Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Korelasi Penguasaan Struktur Kalimat terhadap Keterampilan Menyusun Kalimat Efektif Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Karya Bhakti Tahun Pembelajaran 2017-2018. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Karya Bhakti Tahun Pembelajaran 2017-2018. yang berjumlah 226 siswa. Selanjutnya, untuk menentukan sampel individu yang dapat mewakili setiap kelas digunakan sistem simple random sampling (pengambilan sampel dengan cara acak sederhana). Dengan demikian, jumlah sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 20% x 226 = 45,2 digenapkan menjadi 45 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang berusaha mengungkapkan keadaan atau peristiwa sebagaimana mestinya dengan tujuan menjawab atau memecahkan dan menggambarkan gejala-gejala yang terjadi pada saat sekarang atau masalah yang aktual. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa tes objektif dan tes menulis kalimat efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mentetahui Kemampuan Siswa Mengapresiasi Puisi Sajak Orang Kepanasan Karya WS. Rendra Oleh Siswa kelas VIII SMP Persatuan Amal Bakti Lubuk Pakam Tahun Pembelajaran 2021-2022. . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimen Design, Nonequivalent (pretest-posttest) Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Persatuan Amal Bakti Lubuk Pakam yang terdiri dari 7 kelas dengan jumlah 250 orang siswa. Dari jumlah tersebut ditetapkan sampel 20% yaitu 50 orang siswa, kemudian sampel dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol yang masing- masing berjumlah 25 orang sisw. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah secara acak. Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar adalah tes mengapresiasi puisi Sajak Orang Kepanasan. Dari hasil analisis data yang diketahui bahwa mengapresiasi puisi dengan memberikan perlakuan lebih efektif pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Persatuan Amal Bakti Lubuk Pakam. Dari kelompok kontrol hasil pretest 10 siswa mendapatkan nilai 68-69, dan nilai 69 karena siswa lebih menjabarkan lebih luas tentang nada dan diksi dari puisi tersebut, dan 8 siswa mendapatkan nilai 70 dan 4 siswa mendapatkan nilai 75, dan 1 siswa mendapatkan nilai 80, dan 2 siswa mendapatkan nilai 85.

Abstract

Gerakan literasi digital yang dilakukan oleh guru diharapkan akan menjadi tumpuan menuju penggerak literasi sekolah. Gerakan literasi sekolah adalah gerakan yang dilakukan dengan kumpulan yang benar-benar mampu menciptakan pergerakan yang menyeluruh dari kepala sekolah sampai dengan peserta didik. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah (1) membentuk kelompok kerja guru (2) melatih guru menggunakan aplikasi Padlad dan Jamboard dengan bantuan aplikasi digital literasi berupa kumpulan sastra indonesia trelengkap, iPusnas, dan lainnya (3) melatih kreativitas guru menggunakan gawai dengan tepat dan cermat dalam geraan literasi digital dengan peserta didik (4) membuat aplikasi Padlat dan aplikais lainnya yang akan digunakan sebagai media literasi digital dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi empat tahap yaitu: (1) pendahuluan, (2) diskusi dan audiensi, (3) pelatihan, dan (4) evaluasi. Target luaran yang diharapkan guru mampu menggunakan berbagai aplikasi sebagai media literasi digital dan membentuk gerakan literasi sekolah.

Abstract

Jurnal ini merefleksikan secara mendalam kegiatan projek kepemimpinan yang difokuskan pada pengembangan dan implementasi buku bantal dengan tema petualangan dongeng dan permainan tradisional, yang dirancang sebagai media untuk mendukung healing jiwa pada anak-anak. Projek ini melibatkan serangkaian tahapan pelaksanaan yang terstruktur, dimulai dari orientasi dan perencanaan yang komprehensif, dilanjutkan dengan kunjungan observasi ke komunitas terkait untuk memperkaya pemahaman konteks, produksi buku bantal yang kreatif dan cermat, hingga pagelaran projek sebagai puncak diseminasi dan interaksi. Refleksi ini mencakup analisis yang mendalam terhadap pencapaian target projek yang telah ditetapkan, identifikasi yang cermat terhadap kendala-kendala yang muncul selama proses pelaksanaan, serta penyesuaian strategi yang diimplementasikan secara adaptif untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Hasil dari refleksi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga dan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan projek-projek serupa di masa mendatang, serta memperkaya literatur akademik terkait pendidikan anak usia dini, aplikasi terapi melalui seni dan bercerita, dan upaya pelestarian budaya Indonesia yang adi luhung.

Abstract

The qualitative descriptive method was utilized to analyze the intrinsic elements present in the novel "Dia adalah Kakakku" by Tere Liye. These intrinsic elements include the thematic focus, the main character Laisa, along with supporting characters such as Mamak, Dalimunte, Ikanuri, Wibisana, Yashinta, Wak Burhan, and Cie Hui. The setting is divided into various locations such as Lahambay valley, Wilderness Jungle, Upper Village, District City, river, house, school, airport, and hospital, with the story unfolding at night. The language style adopts the metamonia language style, employing the third-person point of view "he." The plot involves stages of setting, conflict, and resolution, conveying a message of perseverance, patience, determination, and responsibility. Additionally, the study also considers extrinsic elements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the da'wah messages in the film "Cinta Subuh" directed by Ali Farighi. Da'wah themes are commonly found in the world of films, prompting the author to conduct a research on the da'wah messages depicted in the film using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, specifically focusing on aqidah (faith), morals, and sharia (Islamic law) aspects. The findings of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of works related to da'wah and serve as a valuable reference for future writers. Moreover, it is expected to inspire da'wah practitioners to harness the potential of films as a medium for delivering impactful messages and to provide a positive viewing experience for all audiences who appreciate this film. This research employs a qualitative method approach, utilizing Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. Data collection for the film analysis involves recording, listening, taking notes, and categorizing relevant information. The study's outcomes reveal the existence of da'wah messages encompassing aqidah, morals, and sharia themes within the film "Cinta Subuh."

Abstract

The urgency of UKBI in the form of a test for activists and education can be a benchmark for a person's language ability, similar to other language tests. The purpose of UKBI is expected to benefit relevant stakeholders such as the Indonesian government, test takers, associations and activists, lecturers, students, and the general public, as well as BIPA teachers on an ongoing basis, especially in terms of action plans and learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by providing a Google form, especially in the PBSI Study Program at UMN Al-Washliyah using the adaptive UKBI method, which includes the selection of four aspects of language skills. The targeted output of this study is how UKBI in the PBSI Study Program at UMN Al-Washliyah can be used as a requirement to participate in a green table hearing. The results of the study found that the UKBI exam in the Indonesian Language study program was considered important with a presentation of 100%, Lecturer knowledge about UKBI in the Indonesian Language study program reached 83.35, The combination of all types of UKBI reached 0.3%, the picture of the Indonesian language proficiency test can see the overall language ability of students 33.3%, and the picture of the Indonesian language proficiency test can improve student competence reaching 66.7. The novelty in this study regarding the UKBI concept applied to prospective PBSI graduates that has not been applied before so that graduates have competent abilities in four aspects of language skills

Abstract

The Indonesian language has experienced very rapid development in various parts of the world. This is also influenced by various factors, including Indonesia's state relations with other countries in various sectors, including economic, political, social, and cultural. Through these relations, the important role of the Indonesian language is believed to be a potential element related to the position of the Indonesian language in the international arena. In addition, in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 24 of 2009 concerning the Flag, Language, and National Emblem, namely making the Indonesian language an international language, various diplomatic methods are carried out gradually and systematically under the Ministry of Education and Culture. One of the linguistic diplomacy missions intensively carried out by the Indonesian government is to facilitate the Indonesian language teaching program for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) to many countries that already have bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Indonesia. Through language, a person can communicate with others, even though they have different cultural backgrounds. Likewise, with Indonesian language being studied by people who are not native speakers of the language. Therefore, the BIPA teaching program, which is one of the advantages of this diplomatic mission, continues to be intensified in various universities, agencies, or language institutions abroad.

Abstract

This flyer media will be used in teaching language error analysis to identify errors in flyers as a promotion that is still relied upon today. Language error analysis is used by language teachers to collect error samples, identify errors in the samples, explain the errors, classify errors, and evaluate the level of seriousness of the errors. The purpose of this study is to find out how to conduct language error analysis and what language should actually be used in flyer media during promotions. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted on seventh-semester students of the PBSI Study Program at UMN Al Washliyah. The population in this study was all seventh-semester PBSI students, totaling 18 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability sampling technique. The outputs of this research are Accredited National Journal Publications, National Proceedings of Research Results of LP2M UMN Al-Washliyah, and Monograph Books. The follow-up of this research creates a comprehensive workflow from research results to real implementation and continuous improvement. Through collaboration between universities and research partners, this research has the potential to create positive and sustainable changes in various aspects of community life.

Abstract

The urgency of the Independent Curriculum is highly relevant to current learning, particularly in the selection of learning methods (Yamin & Syahrir, 2020) [1]. The Independent Curriculum effectively improves 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, and creativity to produce competitive graduates (Jufriadi et al., 2022) [2]. Data collection techniques for this study included observation, document analysis, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the implementation stage of project-based learning includes three stages: the initial stage, the development stage, and the conclusion stage, specifically in the study of the philology of the Kuta Delitua manuscript. The main difference between the project-based implementation stages lies in the initial stage applied. The purpose of the Independent Curriculum Implementation is to be a learning resource to mature teachers' pedagogical, social, and personality competencies (Daga, 2021). The Independent Curriculum is expected to overcome the learning crisis. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum through learning must be fun and innovative so that it fosters positive attitudes in children in learning (Suhartono, 2021) [3]. There are three concepts focused on independent learning, namely, commitment to learning goals according to their needs, interests, and aspirations (Rosdiana, 2022). Therefore, curriculum changes must be carried out systematically and holistically that can have an impact on the entire learning committee, the Philology of the Kuta Delitua Manuscript which is the forerunner of the village's origins. The targeted output in this study is as an evaluation and input to lecturers and students, especially in the Philology Study of the Kuta Old Deli Manuscript based on the Project Based Learning method in the implementation of the independent curriculum of the independent campus at UMN Al-Washliyah.
