A Hospital is a health facility that aims to provide good health services for patients. The physical environment of the inpatient room also affects the patient's psychological condition. The inpatient room should raise optimism so that it can help the patient's healing process. Standard operating procedures in a hospital limit the number of visitors in each inpatient room. This is especially true in the class 1 inpatient room, where the number of patients is limited to two people and the maximum number of visitors limited to 2 people. However, even though the number of visitors to the hospital has been determined, many of the patients' families or relatives who want to visit violate these rules. This happens even though it has been prohibited or without the knowledge of the hospital staff. This paper describes the development of an Android based system to monitor the number of visitors to the hospital's inpatient room, streamlining the number of visitors to the hospital's inpatient room. The researcher uses a camera so that he can immediately capture the number of visitors in the room. The captured picture are processed in a Raspberry pi to count the number of visitors in the room, using tensorflow as an object detector (visitor). The system can then send notifications to the application when the number of visitors exceeds the safe limit. Researchers also use a mobile application to display monitoring results. so that with this system, the head of the hospital room and the hospital security guard can find out the number of visitors who are in the hospital inpatient room and the number of visitors who exceed the maximum limit.

Voice recognition technology is one of the technological breakthroughs that is currently widely used. The operation of voice recognition is only by saying commands to control devices that are integrated with the user as a tool to facilitate human activities and even replace the role of humans in certain functions. In using the dispenser, it is necessary to choose cold or hot water and pull the faucet directly on the dispenser, while during a pandemic like today, we are required to reduce direct contact with objects that are used together. The use of the dispenser also has limitations for the amount of water released because it cannot be measured in a definite amount because there has been no research conducted to regulate the amount of water that is filled into the glass used by the user. For this reason, the use of the Voice Recognition module can be used as a solution to reduce direct touch to the dispenser because it utilizes voice commands given by the user and the Waterflow sensor is used to calculate the amount of water that will come out of the water faucet on the dispenser.

The library is one of the facilities used as a place to obtain information, improve literacy, and develop knowledge and insight. The level of security that is still lacking causes the high threat of crime caused and the spread of the virus which is still difficult to control, so this research was carried out by forming a system that could facilitate entry with facial recognition and body temperature measurement to improve the security system and be able to suppress the spread of the virus.The system will open a portal for entry access when the face image is recognized with a normal body temperature without any physical contact, while when the face is not recognized the system will provide a notification that the detected face image is not recognized.

Rabbits have their charm for breeding because of the benefits they get from rabbits. However, rabbit farming has a fairly high challenge, namely rabbits die easily because of the cleanliness of the cage. The accumulation of rabbit droppings results in increased levels of ammonia gas which are harmful to rabbits, breeders, and even the environment. In cleaning the cage, rabbit breeders still use manual methods that are ineffective and inefficient. For this reason, a systemwas created to create an automatic feces cleaning system in the rabbit cage based on IoT (Internet of Things) by utilizing loadcell sensors to detect the weight of rabbit droppings that are accommodated on the conveyor belt. Belt conveyor as a medium that transports rabbit droppings. The MQ-135 sensor is used to detect the concentration of ammonia gas and the MCUESP8266 Node as a controller and IoT as a notification and as a system control via a smartphone. Based on testing of the system, the loadcell sensor as a measure of the weight of rabbit droppings has an accuracy rate of 97.43%. The MQ-135 sensor as a measure of theconcentration of ammonia gas in rabbit cages has an accuracy rate of 99.19%. The conveyor belt can move to dispose of rabbit droppings when the weight is > 1000 grams or the ammonia gas content is > 25 ppm. Then the Telegram application bot can 100% control the system by inputting commands and can receive notifications from the system. From testing the system as a whole, the system can work according to the desired function with a 100% success rate.

Kualitas udara ruangan menjadi sangat penting sebagai lingkungan mikro yang berkaitan dengan resiko dari pencemaran udara. Kelembaban udara merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas fisik udara ruangan. Kelembaban yang terlalu tinggi maupun rendah dapat menyebabkan suburnya pertumbuhan mikroorganisme. Kelembaban udara ruangan yang ideal berada pada rentang 40% - 60% Rh. Humidifier merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk pelembab ruangan yang bekerja dengan cara menyemprotkan uap air ke udara. Dirancanglah sebuah sistem humidifier yang hidup secara otomatis dimana dapat mendeteksi kelembaban ruangan, pendeteksian orang dan memonitoring ketinggian air di dalam sistem serta menampilkan hasil informasi pada LCD dan aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor DHT11 untuk mendeteksi kelembaban ruangan, sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi keberadaan seseorang, sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi ketinggian air pada wadah dan menampilkan data hasil sensor pada aplikasi android. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan, sistem dapat berhasil mengaktifkan dan mengnonaktifkan ultrasonic mist maker berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kelembaban ruangan menggunakan sensor DHT11 dengan persentase keberhasilan 98,99%. Sistem berhasil mendeteksi gerakan orang menggunakan sensor passive infrared dalam jarak 150 cm dengan jangkauan sudut 40 Ëš sampai 140 Ëš. Serta pengukuran ketinggian air menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 99,85% dan berhasil memberikan peringatan berupa mengaktifkan buzzer dengan persentase tingkat keberhasilan 100%.

Pada penelitian ini alat kandang kucing otomatis bertujuan untuk memudahkan pemilik kucing yang dalam memelihara kucing dan memonitoring kucing apabila berada di dalam atau diluar kandang serta dapat memberi makan kepada kucing dengan jadwal yang sudah diatur dari aplikasi telegram. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi kucing saat di depan kandang dengan jarak yang ditentukan dan module ESP 01 sebagai kalung yang dipakai oleh kucing untuk mendeteksi kucing yang dipelihara, sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi kucing sudah masuk atau keluar dari kandang. Di dalam kandang terdapat alat pakan kucing otomatis menggunakan motor servo untuk menjatuhkan pakan dan sensor load cell untuk menimbang pakan yang turun. Keluaran dari sistem dalam peneliatan ini adalah notifikasi telegram. Jika kalung kucing terdeteksi dan kucing berdiri di depan kandang dengan jarak dari 20cm hingga 50cm maka pintu kandang akan terbuka, dan kucing masuk akan dideteksi dengan sensor PIR. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian pada saat kucing masuk kandang dengan jarak yang tidak sesuai dan kucing yang tidak menggunakan kalung module ESP 01 untuk mengecek pintu tetap terbuka atau tidak dan alat pakan kucing dengan pengujian waktu respon dari telegram serta banyak pakan yang turun sesuai dengan inputan yang diberikan dari telegram. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat bekerja dengan tingkat error yang berbeda-beda pada setiap komponen.

Cattle fattening proccess is very important to increase the weight of cattle before being sold. However, there are many traditional breeders looking for cows that have reached puberty, but the cow's body is still thin. This could be due to the absence of records in monitoring the weight growth of cows so that feeding becomes less precise. Based on these problems, a system was designed that helps farmers in managing their livestock management by recording the progress of each beef cattle that are kept, regulating cattle feeding so that it is more optimal, and knowing the cost benefits of cattle that are kept based on the growth of cow body weight. This system uses two load cells to weigh cows. The weight of the weighed cow can be stored in the web application database. The main function of this system is to be able to calculate and display the cost of benefits of cattle based on the growth of the cow's body weight. Based on the tests carried out, the system can weight cows using two 500kg load cells with an error value of 3.61%. The system can check cow data using keypad input with an average time of 3.99 seconds and store cattle data in the database with an average time of 4.99 seconds. The system can calculate the cost of cow feed needs in one month and income due to changes in cow weight with a 100% success rate.

The problem that occurs in Sanjai Tourism Village is inadequate internet access. Internet access is fundamental nowadays, both in daily activities and in the context of promotional activities for Tourism Villages to attract visitors. One of the aspects of assessing the Indonesian Tourism Village Award is digital creativity. To make this happen, it is necessary to have internet access that everyone can enjoy, including the community, visitors, and the Tourism Village group (Pokdarwis) in the Sanjai Tourism Village. Therefore, in Community Service activities, a Wi-Fi Coin system was designed to improve internet access in the Sanjai Tourism Village. The Wi-Fi Coin System uses coins to access the internet. In addition, the Wi-Fi Coin system can be portable for use in the desired location. The method used consists of three stages: preparation consisting of a survey and needs analysis to obtain data on community needs, especially the Sanjai Tourism Village Pokdarwis. The implementation consists of system design, testing, and implementation. System design and testing were carried out at the Unand Computer Engineering Department. Meanwhile, the implementation was done directly before the Pokdarwis team and the Village Community. Trials and equipment handover to the Sanjai Tourism Village Pokdarwis marked the activity results.

Kandang Baru is one of 61 development villages in Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra Province. The location is very strategic on the trans-Sumatra road, which is the main route connecting the provinces of West Sumatra and Jambi so that it supports the potential and bright prospects in developing economic and socio-cultural development, especially in the tourism sector. This village has good tourism and natural resource potential but has not been exploited either by the government or the local community. With the 2019 PPM Andalas University KKN activities aimed at developing human resources and community empowerment efforts through various creative and innovative work programs, it is expected that the potential can be developed. This activity is carried out with a causal method, which is to carry out work programs based on a SWOT analysis of problems that occur, such as low levels of education, low welfare of the population, conditions of primary schools that are expected, and so on. The results of this activity are summarized in physical and non-physical forms. Physically KKN students succeeded in initiating the construction of the Bukit Capang Tigo geopark tourism area gate (BCT) and have stood beautifully in the area, holding a reading park for elementary students by utilizing the nagari library and other programs. Non-physically, character building is carried out through tutoring, fostering camp tahfidz, and non-physical tourism development in BCT geopark tourism promotion by utilizing social media @KandangBaru Traveling through KKN activities conducted for 40 days, students have succeeded in contributing to Kandang New as a form of community service.
