Abstract

The presence of Nursing Home is a place chosen by some elderly families who have a solid activity. The Nursing Home is considered a new home or new environment for the elderly. For that it needs special attention to the elderly living in the Panti Werdha. A 24-hour service by accompanying staff and scheduled listing systems is a way to lead an elderly health. But in the belief, not all elderly nurses can be maintained for 24 hours. Because of the limitations of human ability that is sleeping or not, always guard near the elderly It can be dangerous seniors need help in the middle of the night.Seeing the problem, then needed a technology that could be between seniors and elderly nurses. And serves as a helper in maintaining the health of the elderly. Caring Assistance app using Android and Raspberry Pi. Seniors who need help, can press the switch later will appear notification to mobile run and display live streaming video. Elderly nurses can be more responsive in providing emergency assistance. This application can help seniors with the schedule of elderly drug, as well as make a list of the nearest hospital and pharmacy using the Google Places API facility on the user's mobile phone. From the results of application testing and Raspberry Pi can be concluded the application can answer the needs of elderly nurses in the elderly health care and the state of the elderly using Raspberry Pi.

Abstract

PT. X is a private company that commercially operated since 1991. It becomes the first company which produces Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP) in Indonesia. In order to support the business processing, PT. X only have a program holds its warehouse and also the general ledger. The program is lack of information system which is not whole integrated.For this reason, in this thesis, the analysis and design of architecture data information system is made for the company. The process begins by analyzing the business model and business strategy. After that, analysis the information technology in this company recently, then understanding the problem and looking at the need of information technology in the future. Next, making the design of architecture data which is suitable with business strategy and company's business process.

Abstract

XYZ High School is a private high schools that was founded in 1959 and has more than 500 students. On daily basis, XYZ high school conducts the recording and sharing of data manually. Since the recording is done manually, XYZ High School’s paper usage is considerably high and often it finds difficulties in finding data because they are stored in the non digital-archive . This thesis developed web and mobile devices - based application acting as a service system that provides information related to students and teachers .This service system has features to display information about the academic data such as the student’s score and the teaching materials that can be downloaded by the students, and the non-academic data such as personal information of students, personal information of teachers, class schedule, announcements, and information about violations committed by students.The test results show that the system can help the student to search the information and operate well in a variety browsers and Android devices

Abstract

Voting atau pemungutan suara telah menjadi salah satu metode yang digunakan manusia untuk menentukan keputusan dalam sebuah hal. Voting juga sering digunakan dalam menentukan hal-hal yang sangat penting, seperti menentukan wakil-wakil rakyat, atau menentukan pemimpin baru. Di samping itu, saat ini pemungutan suara masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, yaitu menggunakan kertas dalam melakukan pembuatan ballot, pencoblosan, dan perhitungan suara. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya human error yang mempengaruhi hasil pemungutan suara dan dapat merugikan pihak tertentu. Selain itu, pemungutan suara yang dilakukan dengan teknologi komputer juga mempunyai masalah tertentu. Banyak pihak yang meragukan keamanan dari vote yang mereka lakukan, apakah benar masuk dan terhitung di akhir pemungutan suara, atau tidak.Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, dirancang suatu sistem pemungutan suara elektronik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Blockchain dalam aplikasi berbasis website. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi ini, data pemungutan suara yang telah dilakukan tidak dapat diubah, digandakan ataupun dihapus. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan keamanan dari pemungutan suara. Selain itu, teknologi ini juga dapat menjaga kerahasiaan dari pihak yang melakukan pemungutan suara. Aplikasi ini juga membantu proses pemungutan suara agar lebih mudah dalam hal pengelolaan pihak terkait, pemungutan suara, hingga perhitungan suara.Dari penelitian dan pengujian sistem yang telah dibuat, aplikasi dapat membantu memudahkan penyelenggaraan pemungutan suara. Teknologi blockchain yang digunakan mampu membantu menyimpan data hasil pemungutan suara yang transparan dan dapat diakses oleh publik. Teknologi ini juga membantu menjaga kerahasiaan dari voter. Data pemungutan suara juga tidak dapat diubah, digandakan atau dihapus. Selain itu, teknologi blockchain juga membantu melakukan verifikasi dan memilah data vote yang valid.

Abstract

To realize an idea, either for business or social purposes wouldrequire a lot of things, such as funding and publication. Fundraising itself is not quick and easy, it takes a lot of people(crowd) to raise funds quickly. Moreover, gathering a lot ofpeople needs publications that generally use social media. Thisresearch is intended to create application that can meet theserequirements, which is a fundraising application that applying the concept of crowdfunding and is connected to social media - Facebook.This application is a web-based application and can be accessed from Facebook Application. Another publications features are login with Facebook, share to Facebook, and newsletter features. From the results of the implementation and testing, we can conclude that this system is capable of running its function as fundraising intermediaries and also publish a fundraising project via Facebook and newsletter.

Abstract

Currently, most of the management systems for church services are still manuals using paper or using social media. This can be one of the causes of paperlessness and when providing information related to services through social media such as BBM, Whatsapp, and Line often the concerned church officer  forgets the scheduled task beforehand. This app is made based on mobile apps because now the use of the smartphone has become one of the needs for its users. This supports the use of applications that are easy to access by the church officer because it is in the smartphone used in daily life.Given the notification on the application can make it easier for church officials to know information related to church service activities and this application can help the church service management system more regularly because it has been incorporated in an application that utilizes android technology based mobile apps.

Abstract

Surabaya is the capital city of this province, East Java. Therefore, it is not a surprise when Surabaya has the largest population throughout East Java. With the Surabaya’s characteristic, there are always many urban problems which is occurred everyday. These urban problems become more complex along with the growth of population in Surabaya. With the increasing of the population, then there’ll be more to happen some urban problems such as traffic jam, garbage control, broken infrastructure, lawlessness, renovation of city structure, and many more. Because of that, the effect of various urban issues can be minimalized if there’s some contribution from the citizen theyself. The contribution can be information sharing about urban problem to others so the citizen knows where it occurs, when it happen, and what they should do. Besides that, it would be nice if there’s a facility of public discussion forum so the citizen can directly discuss about problem they are facing right now.After the testing of this application, it has various benefit such as location-based urban problems reporting, public discussion forum, and a social media where citizen meets and greets each other.

Abstract

There are many locations - the historic tourist sites in the area Trowulan very unlikely to miss. Site - historic sites, such as the temple - the temple, goods - goods or equipment - equipment daily life - the era of the Majapahit kingdom, sleeping Buddha statue, the tombs of the ancestors of Majapahit, as well as the ruins of the house - houses kingdom of Majapahit era. Lots of locations - the historic location very missed by the tourists. Even generally in Trowulan location history is not widely known by many people. In general, the tourists searching for information - information through various media, such as on the internet before making a visit. The information obtained is often poorly organized to illustrate the existing tourist sites in Trowulan. With the use of smartphones are widely used today, an application designed to assist travelers in finding the location and information about the location - the tourist sites in Trowulan.This application provides information about tourist sites in Trowulan, referral services for the user to a location, other services is access to information on the location, description of the location, location photo gallery, a list of locations you have visited, running games, and update content. This application is designed to operate on smartphones with Android operating system.Based on testing result, this application is running all functionts that have been mentioned properly, such as login, map, game, stamping, and also content update.

Abstract

Company X is an electronics retailer company operated in Surabaya city. The company is trying to improve their customer satisfaction by doing some evaluations and enhancement on their existing business processes. One of them is the process of goods delivery services. Some shortcomings occur in the process. For example, it is difficult to determine the order of the delivery routes, especially if there are some customers who have preference delivery hours. Another thing, the company cannot provide any information about the time estimation of the goods arrival that makes their customer feel bad about the delivery services. Because of these problems, the company needs a system that is capable of providing the route sequence recommendation and also giving information about estimation of goods arrival.The system is implemented on website by using codeigniter framework and SQL Server as the database. In this system, the first process is matching the addresses with the response from Google Maps API. This Google Maps API responses are being used in the next process which is calculating route. In order to perform the calculations, Google Maps API has already provided a free of charge service that is capable of giving the best waypoint through the maximum of 8 points addresses. However, the amount of the addresses in one shipment is usually more than 8 addresses. Therefore a method of clustering using K-Means is needed in order to make a group of delivery area into 8 clusters. By then, the route calculation can be done by using the clusters.The end result of this program is a shipping information system for administrators and drivers of the company. This system is able to provide recommendations for the selection of goods delivery routes and information on the estimated time of goods delivery. Based on some testings, the system can perform route calculations with an average time calculation of 133 seconds for 30 destination routes.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a wealth of diverse cultures spread from Sabang to Merauke. Although the government has included a lesson about Indonesian culture in subjects Art and Culture, but there are still a lot of the general public as well as students who do not know the form and name of the tribe, traditional houses, traditional clothing, folk songs, traditional foods, local weapons, and musical instruments regions in Indonesia.Therefore, a learning application was created that utilizes mobile learning technology. By using mobile learning then the user can access learning content without being tied to space and time so that it can be accessed at any time with interesting illustration. Budaya Bangsa Kita Application is made useful to help users in learning the introduction of Indonesian culture that provides the knowledge with illustrations in the form of images, audio, text and video. This application also can to learn, answer quiz, view a gallery of images and video and a puzzle game. The result is an application that can provide knowledge to the user so as to know the culture in Indonesia through the illustrations provided.
