Abstract

Pap Smear is an attempt to take fluid from the vagina to see cells around the cervix (Setiati, 2009). Pap Smear is a screening for cervical (cervical) cancer performed by midwives or obstetricians. This examination aims to find out the presence of HPV or a series of carcinomas that cause cervical cancer (Parahita, 2012). xx Research Objectives to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of women of reproductive age couples (PUS) with Pap smear examination at the Panombeian Panci Health Center, Simalungun Regency in 2017. This type of research is Analytic with Cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all couples of childbearing age (PUS) who came to the Panomberan Panci Health Center in 2017.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common form of arthritis found in the community, is chronic in nature, has a major impact on public health issues. a total of 213 arthritis patients, only 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were due to incomplete medical record data or even loss of medical record data which caused the patient's medical record data to be incomplete. As for the aspect of rationality in terms of 6 accuracy (right diagnosis, right indication, right drug, right dose, right route of administration, right patient) then the results of the analysis show that accuracy is 100% right, while for the exact parameters of the drug is still worth 53%. So it can be concluded that treatment for osteoarthritis patients when viewed from the right diagnosis, right indication, right dose, right patient, right drug, right method of administration at the Singosari Health Center cannot be fully rational.

Abstract

Most of the Sindar Raya community is a lower middle class society, although there are still a small number of upper middle class people. The type of research used in this study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with sources of information so that it is clear and more in-depth about the implementation of the JKN program at the Sindar Raya Health Center in May-July 2017. The human resources of the Sindar Raya Health Center are still lacking in quantity and quality. However, in health services, there is no fundamental difference between the services before JKN and the current JKN era. Resource administration capabilities are still not ready to apply the JKN reporting format. Facilities and infrastructure are still lacking, but the puskesmas can still maximize health services to the community. Medical facilities that are still incomplete are dental health services and laboratories. Administrative support facilities such as computers and the internet are still incomplete and must be fulfilled immediately. Financial resources to support the Sindar Raya Health Center are available. In terms of fragmentation, the bureaucratic structure has been running in accordance with the duties and roles of each. Meanwhile, the operational standards for implementing JKN are also clear. Health services in JKN in the field can be carried out because there are no fundamental differences in providing health services. Sindar Raya Health Center in an effort to improve health services to be more active in order to be able to implement the JKN program optimally.
