Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang perlu mendapat perhatian, karena dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi kesehatan bahkan kematian. Prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, sehingga perlu diantisipasi faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Beragam faktor yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi, terutama terkait dengan perilaku hidup sehat dan obesitas. Tujuan menganalisis hubungan perilaku hidup sehat dan obesitas dengan hipertensi lanjut usia di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan potong lintang (cross sectional) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) Tahun 2018. Unit analisisnya adalah lansia (orang  yang berumur 60 tahun atau lebih). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi-Square dan analisis multivariate menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil responden lansia banyak kelompok umur 60-69 tahun (70.6%), laki-laki (53.4%), tinggal di daerah perkotaan (59.0%), status kawin (72,9%), pendidikan rendah (84.7%), status bekerja (65.3%), tidak melakukan aktifitas fisik (74.0%), tidak konsumsi garam (79.0%), tidak konsumsi buah dan sayur (96.6%), dan tidak obesitas (69.3%). Variabel yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi pada lansia adalah umur, jenis kelamin, status kawin, pendidikan, status pekerjaan, aktifitas fisik, obesitas. Daerah tempat tinggal, kebiasaan merokok, konsumsi buah sayur, konsumsi garam tidak berhubungan dengan hipertensi. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan hipertensi pada lansia di Indonesia adalah obesitas dengan P-value 0.005. Nilai odds ratio nya 1.521, artinya obesitas mempunyai risiko terjadinya hipertensi di Indonesia sebesar 1,5 kali lebih tinggi dibanding dengan lansia yang tidak obesitas. Peningkatan komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi untuk mengurangi obesitas melalui konsumsi gizi seimbang dan melakukan aktifitas fisik.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the mental health of health workers. The pandemic situation has affected health workers physically and mentally. Inadequate knowledge about COVID-19 and fear of new diseases have the potential to cause stigma. Health workers exposed to COVID-19 while carrying out their duties are also stigmatized. This article aims to identify the stigma experienced by health workers due to COVID-19. EBSCO and ProQuest electronic database searches used search terms and found 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Two themes were found: the causes of stigma and the impact of stigma on health workers. The results of the review found that the stigma experienced had an impact on the mental health condition of health workers and affected the quality of professional work. It is imperative to undertake initiatives aimed at mitigating the stigma experienced by healthcare professionals in order to uphold their mental well-being and ensure their sustained professional performance. BAHASA INDONESIA Pandemi COVID-19 telah memengaruhi kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan. Situasi pandemi telah memengaruhi kondisi petugas kesehatan secara fisik dan mental. Pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 yang belum memadai dan ketakutan terhadap penyakit baru berpotensi menimbulkan stigma. Petugas kesehatan yang terpapar COVID-19 dalam menjalankan tugas turut mendapatkan stigma. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana stigma yang dialami petugas kesehatan akibat COVID-19. Pencarian database elektronik EBSCO dan ProQuest dilakukan dengan menggunakan istilah pencarian dan di temukan 10 artikel yang sesuaidengankriterianinklusi. Ditemukan dua tema dalamyaknipenyebab stigma dan dampak stigma padapetugaskesehatan. Hasil telaah menemukan stigma yang dialami berdampak pada penurunan kondisi kesehatan mental petugas kesehatan dan memengaruhi kualitas kerja profesional. Upaya menurunkan stigma padapetugas kesehatan perlu dilakukan agar kesehatan mental petugas kesehatan tetap terjaga dan tetap dapat bekerja secara profesional.

Abstract

Diare masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama, baik secara global maupun nasional. Jawa Barat mencatat prevalensi diare balita sebesar 11%, tertinggi di Pulau Jawa dan kelima secara nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi determinan kejadian diare pada balita di Jawa Barat. Menggunakan data SKI 2023 dengan 913 balita, studi ini bersifat cross-sectional dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan complex sample. Analisis meliputi uji univariat, bivariat (Chi-square), dan multivariat (regresi logistik berganda). Hasil: Faktor signifikan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian diare yaitu kondisi drainase limbah (p=0,004; OR=2,188; CI 1,283–3,733) dan ketersediaan fasilitas cuci tangan (p=0,044; OR=1,808; CI 1,017–3,213). Sumber dan pengolahan air minum merupakan variabel confounding. Optimalisasi sanitasi lingkungan dan penguatan upaya pencegahan masih diperlukan guna menurunkan prevalensi diare pada balita di Jawa Barat.

Abstract

The level of patient satisfaction can influence revisit behavior, which in turn is related to the sustainability of practice and the improvement of healthcare service quality. This study aims to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction and revisit rates in private dental practices and to analyze healthcare service quality based on the five dimensions of healthcare service quality in private dental practices. This research employs a cross-sectional design. The sample was selected using convenience sampling. The research method used is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design. The quantitative approach was conducted first to measure the level of patient satisfaction and the number of patient visits, followed by a qualitative approach to explain the quantitative findings, particularly the factors influencing patient satisfaction. The analysis was performed using the chi-square test to examine the relationship between patient satisfaction and revisit rates. The study found a significant link between patient satisfaction and revisit rates ($p < 0.05$). Highly satisfied patients were more likely to return. Thus, patient satisfaction is key to increasing revisit rates and improving service quality and patient loyalty in private dental practices.

Abstract

Nursing human resources today are experiencing a change in the generation of workers. The need for the role of the head nurse in carrying out coaching to support, collaborate, and facilitate nursing human resources of different generations in order to build effective working relationships, increase motivation, self-potential, and staff job satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to assess the impact of coaching training on nurses' motivation and job satisfaction. Quasi-experimental research design with one group pre-posttest design. Respondents in the research were implementing nurses, using questionnaire measuring tools. The results were obtained by the majority of respondents aged 20-30 years (42.9%), PK 2 career path (37.5%), nurse education (50.0%), and length of work 1-5 years (44.6%). Before the coaching training, the average motivation was 25.13 and job satisfaction was 23.73, while after the coaching training, the average motivation increased to 43 and job satisfaction increased to 35.98. The Paired Samples Test showed a significant effect of coaching training on motivation and job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000, as well as an R square result of 0.838.  The need for the implementation of coaching by the head of the room to increase the motivation and work of nurses which will have an impact on the quality and effectiveness of nursing services.
