Abstract

Sentiment Analysis or commonly called Opinion Mining is the process of understanding, extracting and processing textual data automatically to obtain sentiment information contained in a sentence of opinion or opinion on a problem or object by someone, whether it tends to have a positive or negative opinion. This study aims to classify tweet data into 2 classifications, namely positive and negative. In this study, Indonesian text is used on Twitter social media in the form of tweets related to Tokopedia. Public opinion contained in the tweet can be used as material to find out whether tweets on Twitter, especially on Tokopedia, are classified as positive or negative. The data used consists of 1,000 tweet data. This dataset comes from the tweets of Tokopedia customers written on the Tokopedia twitter account. In text mining techniques, “transform case”, “tokenize”, “token filter by length”, “stemming” are used to build classifications. Gataframework is used to help during the preprocessing and cleansing process. RapidMiner is used to help create sentiment analysis in comparing three different classification methods, on Tokopedia's tweet data. The method used to compare in this research is the Naïve Bayes algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm which is added with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) feature and the Naïve Bayes algorithm is added with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) feature which is optimized with Adboost. . The Naïve Bayes algorithm added with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) feature, which was optimized with Adboost, got the best score. With 94.95% accuracy, 90.86% precision, 100.00% recall and 0.950 AUC

Abstract

Beredarnya sertipikat yang bertumpang tindih atau overlaping di tengah masyarakat sebagai bukti pembuatan sertipikat hak atas tanah kurang tertib. Kasus yang terjadi terhadap tumpang tindih sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan oleh PT. Mustika Hadiasri (PT. MHA) dengan Sertipikat Hak Pakai UPBU Budiarto mengenai Pemegang sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan. Rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang Sertipikat HGB yang berada di atas tanah Hak Pakai Barang Milik Negara dan upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh badan hukum sebagai pemegang Sertipikat HGB. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis normative. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang Sertipikat HGB yang berada di atas tanah Hak Pakai Barang Milik Negara berada pada pihak PT. MHA dan UPBU Budiarto dilaporkan kepada pihak Badan Pertanahan Nasional untuk diproses sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Kemudian upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh badan hukum pemegang Sertipikat HGB untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tumpang tindih Sertipikat di atas hak pakai Barang Milik Negara adalah dengan mengecek keabsahan kedua Sertipikat yang tumpang tindih ke Badan Pertanahan Nasional, arbitrase dan alternatif penyelesaian sengketa dengan kesepakatan tertulis dan disetujui oleh para pihak, penyegelan pada tanah sengketa, serta proses mediasi dilakukan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Saran pada penelitian ini diharapkan pemerintah membuat kebijakan terkait mekanisme pendaftaran hak atas tanah yang jelas dan tegas, Kemudian setiap warga negara maupun badan hukum lebih berhati-hati dalam menjual belikan dengan landasan hukum yang jelas.

Abstract

The ability to solve mathematical problems is one of the basic skills that is very important for every student to have. This ability not only contributes to the understanding of mathematical concepts, but is also important to support an active and interesting learning process. Therefore, the development of interactive Student Worksheets is very necessary. This study aims to develop worksheet with a Problem Based Learning model supported by video media. The method used in this study is a research design that is divided into two parts, namely planning design and formative evaluation design which includes: 1) expert assessment, 2) individual evaluation, 3) small groups, and 4) proposed trials. The subjects of this study consisted of 40 students at SMPN 2 Cimahi. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation studies, questionnaires in the form of scales to validate the feasibility and practicality of the developed teaching materials, in addition, a collection of questions was also used to measure the effectiveness of the developed teaching materials. The data processing process was carried out using quantitative and qualitative methods. The conclusion of this study shows that worksheet is very valid, practical, and effective in improving the mathematical problem-solving abilities of junior high school students. Therefore, this worksheet is worthy of being used in the mathematics learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah membahas tentang pengaruh Implementasi Kebijakan Reforma Agraria Terhadap Manajemen Redistribusi Tanah dalam Mewujudkan Efektivitas Nilai Sertipikat Tanah pada Petani Badega di Kabupaten Garut. Metoda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metoda eksplanasi dengan teknik evaluasi dimana model ini menganalisis causal efektual dengan meninjau hubungan rasional yang menganalisa hubungan sebab akibat antara Implementasi Kebijakan Reforma Agraria, Manajemen Redistribusi Tanah, dan Efektivitas Nilai Sertipikat Tanah. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di lima Desa yang tersebat di tiga Kecamatan di Kabupaten Garut dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 93 orang. Pada pembahasan ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Reforma Agraria berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Redistribusi Tanah dan Efektivitas Nilai Sertipikat Tanah. Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahwa untuk mewujudkan Efektivitas Nilai Sertipikat Tanah dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan Implementasi Kebijakan Reforma Agraria serta Manajemen Redistribusi Tanah

Abstract

The Strait of Hormuz is the world’s most critical energy chokepoint, with approximately 20–27 percent of global seaborne oil trade passing through it daily. The escalation of conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran beginning on February 28, 2026, through Operation Epic Fury triggered Iran’s actual closure of the Strait of Hormuz on March 4, 2026, making it the largest energy supply disruption in the history of the global oil market. While previous studies have addressed the risk of Strait of Hormuz closure hypothetically, no research has specifically analyzed the actual impact of the 2026 closure on oil supply security within the Middle East region. This study aims to analyze how the 2026 Strait of Hormuz closure has impacted oil supply security among producing countries in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, and Qatar, using Kenneth Waltz’s Structural Realism perspective. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the 2026 closure caused regional oil exports to decline by up to 10 million barrels per day, oil prices surging beyond 100 USD per barrel, damage to major energy infrastructure, and the exposure of structural vulnerabilities in the region. From the Structural Realism perspective, Iran’s closure is a rational response to the anarchic structure of the international system and an effort to preserve its relative power position in global power distribution.
