Abstract

 In the management of data recording marriage events at the KUA (the Office of Religious Affairs) is still manual and has not utilized information technology to the fullest. The process of inputting, managing and storing data on recording marriage events only utilizes Microsoft Office applications and there is even some data that is written manually so that the process of presenting reports for recording marriage events is still relatively slow and inefficient, there are often errors and loss of data which results in the KUA having to search for data again. To overcome this problem, an application design is carried out that can speed up the process of recording marriage events at the KUA. Design and Implementation was using Visual Studio 2012 and MySQL as a database processing place. The application designed to support the process of recording marriage events more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Urban waste management faces challenges not only in reducing waste volumes but also in the limited utilization of waste as a resource with added value. This condition highlights the importance of a circular economy approach that positions waste as a material that can be reused through innovation and community empowerment. This community engagement program aims to analyze the implementation of a community-based circular economy through the processing of dry leaf waste into environmentally friendly ink and to identify changes in the capacity and empowerment of the partner community following the implementation of the innovation. The program was conducted in collaboration with the Warisan Bumi Indonesia Community in Serang City through several stages, including problem identification, socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The innovations introduced included the sorting and drying of raw materials, natural color extraction, ink formulation, development of standard operating procedures for production, and digital-based record-keeping and reporting. Evaluation was conducted through observation, hands-on practice, pre-tests and post-tests, innovation implementation checklists, interviews, group discussions, and activity documentation. The results indicate a shift from the initial condition, in which dry leaf waste had not been transformed into derivative products and its management activities remained unstructured, toward a waste-processing practice that produces environmentally friendly ink, incorporates more standardized production stages, and is supported by digital record-keeping. The program also sought to strengthen the capacity of the community as a non-state actor in supporting the implementation of waste management policies and establishing sustainable circular economy practices. These findings demonstrate that the integration of technological innovation, community empowerment, and governance digitalization can serve as an alternative approach to strengthening the implementation of the circular economy at the local level. Keywords: circular economy; community empowerment; dry leaf waste; environmental innovation; digitalization.

Abstract

Di era saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkelanjutan menjadi katalis utama dalam mengubah kota-kota modern menjadi pusat kota cerdas. Transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk memandu kota-kota cerdas menuju masa depan yang ditandai oleh efisiensi dan keberlanjutan. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi konsep transformasi digital berkelanjutan dalam konteks evolusi kota cerdas, menekankan perannya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya, mengurangi emisi karbon, dan meningkatkan layanan publik. Integrasi teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT), analisis data besar, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) membentuk fondasi kota cerdas yang berkelanjutan. Keberlanjutan tidak hanya mencakup aspek lingkungan tetapi juga dimensi sosial dan ekonomi, yang menekankan inklusivitas dan partisipasi masyarakat. Namun, tantangan, termasuk integrasi sistem yang kompleks, kendala keuangan, dan kebutuhan akan langkah-langkah keamanan yang kuat, harus diatasi untuk transformasi digital berkelanjutan yang sukses. Tujuan penelitian ini meliputi melakukan investigasi mendalam melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis, dengan fokus pada manfaat, peran, dan tantangan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk mendorong diskusi tentang arah masa depan transformasi digital berkelanjutan untuk kota-kota cerdas, yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan kota-kota yang cerdas dan berkelanjutan. Tinjauan pustaka sistematis mengikuti metode PRISMA, yang merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat, peran, dan tantangan transformasi digital berkelanjutan. Temuan tersebut menyoroti potensi transformatif praktik digital berkelanjutan, yang menekankan perlunya mengatasi tantangan demi keberhasilan evolusi kota pintar.
