial reports received will be detailed and clear with the aim of making each report easier so that all work will be easier to complete, especially in serving travel consumers, monitoring travel and other administration. This application was developed using the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter framework, which has been tested in web-based software development. Meanwhile, the system flow design here uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). This research uses a waterfall method approach in developing the system and the results of this research are expected to be able to help companies serve each customer more quickly, effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Student Activity Units (UKM) are student organizations in universities that accommodate various student interests and talents outside of academic activities. UKM serves as a forum for students to develop themselves, channel hobbies, and improve various skills through extracurricular activities. The purpose of this research is to design and build an information system that can simplify the process of accepting cadres in an organization, especially student organizations. This system aims to increase efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in managing applicant data, as well as simplify the selection and recruitment process for UKM members. The presence of this application will be very helpful in serving the registration of every student who is interested in becoming a prospective member without having to visit each UKM and can reduce the cost of procuring paper and stationery as well as time and energy. This UKM member acceptance application will be built with web-based software and implemented online, where students can view information and the registration agenda and the selection schedule for each organization. In addition, each committee unit can monitor the progress of each prospective participant who registers and can also view the detailed profile of each prospective participant. This application was developed using the PHP programming language supported by the Bootstrap framework, which provides an excellent and flexible experience when accessed on today's smartphones. The system flow design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Design Thinking Model. This research uses a waterfall method approach in system development, and the results are expected to help every UKM administrator serve prospective participants more easily, effectively, and efficiently.
