Abstract

This research will explain about the increasing of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export from Indonesia to Russia. Russia’s climate made it impossible for plants to grow. This leads to problem meeting the foods needed by the country. Therefore, Russia needs to import products from another country. This research was built by using Heckscher—Ohlin theory from mercantilism point of view. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical framework in this research is based on qualitative explanation and data collected method. Level of analyzed used for research is nation-state, explaining the cause of increasing export value of crude palm oil from Indonesia to Russia. This research proves that the main factor for the increase of Indonesia’s Crude Palm Oil export to Russia is because Indonesia has a good bilateral relation with Russia.Keywords: Crude Palm Oil, bilateral relation, trade, Black Campaign, Direct Trade

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effectiveness of NCB Interpol Indonesia in overcoming human trafficking in Indonesia in 2012-2015. National Central Bureau (NCB) is owned by every member of Interpol. The objective of its Formation itself is to overcome transnational crimes, including human trafficking. There are 47 human trafficking cases addressed by NCB Interpol Indonesia between 2012-2015.This research uses a neo-realism perspective which emphasizes that the state is the main actor and recognizes that non-state actors such as Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs) have a role in international relations. This research is using the theory of the effectiveness of International Organizations by Frank Biermann and Steffen Bauer. NCB Interpol Indonesia is within the structure of the Indonesian National Police. this is in accordance with the assumption that the position of non-state actors is still under the authority of the state. Indonesia uses NCB Interpol Indonesia as the national bureau to tackle human trafficking in Indonesia.The results showed that NCB Interpol Indonesia was not effective in structural variable. The points that indicate the ineffectiveness of this international organization are unable to meet the points of formal competence, the level of regime that the regime does not possess, the overly complex organizational structure, the lack of personnel quantity in human resources of NCB Interpol Indonesia and not particularly the problem concern. In addition to other factors, ineffectiveness is also caused by poverty, low education and also ecological factor.Keywords: NCB Interpol Indonesia, Human Trafficking, Effectiveness

Abstract

This reseacrh aim to explain about the eefect of the effect of Riau Provincial Government policy in increasing the number of foreign tourist visits to Riau especially the Malaysian tourist. This research uses the qualitative descriptive as the method and secondary is the techniques of collection data. Futhermore author uses the globalism perspective with nation state as the level of analysis and uses the international cooperation and tourism concept.The Riau Provincial Government do some policy. The promotion through Riau Menyapa Dunia, infrastructure improvements,calendar of events, cerita baru center, city branding with Riau the Homeland of Melayu and the promotion to the annual agenda of Malaysia. The result of this research show that after Riau Provincial Govenrment did some policy in increasing the number of foreign tourist visits to Riau it has a positif effect. The effect of this policy is the improvement of economy in Riau Province like the increasing in foreign exchange from tourist sector amd the development of accommodation business. That policy also has an effect in increasing the number of foreign tourist visits to Riau especially Malaysian tourist. Key Words: Tourism, tourist, foreign exchange, policy, accommodation.

Abstract

This is a political economic studies in international relations which describes about the impact of land reform policies towards foreign loans to the IMF in 2008.Robert Mugabe's land reform policies have a negative impact on the economy in Zimbabwe. Land reform policy are made to take land owned by white farmers forcibly and given to supporters political party of Robert Mugabe. Land reform policies decrease economic growth and suffered hyperinflation and the result IMF suspended aid to Zimbabwe's foreign loans. This researchpurpose to explain the impact of land reform policies towards foreign loans to the IMF in 2008 and describes the effect on the economy Zimbabwe, the object of this study is the policy of land reform in Zimbabwe. This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting data from books, journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the behavioralist perspective and international economic cooperation theory proposed by Anne Kruenger, Deepak Lal. The result of this research shows that Hyperinflation in Zimbabwe bring bad influence on society and the IMF decided to make economic aid to Zimbabwe Zimbabwe is getting worse. However zimbabwe tried to growby making changes such as dollarization, and use of loan funds to effectively lead the IMF to revoke suspension of aid funds to Zimbabwe.Keyword : Land Reform Policy , IMF, Economic of Zimbabwe

Abstract

Election of marketing of CPO by PT. Tri Bakti Sariman in India do not get out of strategy of PT. Tri Bakti Sariman in marketing CPO. Strategy in marketing of CPO of vital importance because company of course will experience of resistance either from internal aspect and also eksternal which one of them emulation of business which these days which progressively tighten and kompetitif. Result of research show strategy marketing of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas relate at policy of marketing which have been conducted by policy goodness for the product of, price, distribution and promotion. In make up of quality of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas conduct study and research analyse DOBI CPO. For the emulation of price of CPO, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas continue to insist on and along with institute and association give input to government to revise imposition of iease weighing against all exporter of CPO and conduct hedging to product of CPO. Product increase conducted by PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas by conducting development of plantation of people through program of revitalisasi. Repair of distribution, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas not yet feel important to conduct to repair in course of pendistrubisan. Extension of marketing, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas target to penetrate European market.

Abstract

This study illustrates the impact of international cooperation between the governments of Indonesia and India in the Export of Buffalo Meat in 2016-2018. This study aims to analyze how Indonesia cooperates working with India, and is expected to be useful information.                        This research used qualitative methods carried out through literacy research.  In the research process, the information that had been obtained, then linked to the concept of international cooperation,  Liberalism's perspective, and the concept of Interdependency               The results of the research process are then presented as a description of the research. From this research, it is found that Indonesia imports Indian buffalo meat because India is the second largest meat exporter with exports to 65 countries and controls more than the world market share and has competitive meat prices. The high consumption of beef in Indonesia makes Indonesia annually import beef to cover the demand of beef in Indonesia. So that in 2016 the government determined that India as the country of the origin entry of boneless frozen buffalo meat into Indonesia. The background of beef import policy from India is merely done to increase supply in Indonesia, and people have more choices. Not only buffalo meat and innards, the government has also opened imports of frozen beef. Keywords: Indonesia, India, Import, Buffalo meat

Abstract

This is a study about international tourism which gives cooperation analysis among countries through tourism. The international tourism cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea, in this case, makes the cooperation bertween Bali province and Jeju Island government as the focus study in order to facilitate the research. International tourism has become the bridge for international countries to work together and benefit each other.This script uses the conceptual base with the concept of international cooperation where in Indonesia and South Korea become the focus of study. It is also supported by the range or nation-state, global perspective and internation cooperate theory. The concept directs to the qualitative methode and literature study as the resource of the information.The cooperation which was conducted by Indonesia (Bali) and South Korea (Jeju) is in form of promotion improvement with the reciprosity system. Abstract

This research explain about Indonesia’s interest to working together with Zoological Society of London (ZSL) in Berbak Carbon Initiative (BCI) project in Berbak National Park. Berbak National Park in Jambi is the largest conservation peat swamp forests area in Southeast Asia and entered as a Ramsar site in 1992. National Parks Berbak saving 45 million tonnes of carbon and absorptive capacity of 70 million tons CO²e. In case of damage, the area will release the greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide (CO²e) into the air amounted to 34.4 million CO2e within a period of 30 years. BCI project commit to preserve ecosystems in global warming emissions reduction program is embodied in the protection of the National Park Berbak, encourage the conservation of forests and wildlife in it, and the economic empowerment of local communities in accordance scheme REDD + program. The economic potential of the sale of forest carbon emissions in Berbak National Park is estimated at USD 167 278 020, equivalent to 1.51 trillion over 30 years or 50 billion per-year, when it traded through the "Voluntary Market" (voluntary market). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand This research will discuss about the implementation of the International Event Sail Indonesia to the development of the capacity of Indonesian marine tourism. As we know, Indonesia is an archipelago (archipelago state) in the world that is located flanked by two oceans, the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. Indonesia has a wealth of natural resources, especially tourism. in addition to bali, Indonesia also has other tourist destinations that also has a high value. The tourism such as Wakatobi, Belitung, Morotai, Pulau Komodo, and Raja Ampad based in International Event Sail Indonesia in 2011 – 2014.This research theoretically has built with Globalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by International Tourism theory. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that Sail Indonesia International Event Impact on Tourism Development Bahari Indonesia is the increasing domestic and foreign tourists visit in the object of the event. Abstract

This study discusses how a slogan to become National Branding can affect the number of foreign tourists, especially those implemented by the State of Malaysia, namely "Malaysia, Truly Asia". Since it was first formed in 1999, this slogan has been able to bring significant tourists. The number of foreign tourists is increasing every year, so it succeeded in bringing in more than 7.4 million tourists and helping the country's economy during the economic crisis in 2008.
