Abstract

Admission of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become its students. In general, the admission process of new students is carried out through the registration stage, selection tests, and student admission announcements. In this study, its application to The Islamic Junior High School Ruhama Cirendeu which has been done manually or has been computerized but using Microsoft Office Excel, which allows there are still many lacks of data, manual calculation of test scores that allow errors to occur. For this reason, an information system is needed that can help in the admission process of new students. The formulation of the problem of this study is how the process of building a new student admission information system at Ruhama Cirendeu Islamic Junior High School so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this study is to get accurate and real information about the course of the admission information system for new students at Ruhama Cirendeu Islamic Junior High School. The benefit of this research is that it provides convenience for admins and prospective students themselves. The system was designed using the UML (Unified Modelling Language) modeling language and implemented using PHP, Apache Web Server and MySQL Server. The research methods used are literature, observation, interviews, analysis, design, trials and implementations. The conclusion of the results of this study is that it is expected to establish a new student admission information system based on the web

Abstract

By this time computers were already an indispensable part of human life. The role of computers is felt in almost all areas of life, especially along with the rapid development of computer network technology, all the information we need can be obtained in just a short time. One of the protocols used for communication between one computer and another is HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) which is a protocol used by all web-based systems. In this study, we will discuss the design of a web-based student consultation forum information system at AMIK Wahana Mandiri Tangerang Selatan. This system is an application system for student activities in consultations that are carried out manually to be more effective, accurate and computerized. So that the processing and storage process can be easier and more efficient. This system is designed with UML (Unified Modelling Language) modeling consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.  The implementation results of  this research are expected to be useful for AMIK Wahana Mandiri, especially for student  consultation activities  at AMIK Wahana Mandiri

Abstract

With the development of information technology today, where the activities of daily life will be computer-based. So in a computer agency is a material need in creating and obtaining information. Of the various kinds of information technology, currently in demand by the public is about technology related to computers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the library information system that is currently running at SMP N 8 Serang City to be better, to design a new information system at the library at SMP N 8 Serang City.The development of information systems requires proper analysis to be able to map out the problems and weaknesses of the old system in advance. There are several methods that can be used to analyze the system, one of which is the PIECES method (performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, and service). Input process until the data output process will be more accurate, and can reduce errors resulting from the system that is running at SMPN 8 Serang City Facilitate the making of reports that will be made by the user who will be reported to the head of the library, by building tables in the database. With this library application program, it is hoped that it can help officers in recording book loans and replace the old system

Abstract

The Office of Communication, Informatics, Encryption and Statistics of Banten Province often experiences problems in managing letters, especially when searching for the desired letter takes a long time and when making reports whose results are not accurate, this is because there are still many errors in the data recording process and still using the system. which is manual where the recording is still using a ledger and making letters is still manual, namely making in word. To make it easier to collect outgoing mail, a system that has good data recording and storage is needed. Based on the existing problems, the researcher proposes a new system in managing outgoing mail, and has a storage area in the form of an information system. The outgoing mail system at Diskominfo Banten Province was developed using the PHP programming language with MYSQL database, the research method used was the flowmap method, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) with waterfall development, while the data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and literature review. With this web-based outgoing mail management information system, it can make it easier to make letters, record letters, archive letters and report letters, besides that this system is expected to better support employee performance/activities in managing mail data.

Abstract

TOPSIS or Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is a multi-criteria decision-making method which has the concept of selecting the best alternative based on the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The purpose of this study is to apply the TOPSIS method which can assist in determining the priority of scholarships for students by considering various predetermined criteria. There are four criteria used in this study, namely: average grade, class rank, number of siblings, parental income, and number of achievements. The system development method used is the modified waterfall method, with the stages carried out in the form of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The system that has been built is a system that can make it easier to determine scholarship recipients

Abstract

The manual-based invitation spreader system that runs at PT Wika Gedung has not been able to send invitations to all guests and the right guests and makes the guests often missed. Methods that work like that are less effective. Meanwhile, what is needed by PT Wika Gedung is a system that can send invitations quickly and precisely to the intended invitation, and can monitor the attendance list of guests. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a QR Code-based online invitation spreader application to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the data to be reported. The development method used is the Waterfall method, which is divided into 6 stages, namely interviews, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The phase aims to facilitate the division of modules and focus on the modules worked on. The result of this application is sending QR Code-based invitations and sending invitations to guests via e-mail addresses of each guest and can monitor the attendance of guests at certain events

Abstract

Lecturer attendance system on STTI NIIT I-Tech campus is still managed manually used the notebook of lecture realization. This wasn’t rule out errors in managing attendance data, loss of attendance data and lecturer cheating in counterfeit their presence. From the problem, then made the attendance system by using fingerprint technology where the secretariat record all the lecturer’s attendance data in the system. The lecturer’s attendance data collection is done by recording fingerprint on the fingerprint scanner machine. Abstract

In practice, the final assignment guidance process does not always run smoothly, there are several obstacles that can cause the guidance process to not run smoothly, such as time and place constraints, namely where students and supervisors cannot always meet face to face to conduct guidance, there are also times when students want to do guidance but the guidance form is left behind or lost, and this is very disturbing because the guidance form is a record of the progress of compiling a final assignment which is a requirement for eligibility to advance to the trial, if these obstacles continue then there is a possibility that students will be hampered in compiling the final assignment. Time and place constraints can actually be overcome by utilizing email and chat messenger, but in terms of recording it remains an obstacle because it is not recorded in the guidance form. In this study, the author designed and implemented an application that can help with the above problems by creating an android-based application in which students and supervisors can interact and there are also recommendations for trials and final assignment grades for examiners
