Muhammad Baqir Sadr serves as a 20th century  expert  in Islamic economics. He combines his thought on Islamic economics with theological-normative and sociological-empirical aspects. This combination of the two approaches can be seen in his thought on economic base, economic principles, economic distribution on pra and pasca-production and theory on production and the role of the state economic affairs.

Abstract

Amina Wadud berpendapat bahwa al-Quran sebagai teks suci umat Islam yang selama ini ditafsirkan dengan model penafsiran klasik yang syarat dengan bias patriarki perlu dikontekstualisasikan melalui penafsiran atau interpretasi kembali, dan inilah yang kemudian melatarbelakangi sehingga beliau menulis buku yang berjudul “Qur’an and Woman”. Karya Amina Wadud tersebut sesungguhnya merupakan kegelisahan intelektual yang dialaminya mengenai ketidak-adilan gender dalam masyarakatnya. Salah satu sebabnya adalah pengaruh idiologi-doktrin penafsiran al-Qur’an yang dianggapnya bias patriarki. Dalam buku tersebut Amina Wadud mencoba untuk melakukan dekonstruksi dan rekonstruksi terhadap model penafsiran klasik yang syarat dengan bias patriarki tersebut. Amina Wadud adalah seorang tokoh Feminis yang dengan pengalaman dan jenis kelaminnya sebagai perempuan telah mengalami kegelisahan dan kegalauan akan kondisi perempuan yang ter-subordinatkan dari kaum laki-laki pada zamannya. Kegelisahan dan kegalauan ini mendorongnya untuk melakukan studi dan penelitian terhadap Al-Qur’an dengan asumsi bahwa teks suci itulah yang mungkin menjadi sebab timbulnya pemahaman yang menempatkan perempuan pada posisi yang ter-subordinatkan dari kaum laki-laki. Hasil dari studi dan penelitiannya menunjukan bahwa ternyata bukanlah Al-Qur’an yang menjadi penyebab ter-subordinatkannya perempuan dari kaum laki-laki, akan tetapi yang menjadi penyebabnya adalah doktrin-theologis yang lahir dari model penafsiran tradisional-klasik oleh ulama-ulama sebelumnya yang bias patriarki.

Abstract

Baik Undang-Undang Perkawinan No. 1/1974 maupun Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum. Tidak kurang dari 7 pasal (Pasal 22-28) UU Nomor 1/1974 mengatur masalah ini. Pada pasal 22 misalnya diatur “Perkawinan dapat dibatalkan, apabila para pihak tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat untuk melangsungkan perkawinan”.Sementara itu, KUHPer mengatur masalah ini dalam 16 pasal (pasal 85-99a) pada Bagian Keenam “Tentang Kebatalan Perkawinan” dari Bab Keempat “Tentang Perkawinan”. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melakukan analisis komparatif dari kedua produk hukum ini baik dari landasan filosofis maupun ketentuan ketentuan spesifik berkenaan dengan “Pembatalan Perkawinan” yang terkandung dalamkedua Undang-Undang tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the al-intiqaiyyah method to improve Arabic reading skills (maharah al-qira’ah) in grade VIII Islamic Junior High School (MTs) students. This study fills the gap in previous studies by focusing on improving reading skills and exploring the flexibility of eclectic methods in adjusting learning to students' needs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the application of the al-intiqaiyyah method in maharah al-qira’ah learning at State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) 2 Palu City. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using condensation techniques, data presentation, and concluding. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and methods. Implementing the al-intiqaiyyah method in maharah al-qira’ah learning at MTsN 2 Palu City involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This eclectic method combines audiolingual, grammar-translation, and task-based learning approaches to improve students' understanding of Arabic texts, pronunciation, and vocabulary. Evaluation is carried out through formative and summative assessments. As a result, students can understand sentence structures, apply grammar rules, and improve their speaking and writing skills through practical exercises. This approach supports a deeper and more applicable understanding of learning Arabic. This study was limited to minimal supporting facilities and a sample from one school, so the results are less generalizable. Further research is recommended to test the eclectic method in various schools with different conditions, expand the use of technology, and explore its impact on other language skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the Scramble Method is implemented in training the Arabic writing skills of Class IV students at MIN 1 Palu City. It also describes the obstacles and solutions related to the implementation of the Scramble Method in training the Arabic writing skills of Class IV students at MIN 1 Palu City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, with triangulation techniques used to test the validity of the data. The data of this study were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification (conclusion drawing verification). Meanwhile, the subjects of the study were Arabic subject teachers and Class IV students at MIN 1 Palu City. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Scramble Method in training the Arabic writing skills of Class IV students at MIN 1 Palu City was carried out in three stages: (1) Preliminary Activities, (2) Core Activities, and (3) Closing Activities. The challenges associated with the scramble learning method include the complexity of creating the media, the extended time needed for learning, and the generation of distracting noises. To address these challenges, the teacher can announce the creation of study groups during the previous class to optimize time usage. Additionally, the teacher should clarify the learning rules and encourage students to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning.

Abstract

Abstract This research examines the influence of learning motivation and the campus environment on the learning outcomes of muthala'ah courses for PBA UIN Datokarama Palu students. The method used is a quantitative approach with correlational design and multiple regression analysis. The study population consisted of 54 students in the 6th semester, with saturated sampling techniques. The research results showed that learning motivation had a significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05 and a value of 2.892 > 2.007 ( ), and the campus environment also had a significant effect, with a significance value of 0.037 < 0.05 and a value of 2.147 > 2.007 ( ). Simultaneously, the two variables had a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an value of 14.192 > 3.18 ( ). The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained was 0.358, which shows that 35.8% of variations in learning outcomes can be explained by learning motivation and campus environment, while 64.2% were influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

كانت جودة عملية التعليم متعلقة بالعناصر المختلفة، منها الكتاب المدرسي كوسائل الإيضاح في التعليم. أصبحت جودة الكتاب المدرسي عنصرًا حاسمًا للوصول إلى أجزاء التعليم المعين كي يساعد التلاميذ في استيعاب اللغة العربية لدى التلاميذ. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل الأخطاء اللغوية في كتاب "اللغة العربية" للصف العاشر من المدرسة العالية لوزارة الشؤون الدينية سنة 2020. استخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث المكتبي النوعي الوصفي، ولتحليل البيانات المستخدم هو تحليل المحتوى. نتائج البحث: حصلت الأخطاء الإملائية على مئة وواحد خطأ، والأخطاء النحوية على ثمانية وعشرين خطأ والأخطاء الصرفية على ثلاث عشر خطأ.

Abstract

Many students at the junior secondary level, especially in grade VIII at MTs DDI Salumbia, experience difficulties in reading Arabic texts. These difficulties affect the effectiveness of learning and students' understanding of Arabic language materials. This study aims to describe the problems related to difficulties in reading Arabic texts, analyze the causal factors, and identify the most effective solutions to address these problems. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving Arabic language teachers and grade VIII students of MTs DDI Salumbia. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that students’ reading difficulties stemmed from internal factors, such as limited ability to read the Qur'an and lack of recognition of Hijaiyah letters, as well as external factors, including the shortage of qualified Arabic teachers and an unsupportive learning environment. Proposed solutions include school collaboration with universities or Islamic boarding schools to recruit Arabic language teachers, creating a school environment that supports Arabic language habituation, and strengthening students’ foundational skills through tahsin training, iqra learning, and small group guidance.

Abstract

Reading skill is one of main skills in Arabic learning. The problems of learning in Arabic Language Education Study Program in Islamic Institute of Ma’arif NU Metro Lampung isthe method and its use in teaching the skill of reading.It is still taught in grammar translation method and direct method, which were categorized as traditional approach and method.This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of reading skill material based on experiential learning model to improve the students' reading comprehension. Quantitative research was used in this research. This research emphasized on the result of students' abilities from the specific and field experience, and conducting the pretest and post test.The objectives of this researchwas to measure the effectiveness reading skill material based on Experiential Learning model in improving the reading comprehension with 25 participants from students. The results was found thatthe reading material which is developed based on experiental learning model has given significant influence for the improvement in reading skill of student, it could be seen from the reading study result improvement of Arabic Language Education in Islamic Instituteof Ma’arif NU Metro Lampung. This research found thatExperiential Learninghas the significant impact to improve basic reading skill of students.
