Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with the operational management of Angguran Cafe in Bandar Lampung, they expressed concerns about students who work part-time, where working time conflicts and overhelmed which makes the performance of part-time students decrease. This research investigates how part-time students in Bandar Lampung work, with particular attention to work-related stress, time management, and motivation. This study used quantitative methodologies, and 85 samples of part-time student workers in Bandar Lampung were used to gather data using questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data from the questionnaire. The findings indicated that performance was positively impacted by work motivation and time management, but not significantly by work stress.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the directive leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique chosen was saturated sampling. This was done because the population was relatively small. In this research, the samples taken were all 49 employees of Perum BULOG in the city of Bandar Lampung. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) directive leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture together influence the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office.

Abstract

Every business must ensure the sustainability of the company's survival, and one of the efforts that can be made is to strive to increase the company's value to sustain and grow. The value of a company can be determined through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Profitability factors. This study aims to determine the influence of CSR and profitability on the value of the company. Study: Food and Beverage Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the years 2018-2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2018-2022. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official BEI website. Data analysis was conducted using the panel data regression method with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The results of the study show that CSR has a positive effect on the value of the company because companies are able to manage their social responsibilities effectively. Meanwhile, profitability also has a positive effect on the value of the company because companies can generate net profit from sales with well-managed operational costs, ultimately increasing the value of the company.

Abstract

The large number of beauty products in Indonesia can increase competition between the cosmetics industry. Therefore, companies compete to control market share and develop marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image on the impulse purchase interest of consumers for Scarlett Whitening products in Bandarlampung. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analysis method. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and variable measurement uses four Likert scales. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results show that simultaneously, the Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest in Scarlett Whitening in Bandarlampung. Partially, the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a significant influence on Purchase Interest and the Brand Image variable also has a significant influence on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam terkait kesehatan dan produktivitas Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dan juga memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi dimasa mendatang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini mencakup laporan keuangan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan fokus pada laporan keuangan bank BRI selama periode 2021-2023. Jenis Informasi yang digunakan adalah informasi sekunder. Sumber informasi yang digunakan berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang terdokumentasi dari industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan yang diambil dari situs resmi PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk https://bri.co.id. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa seluruh skor akhir CAMEL selama 3 tahun terakhir mulai tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2023 mengalami perubahan setiap tahunnya, namun seluruh skor akhir masih berada pada predikat sehat karena berada pada rentang 81-100. Berdasarkan hasil di atas membuktikan bahwa pada periode yang sama, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam mengelola seluruh sumber energinya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the importance of financial literacy in terms of basic financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial behavior on student behavior in managing finances. The sample in this study were all students in Bandar Lampung with a total sample of 100 respondents from various universities in Bandar Lampung. Sampling using random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative using primary data and measurement using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that 1). Basic Knowledge of Finance has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management Behavior. 2). Financial attitude has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management Behavior. 3). Financial Behavior Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian GAPOKTAN dalam penjualan hasil panen dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang institusi kelembagaan sehingga memudahkan para anggota Gapoktan dalam membuat proposal pendampingan yang dapat diajukan pada instansi-instansi terkait, memberikan pemahaman dalam pengelolaan keuangan melalui pelatihan pembukuan, serta memberikan pemahaman tentang Online Marketing melalui pelatihan penjualan secara online pada platform marketing digital yaitu Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, dan Blibli. Hasil PKM ini ditunjukkan dengan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para anggota GAPOKTAN tentang penyusunan proposal sudah mulai bertambah semenjak mengikuti pelatihan, antusiasme ditunjukkan melalui keaktifan mereka saat mengikuti pelatihan, pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan keuangan melalui pencatatan keuangan ketika panen sudah meningkat, serta pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penjualan secara online melalui platform digital sudah meningkat.Kata Kunci: Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, GAPOKTAN, Institusi Kelembagaan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, Online Marketing.

Abstract

The rise of digital social media technology has significantly impacted business practices in Indonesia, particularly in the florist industry. Businesses are shifting their strategies by leveraging endorsements from viral creators on platforms like Instagram. This shift, while providing new opportunities, also introduces challenges for traditional flower shops that must adapt to social media marketing. The use of social media for flower bouquet marketing through various online exhibitions. This approach aims to boost sales but comes with its own set of obstacles, including competition and content creation difficulties. The florist business in Indonesia, encompassing flower care, design, marketing, merchandising, and delivery, benefits from the cultural significance of flowers, which are used to express emotions and are integrated into various forms of art. In Bandar Lampung, the growth of florist businesses, with 25 shops observed, reflects the promising nature of this industry, driven by its necessity for events such as seminars, weddings, and birthdays. The rapid growth of the flower industry and the emergence of new designs impact consumer purchasing decisions. Effective marketing strategies are crucial for maintaining competitive advantage. With the prevalence of social media in Indonesia, where 167 million users are active, platforms like Instagram play a key role in business promotion. Instagram Ads and endorsements are particularly effective tools, as they reach targeted audiences and enhance brand visibility. This study explores the influence of Instagram Ads and celebrity endorsements on purchase decisions for florist businesses in Bandar Lampung, aiming to provide insights into effective digital marketing strategies in the floral industry.

Abstract

This study looks at how employee performance at the Perum Damri Lampung Branch is affected by organizational culture and competency. Non-probability purposive sampling is used in this quantitative study, and 126 employees at a 5% margin of error is the sample size determined by the Slovin formula. The study was carried out between September and October, and data was gathered by means of a questionnaire that was given to participants. IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 was used for multiple linear regression data analysis. The results show that: (1) employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organizational culture; (2) employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by competence; and (3) the Perum Damri Lampung Branch's employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by both organizational culture and competence.
