Abstract

Toko Gypsum Mulia Jaya is a company engaged in the sale and installation of Gypsum profile, partition, aluminum and some building materials. Currently, the recording system stock in Toko Gypsum Mulia Jaya still manually so that the accuracy of the data is less relevant and seems slow. Moreover the recording for each transaction is still not done. Based on the background of the problems in Toko Gypsum Mulia Jaya. In this design an information system that can record the purchase of administration, record keeping stock, conversion of goods, sales, reports and reminders to address the needs of every record store in the business process in question. The process of develop an application using Visual Basic 2010, while for the database using Sql Server 2008. The results obtained from the manufacture of administrative information system applications, among others, the purchase of material goods can be recorded into the database. Program helps recording all trading transactions. The process of checking the stock becomes easier and faster. Helping calculation of profit / loss for the income and expenditure. Display application is good enough and easy to use.

Abstract

PT.Z is a well-known producer and manufacturer of paint in Indonesia with years of experience in paint industry which produce many varieties of paint such as Decorative Coating (water and solvent based), automotive coating, Industrial Coating and Heavy Duty Coating. PT.Z has several subsidiaries all over Indonesia to elevate its product distribution. In the business process, PT.Z applies Information System to support and enhance the overall business. But, the current Information System applied is not subtle and disintegrated. Thus, it is a must for PT.Z to plan and create Enterprise Architecture with the method of Enterprise Architecture Planning. The process begins with doing analytical research of business model and Company’s business process.  Afterwards, there will be analysis for Information Technology applied in PT.Z and the possible future problems regarding the Information Technology. The next step is to make the data architecture design, architecture application and architecture technology which comprehensive and suitable for the business purposes, strategies and business process. The result of Data Architecture Design, Application and the technology contains of eight sub information system, main application, supporting application and the use of Client/Server Architecture Pattern and Service Oriented Architecture.

Abstract

Toko Remaja merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan alat kebutuhan sehari-hari. Toko Remaja menjalankan proses bisnisnya secara manual. Tidak ada pencatatan penjualan, pembelian dan stok gudang setiap harinya. Hal ini mengakibatkan keuntungan tidak dpaat terakumulasi dan stok barang tidak diketahui secara langsung. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi administrasi yang dapat membantu kegiatan administrasi Toko Remaja. Sistem informasi ini mencakup pencatatan transaksi penjualan, transaksi pembelian, pencatatn data barang, dan menghasilkan laporan yang memudahkan owener dalam melihat data.

Abstract

"Rumah Makan Dapur Rinjani" is a restaurant located in Malang, which offers various Indonesian food. Until now, food ordering, reservation registering, delivering the order to kitchen, and counting the payment bill are still manual, which is not efficient.Web based ordering application which can also be accessed through a local connected mobile devices will be made in this thesis. This application is made from PHP framework Laravel, Javascript, HTML as programming language in web based ordering application, and mySQL for its database.Based on the examination of the system that has been done, the system is able to check the login information  before entering the system, displays the available order, setting the user and member, registers reservation data, add promotion, updates order status in the kitchen, and displays sales and stock report. This application need local connection to login, ordering food, and updating data.

Abstract

Currently, SMAN 1 Pare report information using Microsoft Excel. This causes makes user difficult to create a final report, where all the list of activities will be sorted by category. This application is made to facilitate the admin in making financial informations where the application will automatically create reports based on categories without being separated again by the user.This application is created using the programming language HTML, PHP and MySQL database. Display this app using SBAdmin with Bootstrap. This app has features, proposal, budget plan, purchases, in and out of warehouse, student payroll and payroll.From the test results, applications that have been made to process financial transaction data into various kinds of reports required by schools automatically. The app can also display data to all users as per their access rights.

Abstract

UD. S is a business engaged in the sales of a wide range of household cleaning equipment, such as brooms, mops, duster, cloth, mat, hanger, and so on. UD. S makes purchases from suppliers and then resells them with a profit for the company, so that in this case the UD. S does not have its own production of goods. In the sales process, UD. S serves retail and wholesale. During this time, UD. S still perform the process manually allowing the occurrence of errors in entering data or errors in calculation and also more time consuming.This administration system application can help support and improve company performance. Administration system application built using the MySQL database and PHP programming language, HTML, and JavaScript.

Abstract

Along with the development of Petra Christian University, the number of courses and students also grow significantly. Almost every program of study at Petra Christian University requires an invigilator. The way to spreading information and registration invigilator at Petra Christian University is still done manually. Each departement have difficulty in finding an invigilator, and students also have difficulty in finding information and vacancies about invigilator. Therefore, the need for a system such as a website that can be a liaison between students with department that require an invigilator.Based on the background of existing problems, the authors designed a web-based information systems that are in social media facebook using facebook API implementation and an email service for notifications. The information system is equipped with a feature list of the invigilator, feature to approve the invigilator, content overseen schedule, approve the schedule in case, invite the invigilator, notifications, import data from Excel files, and manage admin. The information system is made using CodeIgniter framework, PHP and HTML programming languge and MySQL database.Once the testing is done, a web-based information systems can run in facebook after login on facebook. Invigilator information system may be the link between courses that require an invigilator with students seeking jobs invigilator. Invigilator information systems can also provide email notification on facebook and students. This information system is getting the satisfaction score of 91.4% of respondents.

Abstract

Sistem rekomendasi merupakan sistem yang memberikan rekomendasi pada suatu item yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu user dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam perkuliahan, mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk mengambil keputusan akan mata kuliah pilihan yang harus diambil selama menjalani perkuliahan. Akan tetapi, tidak jarang banyak sekali mahasiswa yang kebingungan dalam menentukan mata kuliah pilihan yang harus diambil. Dengan demikian diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi mata kuliah pilihan sehingga dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan akan mata kuliah pilihan yang akan diambil. Salah satu metode yang sangat terkenal untuk dipergunakan pada sistem rekomendasi adalah Collaborative Filtering, dimana dalam metode ini dilakukan kalkulasi nilai kemiripan dari user yang akan diprediksi dengan user-user lainnya. Metode ini meggunakan Algoritma Adjusted Cosine Similarity dan K-Nearest Neighbors dalam menentukan user-user mana yang memiliki kemiripan terbaik dengan user sehingga dari data user-user inilah dapat dilakukan prediksi pada mata kuliah pilihan yang belum diambil oleh user.Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan, ditemukan algoritma Adjusted Cosine Similarity memiliki performa yang lebih dari dari Cosine Similarity dalam memberikan rekomendasi mata kuliah pilihan. Pada pegujian pada K-Nearest Neighbors, akurasi terbaik berada pada nilai variabel K=16 pada K-Nearest Neighbors dengan akurasi sebesar 89.31422 %.

Abstract

Heritage is a word derived from the English language that has heritage or legacy significance. There are a lot of heritage that is owned by the city of Surabaya, one of which is a relic of historic sites and heritage buildings. Remains of historic sites and heritage buildings in Surabaya consist of shopping malls, museums, monuments, hospitals and graves has a history behind it. But not many people who know the location of the existing heritage. Therefore, made the application of GIS (Geographic Information System) based web.The application consists of the three main menu main page, user and admin, on the main page, and users can view detailed information about the location selected by the user such as a photo location, history and opening hours and admission price. On the user page, users who have registered can apply for a new location and a new category to the administrator. And on page administrator, admin can add or change the location information.Overall, the web has been able to run well, capable of displaying location information required by the user.

Abstract

PT.X is a company engaged in the manufacturing of bread. At the time of this recording and bookkeeping at PT.X still uses a manual system, the manual bookkeeping system often makes companies become difficult to oversee and regulate the accounting system in the company. Calculation of Cost of Production is still done manually by the company to make an estimate of production cost. The calculations were done manually because the company's difficulties in calculating gains and losses that are definitely in the production process and affect the profits and losses earned by the company.Based on this background, it designed a system of calculation of production cost which automatically so that helps the enterprise system in the future. Application design process is done in several stages, with the initial stages of surveying field conditions that exist within the company and then designing the Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram before making an application. For the making of the application uses Microsoft Access 2013 as data storage and programming language using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. In the calculation of production cost using Job Order Costing method that can be updated automatically.The results obtained from the application that has been made, among others, the application of calculating the cost of production accurately, applications make the process of buying and selling, the application generates a report production process accurately and precisely at any time when needed and application to surf the flow of costs in the production process. From the results of application testing 80% of users assume that the assessment of the overall program is very good, while 20% of other users assume that a good assessment of the overall program.
