Abstract

Masih banyaknya minat masayarakat akan motor bekas dengan berbagai merek dan jenisnya. Dalam hal ini, Dealer mokas harus bisa melihat peluang motor yang banyak diminati dan dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat sekitar, sehingga motor yang dibeli dapat terjual dengan cepat. Dealer mokas solok merupakan salah satu dealer sepeda motor bekas yang menerima dan menjual motor bekas kepada masyarakat. Dalam menilai dan memilih motor dan dibeli dari masyarakat mokas solok masih menggunakan cara yang belum sistematis serta terukur, cara tersebut mengakibatkan penilaian terhadap sepeda motor yang dipilih belum ada kepastian baku dan terukur dalam pembelian, sehingga motor yang dibeli lama terjual, banyak kerusakan, serta harga terlalu mahal dalam pembelian speda motor. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK) yang mendukung mokas solok dalam pemilihan dan pembelian sepeda motor sehingga kerugian dapat dikurangi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun siitem pendukung keputusan pemilihan dan pembelian sepeda motor bekas bagi perusaan menggunakan metode MOORA. Terdapat 6 kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni jenis kendaraan, tahun kendaraan, kelengkapan kendaraan, kekurangan kendaraan, keterangan pajak, harga kendaraan dengan memamfaatkan 6 alternatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini sepeda motor yang berpotensi untuk dibeli dari sekian banyak pilihan jatuh pada Supra GTR dengan nilai 0.3, diharapkan penelitian menjadi bahan rujukan bagi perusahaan Mokas Solok.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan komponen vital yang mengintegrasikan fungsi-fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan, operasional, dan pengendalian perusahaan. Tanpa informasi yang memadai, perusahaan tidak dapat menjalankan operasionalnya dengan efisien. Salah satu informasi yang sangat penting adalah mengenai manajemen persediaan barang. Bagian gudang harus mencatat setiap transaksi, termasuk barang yang masuk, barang yang keluar, dan jumlah stok. Ketelitian dalam pencatatan ini sangat penting untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam laporan yang dapat menyebabkan masalah bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan sistem persediaan barang berbasis web untuk membantu proses pengelolaan persediaan dengan lebih baik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan objek penelitian. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan basis data MySQL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi persediaan gudang berbasis web site . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan data persediaan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL lebih cepat, akurat, dan lebih aman dari kerusakan data dibandingkan dengan pencatatan manual menggunakan kertas.

Abstract

Sanjai chips are one of the typical snacks of West Sumatra which are sold by tek gadih shops, increased sales on certain days and months make employees overwhelmed dealing with buyers, causing buyers to not be served evenly, and increased purchases make available sanjai stocks run low or run out. and resulted in sales being not optimal, therefore it is necessary to conduct a study to predict sales in the future. So that the availability of sanjai chips in the warehouse can be increased so that service is guaranteed and sales are optimal. The method chosen in this research is the Monte Carlo Method by processing data on the number of sales from 2020, 2021, and 2022. The results of this study are that it can predict the number of sales of sanjai chips at Tek Gadi stores in the following year with an average level of accuracy. 83%, in 2022 with an average sales of 1,746, and 91% with an average sales of 1,701 in 2021. So that this research can be used as reference material by sanjai tek gadih in making decisions to increase sales in the future.

Abstract

Laptops have become a primary need for almost everyone, but the damage rate is also high. Manual diagnosis of laptop damage requires special expertise and is prone to errors that can exacerbate damage. The purpose of this study was to develop an expert system based on the forward chaining method to diagnose laptop damage. Data obtained through expert interviews, literature study, and the internet comprised 13 symptoms and five main types of laptop damage. Relate data in tables to form IF-THEN rules of the forward chaining method. The test results on six symptoms indicate that the system can diagnose IC Power damage with 100% accuracy, which is the highest diagnosis. In conclusion, the forward chaining method can diagnose laptop damage based on emerging symptoms.

Abstract

In various fields, including the selection of Student Activity Units on campus, Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become an important tool to assist the decision-making process. SPK provides information and analysis that is structured and easy to understand, thereby helping decision-makers to choose SMEs that best suit their interests, talents, and goals. Choosing the right Student Activity Units for students can contribute to the development of their personal qualities and help develop a variety of social and professional skills. Using the Certainty Factor method in creating a Decision Support System to assist students in choosing Student Activity Units that are most relevant to their desired interests and talents. The Certainty Factor method is an artificial intelligence technique that can overcome uncertainty in data and provide a level of confidence in every decision. Based on trials carried out on several interest and talent characteristics using the Certainty Factor method, percentage results were obtained with a confidence level of 80.26%. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the expert system created can make it easier to determine talent interests that match student desires.

Abstract

High-achiever classes are specialized groups comprising students who excel in two areas of assessment, possessing intelligence above the average. Teaching in these specialized classes requires specific skills to optimize the potential of the students. Each year, West Pasaman High School conducts screenings for hundreds of students eligible for placement in the high-achiever classes, which are limited to only 50 students. The selection process for these high-achiever classes at West Pasaman High School has traditionally been manual, lacking a systematic method to support the selection process. Consequently, the selection process has been time-consuming, resulting in inefficiencies, compounded by subjective factors like social jealousy over the outcomes of the selection. The proposed solution to address the issue in selecting high-achiever students is by implementing a systematic, computerized method to expedite and improve the accuracy of the selection process. The methodology employed in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The school has outlined six criteria for evaluation: normative value, adaptive value, attitude, discipline, creativity, and academic performance. The primary objective of this research conducted at West Pasaman High School is to assist the school administration in swiftly and efficiently identifying high-achiever students. The data processing from this study provides the final scores of students, ranked from highest to lowest, with the highest score obtained by 'Payau' at 0.232 or 23.2%, followed by 'Pada' with a score of 0.229 or 22.9%. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for the school administration in refining their selection process and identifying students deserving of a place in the high-achiever classes. Abstract

UMKM Sanjai Tek Gadih, merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Indonesia, menghadapi dan mempertahankan keberlangsungan bisnisnya merupakan tantangan besar dalam perkembangan pasar. Dinamika purchase interest konsumen dan kebutuhan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan menjadi faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan jangka panjang UMKM ini. Dalasm menghadapi tantangan tersebut, inovasi dan adopsi teknologi menjadi sangat penting. Aplikasi analisis diferensial dan D-CRM dirancang untuk memberikan solusi komprehensif dalam mengatasi dinamika ini. Adopsi teknologi ini juga dapat membantu UMKM mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan membuat keputusan bisnis yang lebih tepat berdasarkan data yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa UMKM Sanjai Tek Gadih melalui, pengidentifikasian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dinamika minat beli konsumen terhadap produk UMKM tersebut. Merancang dan Mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi dengan mengadopsi dua pendekatan yakni analisa diferensial dan DCRM, dimana analisa diferensial dimaksudkan untuk memberikan keputusan, sedangkan DCRM dimaksudkan untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam berinteraksi dengan UMKM ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, analisis dokumen yang ada, serta studi literatur sebagai landasan teori. Serta menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall meliputi analysis, design, coding, dan testing. Penelitian ini memiliki urgensi yang tinggi mengingat pentingnya pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika purchase interest dan hubungan pelanggan untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan UMKM di tengah persaingan pasar yang ketat. Dengan solusi teknologi yang tepat, UMKM Sanjai Tek Gadih dapat lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar dan mampu mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Community service is one of the obligations of lecturers in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, aimed at assisting and supporting activities within the community. One such activity is carried out at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera (SMS) Padang, a non-formal educational institution focusing on educating disadvantaged communities through Programs A, B, and C. In the increasingly digital era, students face various challenges related to cyber security, such as threats to personal data and a lack of understanding about privacy protection in the online world. The low awareness among students about these threats increases the risk of misuse of personal information. Therefore, the community service conducted by lecturers from the Information Systems Study Program of Universitas Adzkia aims to provide students of the PKBM SMS Padang Program C with knowledge about cyber security, data protection, and privacy. This activity is expected to help students become more prudent in using the internet and understand how to effectively protect their personal information.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development and evaluation of a mobile-based boarding house search application that integrates geolocation technology and real-time data, with implementation in the Banjarmasin area. The application is designed to help users easily find boarding houses based on their current location, while providing up-to-date information on room availability, pricing, and facilities. Testing showed that the application performs optimally across various devices, with an average response time of 2.5 seconds and efficient resource usage. A survey involving 100 users in Banjarmasin revealed that 94% of respondents were satisfied with the ease of navigation and the accuracy of the information provided. The implementation of real-time data significantly increased user trust by up to 90%, while the location-based search feature accelerated the boarding house search process by 40%. In addition, the application contributed to a 20% increase in boarding house occupancy rates in Banjarmasin after three months of use by property owners. This research offers a significant contribution to the development of mobile applications in the housing sector.
