Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Question Student Have berbantuan media animasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerak pada tumbuhan di kelas VIII SMPN 20 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik intact group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas VIIIF sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIIE sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir soal. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 15.34, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah 14.25. Hasil uji U Mann-Whitney dengan α=5% menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode Question Student Have berbantuan media animasi dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan metode ceramah disertai metode diskusi berbantuan media powerpoint. Nilai Effect Size yang diperoleh sebesar 0.44, termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan berarti memberikan pengaruh sebesar 17% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Metode Question Student Have berbantuam media animasi, materi gerak pada tumbuhan, hasil belajar Abstract: The research aim to determine the effect of Question Student Have method aided media animation on student learning outcomes in material motion of plants at 2nd grade SMPN 20 Pontianak. The research design was quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. This research used intact group sampling technique. Research sampel consisted of two classes which were class VIIIF as experimental class and class VIIIE as the control class. Instruments were used multiple choice tests amounted to 20 items. The average of student learning outcomes at the experimental class was 15.34, while in the control class was 14.25. Result of the U Mann-Whitney test with α=5% means there was difference on student learning outcomes was taught using Question Student Have method aided media animation and using lecture with discussion method aided media powerpoint. Effect Size value obtained 0.44 and included in the moderate category and had effect 17% on student learning outcomes. Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to determine the feasibility of documentary film on the Water Pollution Submaterial. The research used quantitative descriptive method. Success in the learning process become increasingly important considering that the water pollution did not only affect the life of water biota, but also poisoned the source of drinking water and animal food, as well as imbalancing the river ecosystem. With regards to environmental pollution material, the documentary medium could also provide direct and indirect motivation in daily life so that students were expected to understand and could implement the importance of keeping the environment healthy. The results of the documentary film validation containing the result of water quality analysis on Water Pollution Submaterial obtained average total validation of 3.05 (valid) for the material aspects and 3.21 (valid) for the medium aspects, but still needed to be repaired before its use on the learning of Water Pollution Submaterial for first grade students of senior high school. Keywords: Documentary Film, Submaterial Water Pollution

Abstract

Abstrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah hubungan penilaian autentik terhadap pemahaman siswa pada sub materi metode ilmiah”. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penilaian autentik dengan pemahaman siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat pada sub materi metode ilmiah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi korelasi. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XA berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling.  Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah rubrik penilaian autentik, tes pilihan ganda, dan lembar observasi aktivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata penilaian autentik adalah 78,41, tes pemahaman siswa 88,43 dan aktivitas 72,98.  Hubungan penilaian autentik dengan pemahaman siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat pada sub materi metode ilmiah menggunakan statistik parametrik korelasi product moment memiliki keterkaitan yang sedang dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0,433. Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,717 > 1,696).  Hal ini berarti penilaian autentik memiliki korelasi yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa pada submateri metode ilmiah. Kata Kunci: Penilaian Autentik, Pemahaman Siswa  Abstract: The title of this research is the authentic assessment correlation of students comprehension on sub material of scientific method". The aim of this research was to find out the correlation of authentic assessment to the comprehension of first grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat on sub material scientific method. The research method used was descriptive, with correlational research study. The sample of this research was class A of first grade students taken by using purposive sampling technique. Research instruments used were authentic assessment rubric, multiple choice test, and activity observational sheets. The results of this research shows that the average score of authentic assessment is 78.14, students comprehension test is 88.43 and the activity is 72.98. The correlation of authentic assessment toward students' comprehension of first grade of SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat on sub material scientific method by using correlational parametric statistic of Product Moment is moderately  correlated with the score of correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0,433. Based on ttest, the result is thitung > ttabel (2,717 > 1,696). This result means that authentic assessment is significantly correlated to the students comprehension on sub material scientific method. Keywords: authentic assessment, students comprehension

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis ikan yang didaratkan di TPI Kabupaten Ketapang dan kelayakan media flipbook dari hasil inventarisasi ikan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran dalam sub materi keanekaragaman jenis di kelas X SMA. Pengambilan sampel ikan dilakukan di TPI dengan menggunakan metode survei data dan wawancara dengan beberapa nelayan. Hasil inventarisasi ikan yang didaratkan di TPI kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk media flipbook. Media divalidasi oleh lima orang validator. Jumlah ikan yang didapatkan dari hasil inventarisasi adalah 17 jenis yang termasuk kedalam 13 famili yakni famili Ariidae, Carangidae, Clupeidae, Cynoglossidae, Drepaneidae, Gerridae, Gymnuridae, Mugillidae, Muraenesocidae, Nemipteridae, Polynemidae, Scombridae, Theraponidae. Hasil penilaian oleh 5 orang validator diketahui bahwa skor rata-rata dari validasi media sebesar 3,3 dan termasuk kedalam kategori valid, dengan demikian media flipbook dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran biologi pada sub materi keanekaragaman jenis di kelas X SMA. Abstract: This study aims to determine kind of fish landed in fish station of Ketapang and validity of flipbook made from the inventory result alternative learning media in studying species diversity for class X senior high school. Data was collected from TPI using survey method and through interviews with some of the fishermen. The research results then packaged and presented in the form of flipbook media which further validated by five validator. The number of fish species obtained from the inventory result are 17 species. They are grouped into 13 families, Ariidae, Carangidae, Clupeidae, Cynoglossidae, Drepaneidae, Gerridae, Gymnuridae, Mugillidae, Muraenesocidae, Nemipteridae, Polynemidae, Scombridae, Theraponidae. In out of 5 validators said that the media scored 3.3 overall which was categorized as valid, therefore it can be used as an alternative media of learning species diversity in class X SMA. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penggunaan modul terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada submateri pencemaran lingkungan di kelas X SMAN 9 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental design dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XA dan kelas XC. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil post-test siswa pada kelas eksperimen (yang diajar menggunakan bahan ajar buku teks berbantuan modul) adalah 16.08, sedangkan skor rata-rata hasil post-test kelas kontrol (yang diajar menggunakan buku teks) adalah 14.44. Setelah dilakukan analisis uji U Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung< Ztabel (-3.78 < -1.96) maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan bahan ajar buku teks dan modul dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan buku teks di SMAN 9 Pontianak. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Modul, Pencemaran Lingkungan  Abstract: This research is conducted for seeing the use of module in relation of students achievement in learning submaterial, environmental pollution in tenth grade of SMAN 9 Pontianak. This research was used Quasi Experimental Design with nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this research were XA and XC. Based on the data analysis, the average score in post-test in experimental class (class which was taught by using text book and module) is 16.08, where the average score in post-test in control class (class which was taught by using text book) is 14.44. After doing analysis with U Mann-Whitney test, it is resulted that Zcount > Ztable (-3.78 < -1.96) thus it can be concluded that there is significance difference between the average score of students which were taught by using text book and module with the students which were taught by using text book in SMAN 9 Pontianak. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran flipchart sebagai  implementasi dari penelitian inventarisasi keanekaragaman ikan dan mengetahui jenis-jenis ikan yang terdapat di desa Padang Tikar. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan didapatkan 32 jenis ikan terdiri dari 24 famili.  Media flipchart diuji kelayakannya oleh tiga orang dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Untan dan dua orang guru biologi kelas X SMA di dua sekolah yang ada di desa Padang Tikar. Berdasarkan penilaian validator, flipchart termasuk ke dalam kategori valid dengan nilai rata-rata total validasi 3.5 dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri tingkat keanekaragaman hayati. Kata kunci: Flipchart, Inventarisasi, Ikan,  Padang Tikar Abstract: This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning media flipchart as the implementation of an inventory study of fish diversity and determine the types of fish found in the village of Padang Tikar. Forms of this research is qualitative descriptive methods and techniques of data collection triangulation . From the results obtained 32 species of fish consisting of 24 families . Media flipcharts tested for feasibility by three lecturers of Biology Education Studies Program FKIP Untan and two tenth grade high school biology teacher in two schools in the village of Padang Tikar. In the judgment of the validator , flipchart fall into the category valid with an average value of 3.5 and a decent total validation is used as a medium of learning in submateri biodiversity.Keywords : Flipchart, Inventory, Fish, Padang Tikar

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains disertai metode  outdoor learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem di kelas X SMAN 2 Teluk Keramat. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas X MIA A (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X MIA B (kelas kontrol), adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara intact group. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil post-test siswa pada kelas eksperimen  sebesar 18.76, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 15.53. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji U Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung < Ztabel (-5.40 < -1.96). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains disertai metode  outdoor learning dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains. Kata kunci: keterampilan proses sains, outdoor learning, ekosistem, hasil belajar  Abstract: This study was aimed to know the application science process skill approach accompanied by outdoor learning methods toward study result of ecosystem material in class X of SMAN 2 Teluk Keramat. The form of this research was a quasy experimental design with pattern in nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this research are X MIA A as a experiment class and X MIA B as a control class. Intact group was used in the sampling technique. From the result of data analysis, the average score post-test of the student’s result on experiment class is 18.76, whereas on control class is 15.53. Based on the analysis U- Mann Whitney test showed that Zcount < Ztable (-5.40 < -1.96). It can be concluded there is a difference of study result between student’s that taught by  science process skill approach accompanied by outdoor learning methods with that taught by science process skill approach. Abstract

ABSTRAKMahasiswa pendidikan Biologi tidak hanya harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogik namun juga kompetensi kepribadian, sehingga tidak hanya cakap dalam penguasaan materi pembelajaran, namun juga memiliki sikap ilmiah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kelayakan modul pengetahuan lingkungan berbasis potensi lokal bermuatan studi kasus dalam membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan mahasiswa pendidikan Biologi. Modul tersebut divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Berdasarkan kriteria kevalidan, maka rata-rata total validasi dari ahli materi dan ahli media diperoleh sebesar 2,62 dan 2,63 yang termasuk dalam kategori valid. Modul kemudian diujicobakan pada enam mahasiswa pendidikan Biologi dan hasil angket kepedulian lingkungan menghasilkan skor rata-rata 74,28 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik.ABSTRACTBiology education students should not only have pedagogic competence but also personality, so that they are not only proficient in mastering learning material, but also has a scientific attitude. The purpose of this study was to measure the feasibility of environmental education module based on local potency in the form of case studies in developing biology education students’ environmental awareness. The module is validated by subject experts and media experts. Based on the criteria of validity, the average validation score were 2.62 from subject matter experts and 2.63 from media experts which were categorized as valid. The module then tested on six biology education students and environmental awareness questionnaire resulted in an average score of 74.28 which was categorized as good.
