Abstract

E-Commerce is one of the areas that has undergone great progress as a result of the rapid growth of information and communication technology since the advent of the Internet. E-Commerce facilitates the online shopping process and provides convenience and efficiency to customers. TUTUS BETTA FARM, a shrimp farmer located in Kediri district, has had difficulty using an e-commerce platform to improve the accessibility and efficiency of their business. Problems identified include difficulties in accessing physical stores by buyers, manual ordering, and limited payment options. The proposed solution is the development of a web-based E-Commerce platform using React Js and Next Js, as well as the integration of the Midtrans payment gateway to facilitate online payments.

Abstract

Aplikasi KSWI merupakan platform milik Pemerintah Kota Kediri yang dikelola melalui DPMPTSP sebagai pintu utama untuk pengurusan perizinan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah masalah koneksi dalam database yang sering menyebabkan duplikasi data, serta alur mekanisme yang belum sepenuhnya terstruktur dengan jelas, selain itu, penilaian kapabilitas untuk mengukur kualitas sistem belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, analisis terhadap aplikasi KSWI menggunakan framework COBIT 2019 menjadi langkah penting. Berdasarkan pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas, sistem pelayanan perizinan tenaga kesehatan berada pada level 1 dengan hasil berikut: DSS01 sebesar 68%, DSS02 sebesar 72%, DSS03 sebesar 75%, dan DSS05 sebesar 56%. Target yang diharapkan adalah mencapai level 2, sehingga terdapat kesenjangan sebesar 1 level. Aktivitas yang ada sudah diterapkan, namun diperlukan pengelolaan yang lebih baik dan pengembangan sistem agar operasional menjadi lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the process of accepting new students at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri which aims to develop an information system on the PMB website that is more complete and meets the needs of prospective new students and admin promotions at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. This admission technique still has shortcomings which then make prospective new student participants unable to obtain information optimally with the required needs where prospective students who have filled out the form and have saved the data, cannot re-edit the data, there is no icon/symbol that can be used to re-edit the data. print data stating the status of the registrant/participant, as well as the report on the recapitulation of the total number of prospective students and study programs are not yet available in the system. The conclusion of this study is that the information system related to data collection of prospective new students has been in accordance with the plan as evidenced by the acquisition of the results of system testing. The development of this system will make it easier for prospective students to perform data management. In addition, this can also help the administration in managing data for prospective students. Based on the conclusions of this study, it is recommended that the main objective of "Development of New Student Admission Information System at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri" is to develop an information system on the PMB website that is more complete and meets the needs of prospective new students and promotion admins at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri.Keywords: System Development, New Student Admission
