Abstract

UD. Duta Motor is a commercial company that is engaged in the tools equipment sales for motor vehicles.In its business process, all administration are recorded manually, therefore, the risk of human error often occurs. This company requires information systems that provide administrative records therefore the works become more effective and efficient also to decrease the risk of human error.This application was created by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 VB. Net and SQL Server 2005 as the database storage system. The method used in the calculation of cost of goods sold is the average method. From the results of application's testing, it shows that the application can process the data directly related to the purchase and sale process automatically. Reports of sales, purchases and income statement can be done quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Dota 2 adalah salah satu online game bergenre MultiplayerOnline Battle Arena yang paling populer di dunia. Dota 2dimainkan antara dua tim berisi 5 orang, di mana masing -masing tim harus saling menghancurkan markas satu sama lainuntuk menang. Pada awal permainan, tiap pemain memilih satukarakter yang disebut “hero” yang masing - masing memilikikemampuan unik. Dalam permainan ini, para pemain bertujuanuntuk mengumpulkan resource berupa experience dan gold yangakan digunakan untuk membantu menghancurkan markas daritim lawan. Gold digunakan untuk membeli item yang berfungsiuntuk memperkuat hero pemain masing – masing. Pada Dota 2versi 7.16, terdapat lebih dari 150 jenis item unik dengan efekyang beragam, sementara setiap pemain hanya bisamenggunakan 6 item secara aktif.Kombinasi item yang optimal tentunya sangat berpengaruhdalam mencapai kemenangan dalam permainan Dota 2.Menentukan kombinasi item yang paling optimal seringkalitidak mudah, baik bagi pemula maupun pemain berpengalaman.Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sistem rekomendasi untuk membantupemain menentukan pilihan item. Ada beberapa penelitiansebelumnya terkait Dota 2 seperti sistem rekomendasi hero danjuga sistem prediksi hero pada saat picking phase. Sistemrekomendasi hero tersebut memiliki kekurangan di mana sistemtersebut kurang diuji, sementara sistem prediksi hero tersebutmemiliki kekurangan yaitu akurasi yang rendah.Pada skripsi ini dibuat sebuah sistem rekomendasi pemilihanitem dalam permainan Dota 2. Rekomendasi dihasilkanberdasarkan association rule yang dicari menggunakanalgoritma Apriori menggunakan ribuan match data Dota 2.Untuk mengevaluasi kualitas rekomendasi yang dihasilkan, telahdilatih sebuah neural network jenis multilayer perceptron yangmampu menentukan persentase kemenangan berdasarkan pilihanitem dengan akurasi sebesar 73,04%. Hasil dari pengujianterhadap sistem rekomendasi adalah rata – rata win rate sebesar82,97%.

Abstract

NKL Store is a company that works in the distribution of textile and gentlemen’s tailor. Unfortunately it doesn’t have a good financial and transaction report. Based on this background, a structured Accounting Information System that made by programming language such as PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), and MYSQL as databases. The output of this application is master report, structured and computerized sale and purchase report complete with stock card by average method, then lastly financial report of profit and loss and balance sheet of Toko NKL.

Abstract

PT. X is n new express delivery company which was established in 2010 and still using the traditional business system. PT. X needs information system strategy and information technology (IT) to support its business processes so it can survive and compete in this modern business world. The information system strategy and IT that will be applied adjusted to the vision, mission, company’s strategic, and company’s need.In effort to produce information system strategic and the IT for PT. X analysis is performed using information system strategic planning which is started with porter value system analysis methods, strength, weakness, opportunities, and threat analysis (SWOT), and TOWS analysis. Finally, the analysis is continued using balanced scorecard analysis (BSC) and critical success factors (CSF).From the research conducted, informations about the company’s conditions, company’s needs, and the company’s competitive forces are produced. The company’s CSF can also be known from this research. In the end of this research the most suitable aplication portfolio with the company’s vision mision, strategy, and company’s need are produced for the PT. X.

Abstract

The face recognition is one of the important areas in the field of research. Facial recognition can be used in commercial and legal fields. Thus the development of new techniques for characteristic extracting using hough transform is performed.Applications using pre-processing consist of histogran equalization, unsharp masking, and edge detection before processing using hough transform. Then use the block-wise hough transform to split the image into blocks of images.From the results of face recognition testing is influence by the variation of the pose. For lighting variations improvised using pre-processing so that different kinds of lighting can be recognized

Abstract

Indonesian has now become more popular internationally, for example, Vietnam used Indonesian Bahasa as their second language. There are several ways to helping people to learn Indonesian Bahasa, one of them is by creating a tool that allows them to determine whether the language the are currently learning is true or not. This thesis discusses the application of Indonesian editor with spell checker and diction recommendation features in IndonesianThe process is carried out as follows: users opens a file or typing in the editor, words input will be checked with Apache Lucene, and Lucene will crawling to all of the data and give the recommendation base on the weight (Leveinsthein Algorithm) and if a user opens a file, the application will perform spell checking using Nazief and Adriani algoritm. The result of this process is the result of input that is underlined words that is not in accordance with Indonesian, or suitable recommendation result by Apache Lucene. Input could be words or .doc file. As Output will be written in .doc file and the spell checking results and words recommendation will be shown in editor as the user types. This application is built using Java programming language and Android Studio as the IDE.The test result shows that the accuracy of the Nazief and Adriani Algorthms still need to be improved, word length and word complexity also affects the time in the checking process, for example: to check documents with 100 words, there are various of time from 1.48 minutes to 3.3 minutes. Besides that, this algoritm can not check the word which had 2 syllables, like “pertanggungjawaban” because of the stemming process.

Abstract

X Store is a company in Salatiga which their focus on selling computer accessories. In doing their business process, all sales is recorded in store/offline. After their company close, there is no sales after. Because they don’t have any online system. The other way to do sales, they use BBM, whatsapp, and email to contact selling department. The problems encountered, that selling department got hardly to maintain one by one phone call. Based on this background, application is designed to overcome the problems.Application was build based on website that can accessed by customer to do transaction by their phone or computer. This website help customer to do transaction such as choosing item, payment, packaging, and delivery their item. Lastly, confirmation transaction e-mail for customer. The website was build  using PHP as the programming language and MySQL databases.Overall this website meets the company requirements and help customer to do transaction. This proven by 80% is satisfied with the website and 60% is quite satisfied with the completeness information.

Abstract

PT.Z is a well-known producer and manufacturer of paint in Indonesia with years of experience in paint industry which produce many varieties of paint such as Decorative Coating (water and solvent based), automotive coating, Industrial Coating and Heavy Duty Coating. PT.Z has several subsidiaries all over Indonesia to elevate its product distribution. In the business process, PT.Z applies Information System to support and enhance the overall business. But, the current Information System applied is not subtle and disintegrated. Thus, it is a must for PT.Z to plan and create Enterprise Architecture with the method of Enterprise Architecture Planning. The process begins with doing analytical research of business model and Company’s business process.  Afterwards, there will be analysis for Information Technology applied in PT.Z and the possible future problems regarding the Information Technology. The next step is to make the data architecture design, architecture application and architecture technology which comprehensive and suitable for the business purposes, strategies and business process. The result of Data Architecture Design, Application and the technology contains of eight sub information system, main application, supporting application and the use of Client/Server Architecture Pattern and Service Oriented Architecture.

Abstract

Bermain Video Game merupakan salah satu hiburan yang menjadi pilihan untuk mengisi waktu luang. Salah satu genre game yang cukup digemari oleh pemain adalah Turn Based Strategy. Game Turn Based Strategy memerlukan AI yang dapat membuat keputusan dengan optimal. Pada penelitian ini, AI dapat membuat keputusan untuk menentukan jenis dan lokasi bangunan, sehingga pembangunan menjadi lebih optimal.Untuk dapat mengambil keputusan dengan optimal, dibuatlah sebuah sistem algoritma AI. Sistem algoritma AI yang digunakan adalah Particle Swarm Optimization dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan jenis dan lokasi bangunan.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization dapat dikembangkan untuk dapat menentukan keputusan dengan baik berdasarkan fitness yang berpengaruh pada penentuan jenis dan lokasi bangunan. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa dengan batas jumlah turn yang mencukupi, Particle Swarm Optimization dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih baik daripada metode random.
