Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi pembelajaran think talk write terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem kelas X di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental design) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas X MIA 2 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X MIA 3 (kelas kontrol), adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 soal. Rata-rata hasil post-test siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 16,03, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah 14,66. Hasil uji U Mann-Whitney diperoleh Zhitung < Ztabel (-2,10 < -1.96), sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran think talk write dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Strategi Think Talk Write, Ekosistem   Abstract : This research aimed to find out the implementation of think talk write strategy for students' learning achievement in ecosystem lesson in class X of SMA N 9 Pontianak. The form of this research was quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The samples of the research were class X MIA 3 (control group) and class X MIA 2 (treatment group), the sampling technique was intact group. The instrument used in the form of a multiple choice test with consist of 20 items. The average of students' post-test treatment group was 16.03, while the average of control group was 14,66. The analysis of U Mann-Whitney showed that Zcount < Ztable(-2,10 < -1.96), so that it can be concluded that there is a difference in students' learning achievement whom were taught by using think talk write strategy with those whom were taught by using conventional strategy. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the feasibility of a documentary film of the fishermen?s fish inventory as a learning media on the sub-material ?The Level of Biodiversity? and to find out the fish species found at the fishing spots of Jungkat village, Mempawah Regency. This study was conducted using the descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using the triangulation technique. The study was conducted in two steps: (1) documenting the fish inventory process and (2) creating the documentary film. The study found 27 species from 18 families, and they were taken into account as the resource for the documentary film. Six validators of the media feasibility consist of three material experts and three media experts. The average score gained from the media experts? and the material experts? validations is respectively 3,27 and 3,4. The results indicate that the media is valid and suitable to use in teaching and learning process on the grade 10 sub-material ?The Level of Biodiversity.  Keywords: Documentary Film, Inventory, Jungkat

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Studens Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) pada materi sistem pencernaan makanan di kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Siantan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksana tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus dan masing-masing dengan satu kali pertemuan setiap siklus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 26 siswa terdiri dari 14 orang siswa laki-laki dan 12 orang siswa perempuan. Persentase proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I mencapai 90,91% dan siklus II mencapai 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 75,13 dengan persentase ketuntasan 80,77% dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 84,36 dengan persentase ketuntasan 96,15%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.   Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Tipe STAD, Hasil Belajar       Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the studens’ result by using the cooperative learning type of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on the material of digestive system in VIII B class of SMP Negeri 2 Siantan in academic year 2014/2015. This study was a classroom action research which conducted in 2 cycles, where each consists of planning, execution, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study was 14 male students and 12 female students . The percentage of the learning process in the first cycle achieved 90,91% and 100% in the second cycle. The result of this study has shown that the average result on cycle I was 75,13 with 80,77% of completeness and 84,36 of improvement on cycle II with 96,15% of completeness concluded that the cooperative learning type STAD is able to improve the students’ result.   Key words: Learning Type STAD, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe Make A-Match terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi virus di kelas X  SMAN 1 Anjongan. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas Xc (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas XB (kelas kontrol), dengan teknik pengambilan sampel intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 14,42, sedangkan rata-rata  hasil belajar siswa kelas control adalah 10,76. Berdasarkan uji U Mann-Whitney diperoleh Zhitung (-4,20) < -Ztabel (-1,96), artinya terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Make A-Match dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Model Kooperatif Tipe Make A-Match, Pengaruh, MateriVirus.  Abstract: This study was particularly aimed to reveal the effect of cooperative model of Make A-Match to student?s achievement in virus material of tenth grade student?s of SMAN 1 Anjongan. The form of this study was a quasi-experimental. The design of this study was nonequivalent control group design. Data were collected from two classes; those are Xc class (experimental group) and XB class (control group). The sample was taken by intact group. The instrument of this study was multiple choice tests. The average of student?s achievement of experiment group was 14,42, while the average of student?s achievement of control group was 10,76. The Mann-Whitney U test was obtained Zcount (-4,20)< -Ztable (-1,96), it means that there was a different between student?s achievement who taught using cooperative model of Make A-Match with student?s achievement who taught using conventional model. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of flipbook on the Sub-material of Water Pollution based on the zooplankton quality in Ambawang River, West Kalimantan. This research was quantitative with descriptive method. In this study, the validity of the flipbook media was done by validity test. Data validation results of the media will be analyzed using the analysis method of Content Validity Ratio (CVR). Based on the CVR value, the CVI (Content Validity Index) value was calculated for the overall assessment of the instrument items that have good content validity. CVI calculation result showed the overall criteria obtained have he CVI value of 0.95, which showed that the flipbook media on Sub-material of Water Pollution in the first grade of SMA was not feasible to be used as a learning medium. The use of flipbooks in the learning of Sub-material of Water Pollution  must be revised  especially on the invalid item, namely adjusting the color variations to improve the attractiveness aspect. Keywords: Ambawang River, Flipbook media, Zooplankton, Water Pollution Sub-material

Email : dhardyantie@yahoo.com Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Sungai Raya pada sub materi invertebrata melalui penerapan model memorization learning berbantuan model Frayer. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas X IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 5 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir soal. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh rata-rata skor hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 15,54, sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 13,82. Berdasarkan uji U Mann-Whitney dengan taraf nyata 5% diperoleh  Zhitung < -Ztabel yaitu sebesar -2,75 < -1,96 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. It was quasi-experimental study with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this research were X IPA 3 as experiment class and X IPA 5 as control class. From the data analysis there are 15,54 as the average students learning outcome in experiment class and in the other hand 13,82 in control class. Abstract

AbstractThis study was purposed to see the influence of mind mapping learning strategy towards students' learning outcomes on the sub material of Briophyte in 10th grade Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa Senior High School. The Quasi Experiment Design with Nonequivalent control group design was used. The sample of this study was 10th grade science 1 (Experiment class) and 10th grade science 2 (control class). The sample selection technique in this study using the saturation sampling technique in which all members of the population used as sample. The instrument used in this study was 20 questions of multiple choice test. The average of students' learning outcomes who taught using mind mapping learning strategy was 18.64 higher compared to the average of student learning outcomes who taught using conventional learning was 13.82. Based on the U Mann Whitney test, obtained Zcount < Ztable (-6.83 < -1.96), means there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who taught using Mind Mapping learning strategy and conventional. The obtained effect size value was 4.63 which means that the influence of mind mapping learning strategy in learning outcomes was high and contributes > 50%.  Keywords : Mind Mapping, Learning Strategy, Sub Material of Bryophyte

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja jenis ikan yang ditemukan di Danau Bekat Kecamatan Tayan Hilir dan kelayakan media buklet dari hasil inventarisasi ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan di Danau Bekat sebagai media pembelajaran pada pokok bahasan keanekaragaman jenis. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan, yaitu inventarisasi ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan di Danau Bekat Kecamatan Tayan Hilir dan pembuatan media buklet. Pengambilan sampel ikan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Hasil inventarisasi ikan tangkapan nelayan disajikan dalam media buklet yang selanjutnya divalidasi oleh lima orang validator yaitu dua orang dosen Pendidikan Biologi FKIP UNTAN dan tiga orang guru mitra. Dari hasil inventarisasi ditemukan 22 jenis ikan yang termasuk ke dalam 10 famili yaitu Cyprinidae, Channidae, Pristolepididae, Helostomatidae, Belontidae, Cobitidae, Pangasidae, Bagridae, Siluridae, dan Belonidae. Hasil validasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata validitas 3,4 (valid), yang berarti buklet layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada pokok bahasan keanekaragaman jenis. Abstract: This research purpose is to identify the various of fish species which found in Bekat lake the subdistric of Tayan Hilir and the expediency booklet media of fish cacthing product in Bekat lake as a learning media on the subject matter of the spsecies variety.This research consist of two steps, the first step is inventory of fishermans cacthing product in Bekat lake the subdistric of Tayan Hilir and the second is booklet creation media. In choosing the fish sample, this research using survey method. The inventory product of fish catching showed into booklet media and further validated by five peoples of validator, there are two lecturers and three teachers partner. From the result of inventory fish catching in Bekat lake its found 22 fishes species that involved into the ten families they are Cyprinidae, Channidae, Pristolepididae, Helostomatidae, Belontidae, Cobitidae, Pangasidae, Bagridae, Siluridae, and Belonidae. The result of validation was obtained the average grade 3,4 (valid), which is mean the booklet expediency used as learning media on subject matter of species variety. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada submateri Invertebrata kelas X SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas X MIA 1 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X MIA 2 (kelas kontrol), adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil posttestsiswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 16,91, sedangkan skor rata-rata hasil posttestkelas kontrol adalah 13,73. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji U- Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung>Ztabel (-5,50> -1.96) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan model konvensional. Nilai effect sizeyang diperoleh sebesar 1,55 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43,94%. Maka model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada submateri Invertebrata di kelas X SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kabupaten Kubu Raya. From the data analysis, the average posttest score of students in experiment class is 16,91, while the average posttest score of students in control class is 13,73. Based on U-Mann Whitney test shows that Zcount> Ztable (-5,50 >-1,96). So it can be concluded that there is the difference between the students’ learning outcomes whom been taught by using cooperative learning Jigsaw type with conventional style. The effect size value obtained is 1,55 in the high category and accounted for 43,94%. So cooperative learning Jigsaw type influences positively on the students’ learning outcomes in Invertebrates submaterial for Class X SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya Regency. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat flipbook berdasarkan keragaman jenis burung diurnal di hutan lindung Gunung Senujuh dan sekitarnya yang digunakan pada pembelajaran Pelestarian Keanekaragaman Hayati. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif. Pengamatan burung di lapangan menggunakan dua metode yang dikombinasikan yaitu metode transek dan titik hitung. Dari hasil pengamatan ditemukan 34 jenis burung diurnal dari 16 familia. Keragaman jenis burung diurnal yang ditemukan digunakan sebagai isi media flipbook dan divalidasi oleh 11 validator dengan nilai total validasi 3,43. Berdasarkan hasil, validasi media flipbook yang berisi keragaman jenis burung diurnal di hutan lindung Gunung Senujuh dan sekitarnya layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pelestarian Keanekaragaman Hayati.Kata kunci : Burung Diurnal, Hutan Lindung, Flipbook Abstract: This research aim is to make flipbook based on varieties of diurnal birds in the protected forest Gunung Senujuh and around it that is used at Conservation of Biological Diversity lesson. This research included in qualitative research with descriptive type. The observation of birds in the site applied two combination methods they were transects method and point-counting. Observation found 34 species of diurnal birds from 16 families. The varieties of diurnal bird found, used as the content of flipbook media and validated by 11 validators with amount of validation score was 3,43. Based on the result the validation of flipbook media which containedthe diversity of diurnal birds in the protected forest Gunung Senujuh and around was suitable for Conservation of Biological Diversity lesson.
