Abstract

This study has the objective to create a model for the development of agro-industry Gondangan considering it has potency to be developed as a regional agro-industries. Gondangan village has many of home industries in the eld of snacks made from agricultural products. During the domestic industry is capable of providing welfare for the culprit. The development of agro-industry area is expected to provide greater added value for agricultural products, as well as increasing incomes. The method used is the Research and Development. This method is used to produce a particular product, and test the effectiveness of a particular product. The results showed that there were three main components in the agro-industry models consist of the main actors, supporting institutions, and related industries. Respondent of this study are home-industries owner as the main actor. The result show that home-industries owner business need assistance because, they do not have the characteristics of attitudes needed to develop a greater business. Ability and knowledge in the business also need to be developed through partnership program. Supporting institutions also need to be strengthened and involved in the partnership. Institutional support in this case is local government and cooperative. The related industry is a supplier of raw materials and distribution channels, agents and distributors, should be involved in the partnership program to ensure smooth supply to produsen. The three component of agro-industries should run well so that the model can be implemented well too.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel moderasi pada Gandhok Group Yogyakarta. Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang unggul akan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi menjadi lebih baik. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, serta motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variable-variabel tersebut dengan melakukan pengujian korelasi. Penelitian korelasional ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 32 karyawan Gandhok group Yogyakarta.  Tingkat respon 100%. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode sampel jenuh karena jumlah populasi yang kecil. Pengukuran dan model struktural dinilai menggunakan analisis Hierarchical regression analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja dapat memperkuat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidak dapat memperkuat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Gandhok Group

Abstract

This study aims to determine the success of incubators and accelerators in building startups. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. The research data analysis technique was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model which consisted of three stages, namely; data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. Analysis activities are carried out from data collection to drawing conclusions. The results showed that PT Gama Inovasi Berdikari's assessment met the characteristics of the accelerator program including: Program Structure, Operational Features, Financial Capital & IP Rights, Social Capital & Networking. Next is the impact received by the assisted startups after participating in the accelerator program, namely: increasing education related to startups, having a forum or place for innovation related to startups, startups participating in the accelerator and incubator programs at PT Gama Inovasi Berdikari get quite a positive impact, get directions to run the company, looking for investors, from a legal perspective, providing support, managing investments, and maintaining valuations. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that PT GIB has succeeded in providing the program as desired by startups with programs that have been designed by PT GIB through the selection process, support services, and network owned by PT GIB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh antara orientasi kewirausahaan (EO), keunggulan kompetitif (CA) dan kemampuan absorptif (AC) pada UKM kerajinan kulit dan apakah kemampuan absorptif memediasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan kompetitif. Paradigma keunggulan kompetitif terutama pada UKM seringkali masih berhadapan dengan rendahnya kemampuan mereka untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Sumber daya yang terbatas dan ketidakberanian mengambil risiko serta pengetahuan yang terbatas  menjadi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi UKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan tersebut dengan menguji orientasi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan kompetitif serta kemampuan absorptif. Penelitian korelasional ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 120 UKM dari 4 kabupaten dan 1 kota di wilayah Provinsi Yogyakarta dengan tingkat respon 70%. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling untuk menanggapi kuesioner yang diberikan. Pengukuran dan model struktural dinilai menggunakan analisis Hierarchical regression analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan absorptif memediasi antara hubungan innovativeness, risk taking dan proactiveness terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Pada jalur pengaruh antara innovativeness dan risk taking terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, kemampuan absorptif merupakan variabel mediasi sempurna, sementara pada proactiveness terhadap keunggulan kompetitif merupakan variabel mediasi parsial. Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi pandangan berbasis pengetahuan, yang menyatakan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan absorptif sebagai sumber daya tidak berwujud dapat menciptakan nilai dalam pengembangan produk dan hasil-hasilnya, Orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan absorptif mampu membawa pelaku usaha kerajinan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah variabel kemampuan absorptif relatif jarang digunakan terutama untuk UKM sehingga persepsi subjektivitas responden masih sangat kuat.
