Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru dalam penerapan metode pada proses pembelajaran setelah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di SDN 1 Dukuhmaja Kecamatan Luragung dan untuk mengevaluasi perencanaan pembelajaran PKN sebelum dan sesudah diadakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas telah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam penerapan metode pada proses pembelajaran di SDN 1 Dukuhmaja Kecamatan Luragung pada Siklus I perolehan nilai rata-rata yaitu : 51,07 dari skor ideal : 100, maka presentase keberhasilan keaktifan siswa baru mencapai 43 % dengan katagori kurang, pada Siklus II meningkat dengan nilai perolehan rata-rata yaitu : 74,28 dari skor ideal : 100, maka persentasi keberhasilan keaktifan siswa telah mencapai 64 % dengan katagori cukup, namun belum maksimal karna masih banyak siswa yang mendapat nilai dibawah KKM, pada Siklus III meningkat signifikan jumlah perolehan nilai rata-rata yaiti : 92,05, dari skor ideal 100, maka persentasi keberhasilan keaktifan siswa telah mencapai 90 % dengan katagori baik. Peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam penerapan metode pada proses pembelajaran sebelum dilaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di SDN 1 Dukuhmaja Kecamatan Luragung diperoleh yaitu: 51,07 dari skor ideal : 100, maka persentasi keberhasilan baru mencapai 43 % dengan kategori kurang, dan pada Siklus II meningkat dengan jumlah skor yang diperoleh yaitu : 74,28 dari skor ideal : 100, maka persentasi keberhasilan keaktifan siswa telah mencapai 64  % dengan kategori cukup, namun belum maksimal karena masih banyak siswa yang mendapat nilai di bawah KKM, pada Siklus III meningkat signifikan jumlah skor yang diperoleh yaiti : 92,05, dari skor ideal 100, maka persentasi keberhasilan telah mencapai 90 % dengan katagori baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas juga telah mampu meningkatkan kompetensi guru SDN 1 Dukuhmaja Kecamatan Luragung dalam memilih model yang tepat dalam penerapan metode pada proses pembelajaran di kelasnya. Kata Kunci : Metode Pengertian Organisasi, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract - This research is aimed to find the effect of cooperative model learning think pair share type with experiment method toward learning physics result of the students at man west Lombok in academic year 2017/2018. The kind of this research is quasi experiment with Untreated control group design with pretest-posttest research design. The population of this research is all of the XI students of MAN West Lombok which consist of 34 students. Sampling jenuh technique is a way of taking the sample, while XI IPA 1 students as experiment class and XI IPA 2 as control class. The instruments that used are; multiple choice test and observation sheet. The amount of the multiple choice test are 25 questions where the test before has been through validity test, reliability, different capacity and standard of questions difficulty, while the observation sheet used to measure the affective and psychomotor score. Based on the result of the research that achieved from the mean score for pretest of experiment class is 40,19 and control class is 37,45, while the mean score of post-test experiment class is 73,52 and control class is 51,27. The hypothesis of the research is tested using t-test polled varians with significant standard 5% and achieved tresult 7,646 and ttable  2,021. Based on the criteria of hypothesis test, if tresult > ttable, it means Ho released and Ha accepted, where it can conclude that there is a effect of cooperative model learning think pair share type with experiment method toward learning physics result of the students at man west Lombok in academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The research on coastal sand in Mataram-Lombok city, located at several beaches, namely, Gading, Loang Baloq, Penghulu Agung, and Ampenan, is to determine the percentage of magnetic mineral content, metal content, and oxide mineral composition contained on those sand. Iron is a sediment containing magnetite (Fe3O4), maghemit (γ-Fe2O3) and hematite (α-Fe2O3) as the main mineral and several other minerals as a supporting mineral. Magnetic separation of natural sand by using a permanent magnet successfully separates the magnetic parts (iron sand) and non-magnetic. The separation results were then analyzed for Fe metal content, the quantity of metal content, and the quantity of oxide minerals using AAS, XRD, and XRF. The result of AAS analysis showed that Fe content in natural sand in Gading , Loang Baloq , Penghulu Agung  and Ampenan Beach were 10,573 mg / gr, 12,816 mg / gr, 15,019 mg / gr, and 16,277 mg / gr, respectively. XRF analysis results in four locations have iron content respectively of 73.4%, 62.1%, 76.8%, and 69.8% in Hematite compound phase. As for the results of XRD analysis at these four locations the phases are magnetite and hematite phases.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of using Predict Observe Explain (POE) method toward students’ achievement in Physics. This is an experimental research by using experimental group and control group. The research design was Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population of this research was the students of class VII SMPN 1 Lembar academic year 2015/2016. The sampling technique was Cluster Random Sampling in which class VII 2 as the control group and class VII 3 as the experimental group. Both of the groups were given a pre-test before the treatment to know the homogeneity of the groups. The instrument used is an objective test in form of multiple choices. The finding showed that the mean of the posttest in experimental group was 70 and the control group was 60.67, in which both of them were distributed normal and homogeneous. The post-test result was analyzed by using t-test (t-test polled variants) in which the value of the was 2.473 and the  was 2.015 with dk=46 and the significant level was 5%. It showed that the was accepted and was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that Predict Observe Explain (POE) Method gave significant effect to the students’ achievement in Physics at Class VII SMPN 1 Lembar Academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

Research aimed to find the effect of Conceptual Understanding Procedures learning model on the mastery of physics concepts observed from the scientific attitude of 10th-grade students. Type of research was quasi-experiment with 2x2 factorial design. Population was 10th grade students of MIA in SMAN 1 Gunungsari academic year 2017/2018, and the sampling technique was cluster random sampling. The data of the students’ mastery of concepts were collected by giving essays and the scientific attitude was measured by using questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by applying 2-way ANOVA, assisted by SPSS 16 with (α) significance level of 5%. The results show that significant value for the effect of learning model consider from scientific attitude in amount 0,01 which its was smaller from (α), and significant value for interaction between Conceptual Understanding Procedures learning model with scientific attitude in amount 0,18 which its value is bigger from (α). According to data, can be conclude: there was an effect of Conceptual Understanding Procedures learning model to the mastery of physics concept in terms of scientific attitude from 10th grade student’; and there was no interaction between Conceptual Understanding Procedures learning model to scientific attitude to the mastery of physics concept from 10th grade student’.

Abstract

The study aims to develop physics learning device based guided inquiry with experiments that valid, practical, and effective to improve students’ mastery concept. The research stages refers to Borg & Gall's model from preliminary studies to main field testing. The validity data is obtained from the assessment for the feasibility of learning devices by experts, then analysed to determine the level of validity. Expert advice is used to revise the learning device. Learning device was implementation to test the practicality and effectiveness of learning device to improve students' mastery concept. The results of the study show that learning device are very valid category. Result of the trial based on the data of learning implementation show that learning device are in the practical category.  Guided inquiry model with an experiment in learning physics effective to improve students’ mastery concept. Increased students mastery concept on cognitive aspect remembering (C1), understanding (C2), applying (C3) and create (C6) in high categories, while the cognitive aspect analyzing (C4) and evaluating (C5) in the medium category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the concept attainment model with the demonstration method on the mastery of student physical concepts. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI MIPA in one of the state high schools in West Lombok. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, so that the sample used in the study was class XI MIPA 3 as an experimental class and class XI MIPA 6 as a control class. The instrument used in this study was in the form of multiple choice questions totaling 21 items. The pre-test results show that the average value of the experimental class is 37,3 and the control class is 35,9. Data analysis techniques using t-test with pre-test and post-test, so that the results of the hypothesis test conducted at the final test obtained t-count of 2,250 and t-table of 2,012. Because t-count is greater than t-table, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, it means that the concept attainment model with the demonstration method affects the mastery of the physics concepts of high school students.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu kondisi infrastruktur jalan tentunya akan mengalami penurunan. Kerusakan jalan secara dini dapat ditindaklanjuti jika masyarakat ikut berperan aktif untuk segera melaporkan apabila terjadi kerusakan jalan. Untuk itu diperlukan perangkat yang dapat memudahkan sistem pelaporan dan pemetaan kerusakan jalan yang ada sehingga kerusakan jalan dapat langsung ditangani. Sosialiasi sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan berbasis WEB memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk melaporkan kerusakan jalan yang ada dan menandai koordinat lokasi terjadinya kerusakan jalan. Dengan adanya sistem pelaporan dan pemetaan kerusakan jalan ini maka akan membantu pemerintah kota Palembang melalui Dinas PUPR kota untuk mengevaluasi kondisi kerusakan jalan di Kota Palembang dalam satu sistem yang terintegrasi. Dinas PUPR Kota Palembang menyambut baik kegiatan “Diseminasi WEB GIS Sistem Pelaporan dan Pemetaan Kerusakan Jalan Kota Palembang”. Dari diseminasi ini diharapkan staf PUPR Kota Palembang yang telah mengikuti diseminasi dapat meneruskannya kepada seluruh masyarakat di kota Palembang.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of limestone substitution on cement on the value of compressive strength and weight of the contents of cellular lightweight concrete (CLC). The method used in this study is to make CLC light brick with limestone substitution as much as 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of cement weight. The light bricks that have been curing for 7, 14 and 28 days are then tested to obtain for compressive strength value and weight of the contents of the light brick.The results showed the value of compressive strength CLC light brick 7 days age was 2.0 Mpa, with limestone substitution as much as 5 %, 10 %, and 15 % respectively was 2.2 MPa 2.3 MPa and 4.3 MPa. The normal CLC light brick compressive strength at 14 days of age is 2.6 Mpa, with limestone substitutions of 5%, 10%, and 15% respectively at 3.2 MPa of 3.1 MPa and 4.6 MPa. While the normal CLC light brick compressive strength at 28 days age is 3.3 Mpa, with limestone substitutions of 5 %, 10%, and 15% respectively is 3.3 MPa 3.6 MPa and 5.7 MPa. Furthermore, in the test of light brick content weight age 28 days with successive limestone substitution of 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% obtained results of 867.6 Kg/m3, 1201.6 Kg/m3, 1110.1 Kg/m3, and 1426.1 Kg/m3The minimum compressive strength standard of light brick is 1-15 MPa and the standard of medium strength light brick is 800-1320 Kg/m3 therefore it can be concluded that the light brick that we researched has met the standards and can be used in the manufacture of light bricks on commercial use
