Farm and agro wastes from area which population has their livehood from farming and agriculture will result in the environmental and health issues if there is lack treatment on those wastes. One of the solutions to overcome these problems is to convert farm and agro wastes into organic fertilizer, which is produced from living substances weathering (plants and animals). Organic fertilizers are available in the form of solid or liquid and contain a lot of organic materials than nutrient levels, thus can improve plant growth. Other advantages of organic fertilizer are cheaper than synthetic ones, environmentally friendly, and are able to decrease negative effects of chemical fertilizers. Organic fertilizer can be made individually or in group of people. The objectives of this activity are to introduce the knowledge and train rural community of Kecamatan Rambah Hilir, Desa Pasir Utama Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Provinsi Riau in making organic fertilizer using farm and agro wastes. The methods use in this activity are through socialization and training on making organic fertilizer from farm and agro wastes to Desa Pasir Utama community. Organic fertilizer was made by mixing cow manure with straw cuts, followed by addition of palm sugar activated effective microorganisms 4 (EM4). The mixture was left to incubate for 4 weeks and aerated every three days to allow good fermentation. This community service activity supports government program in encouraging growth of reusing farm and agricultural wastes that will increase agricultural productivity of rural community.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate, analyze the potential and existing of PT. XYZ. From this research Management, PT. XYZ is expected to be able to choose the proper strategic management action. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. For Business Development Strategy analysis, this study used EFE and IFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM. The study found that PT. XYZ was in a strong position in making use of the power possessed and able to overcome the existing weaknesses the total IFE was 3.57 whose value was classified as exploiting the existing opportunity level. Meanwhile, the value of EFE coping the threat was 3,25. IE matrix showed that PT XYZ has used growth and build strategies whose alternative strategies can be used to develop its business.

The U.S. Presidential election was an event that received widespread attention across the globe. In the 2008 presidential campaign, Barrack Obama nominated to be the first black President. In 2016, Hillary Clinton potentially becomes the first woman President in American history, while the other candidate, Donald Trump, made some unpopular and controversial proposals. The purpose of this paper is to analyse whether the 2008 and 2016 election were considered as the relevant information in the Indonesian Stock Market (IDX). The daily closing prices of all all share listed in IDX would be examined used event study method. The results provide insight about the responsiveness of IDX participants to the U.S. Presidential election event that could be used in decision making.

Penerapan risiko bisnis pada suatu usaha kecil hingga menengah dapat memberikan dampak keberlangsungan pada suatu usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manajemen risiko yang berfokus dalam pelayanan konsumen pada Amati Coffee Tiban yang sudah berdiri di Kota Batam. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang dimana terdiri atas beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan langsung terhadap Amati Coffee. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen merupakan faktor yang sangat penting selain lokasi usaha, produk yang disajikan, dan faktor lain yang ada dalam meningkatkan kualitas bisnis dari Amati Coffee. Manfaat dari penelitian bagi pelaku adalah dapat memilih keputusan yang tepat dalam menghadapi berbagai risiko yang memiliki kemungkinan untuk muncul sehingga dampak yang diterima tidak fatal dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengalaman yang dapat meningkatkan kembali kualitas pemasaran dan pelayanan dari Amati Coffee. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial self efficacy on Risky credit behaviour in the usage of pay later feature. In addition, this study also aims to determine the mediating effect of Financial self-efficacy between financial literacy and risky credit behaviour. The population of this study is Indonesia Millenials and the sample of this study is residents born between 1990-2000 who have used pay later in the last 1 year. The data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square method. The results of the study indicate that objective financial literacy and subjective financial literacy have positive and significant effects on Financial self-efficacy, Financial self efficacy has negatif significant effects on risky credit behaviour, objective financial literacy and subjective financial literacy have negatif significant effects on risky credit behaviour, and Financial self-efficacy mediates the effects of subjective financial literacy and objective financial literacy on risky credit behavior.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are common health problems among the elderly and can significantly reduce quality of life due to complications such as systemic infections, kidney disorders, and recurrent infections. Older adults often do not recognize early symptoms of UTIs, as the manifestations are atypical and frequently mistaken as part of the normal aging process. The Community Service Program (PKM) conducted at Panti Werdha Hana aimed to increase elderly awareness of the importance of early UTI detection through urinalysis as a screening method. This activity was carried out using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach, which included urine testing for leukocyte esterase, nitrites, and protein, as well as educational sessions on UTI risk factors and prevention strategies. Among the 76 participants examined, 2 individuals (3.08%) tested positive for leukocyte esterase and 1 individual (1.54%) tested positive for nitrites, indicating potential infection. These findings suggest that simple urin tests can serve as an effective initial step in detecting UTIs early and promoting timely interventions to maintain urinary tract health and improve the overall quality of life in the elderly.
