Abstract

Globalization has placed Indonesia in a dilemma in creating the welfare of the people. Many legislations with liberal character are disallowed through the constitutional review by the constitutional court. The liberal character then becomes constraints for government to realize social welfare, thus harming the economic interest of people and contrary to the constitution (UUD 1945). Efforts to create welfare cannot be separated from state sovereignty in determining the economics welfare policy in the form of law. The State needs to adopt policies of recalibrating sovereignty to realize its objectives. Sovereignty is the essential requirement to be able to build pengayoman law character, ideology by Pancasila ideology and UUDNRI 1945. The legal substance of pengayoman law (protection and succor) will realize a balance between global interests and the interests of the nation. Pengayoman Law integrates the efficiency and freedom with fairness and welfare excellence. Also, the Pengayoman Law always opens the space to give a guarantee/partiality to the poor through social policies that are based on human dignity. Keywords: Welfare, Challenges, Globalization, Dilemma

Abstract

The increasing of the competition at health and hospital service as well as society awareness on their rights in health makes the quality of the hospital service need to be concerned. The assesement on hopital service is the basic plan for the betterment and improvement of the hospital quality. In relation to this, a model of information system of hospital service assessment is needed as the initiation of the quality improvement activity. This research was conducted to develop a system information model which can be used to assess the hospital service. In order to achive this goal; the researcher used a model of waterfall system development method and supportive tool through proccess model approach. This research offered an integrated system information model into supportive software that can be used to meassure the hospital work service.

Abstract

The development and utilization of information technology will make the competition among universities,  as a result the universities should maintain their quality of services to get their potential customers and key customers, in particularly to get related information, in order to being first choice in the society. Professional management will be able to provide outstanding quality services and highly competitive, especially in academic services. The development of academic information system to improve the services can be done by apply the Customer Relationship Management or (CRM). Implementation of CRM in academic information system can create an emotional bond that is able to build a two-way communication between users and academic system providers. With good and reliable communication can improve the quality of academic services to the customers, which in turn will be able to improve the customer loyalty and increase the customer satisfaction in the Faculty of Computer Science.

Abstract

In the car, when we drive, we often know that a driver smokes in the car, the cigarette will produce smoke that is detrimental to the health of those who inhale it. Such as carbon monoxide gas that is inhaled will cause health problems until poisoning to result in death. Lack of oxygen levels in the body for the gas inhaler also results in drowsiness and can lead to accidents.To minimize this, the car must be equipped with a carbon monoxide sensor and an oxygen level sensor connected to the power window. So that the power window can open automatically according to the speed of the drive, i.e. when the sensor detects the target when the car is not driving (0km / h), the window will open 100% (40cm), when the car is driving at 1-40km / h, the car window will open by 75% (30cm), and when the car is traveling at a speed of 41-80km / h, the car window will open by 50% (20cm), and when the car is traveling more than 81km / h the car window will open by 25% (10cm).

Abstract

Di sebuah perusahaan, layanan sangat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu SLA (Service Level Agreement) yang PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area memberikan tentang layanan, yang merupakan durasi waktu pemulihan harus kurang dari 180 menit. Namun dalam kenyataannya, durasi layanan sering melewati SLA. Untuk itu kita dapat mengklasifikasi laporan berdasarkan keterangan kedalam 3 kelompok. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier dalam text mining diketahui bawah laporan yang teklasifikasi dibawah 180 menit ada 64,4% , 34,8% untuk laporan yang terklasifikasi kurang dari 1 hari dan 0,08% untuk laporan yang terklasifikasi lebih dari 1 hari.
