Abstract

The result of development planning in the district of Langgam in 2012 shows that there ara many planning proposals from the public who are not accommodated well, the proposal in the absence of the proposed project from the bottom, and the approach is top-down planning.The purpose of study is to determine the development planning in the district of Langgam and find out the cause of why the district development planning of Langgam patterned top-down planning.This research used descriptive qualitative research method. The primary data obtained through interview with people who understood local development planning; The secondary data obtained from relevant agencies such as District Office of Langgam and District Development Planning of Regency Pelalawan.The results found that; First, many proposal of public who are not accomodated and not realized by local governments, and inversely proportional to the proposed project arrived-suddenly appread at the end of the discussion of regional development planning. Second, the development planning process that lead to top-down approach, the cause is as follows: First, the public regarded as supporters of the planner is not executing. Second, planning is the desire of the public is not a necessity. Third, the interests of the elite.The Lat, the presence of resource constraints.Key words: Development Planning, District of Langgam, Community

Abstract

This research is important to find out what system should be used to create legal certainty regarding the execution of transnational bankruptcy cases. The purposes to be achieved are, first, to know the system that works within the principles of the Model Law developed by the United Nations in handling transnational bankruptcy execution cases. Second, knowing how national law creates execution rules if the foreign debtor's bankruptcy assets are in Indonesia's jurisdictionUsing juridical-normative research methods, the author attempts to analyze transnational bankruptcy based on international and national regulations. International rules are regulated in UNCITRAL: Model Law created by the UN and is a legal reference for countries that have transnational bankruptcy legal instruments with reference to this Model Law. Meanwhile, the national regulations are in Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations, which became known as UUK-PKPU. Model Law regulations provide legal certainty regarding transnational bankruptcy. different from national legal rules which are limited by jurisdiction. The substance of the Model Law provides an opportunity for foreign parties to participate in solving problems. The conclusion of this research is that the adoption of the Model Law by several countries will provide greater convenience and legal certainty in the field of bankruptcy law, especially transnational bankruptcy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan kecepatan lari terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan sepakbolapada mahasiswa FIK UNM, (2) Hubungan kelincahan terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan sepakbola pada mahasiswa FIK UNM, dan (3) Hubungan kecepatan lari dankelincahan terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan sepakbolapada mahasiswa FIK UNM. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa laki-laki FIK UNM dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 30 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara random sampling atau sistem acak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriftip, normalitas data dan korelasi dengan menggunakan sistem SPSS Versi 16.00 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau a0,05. Bertolak dari hasil analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kecepatan lari memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan sepakbola pada mahasiswa FIK UNM, diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) 0,861 dengan tingkat probabilitas (0,000) <a0,05; (2) Kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan sepakbolamahasiswa FIK UNM, diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) 0,907 dengan tingkat probabilitas (0,000) <a0,05; dan (3) Kecepatan lari dan kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menggiring dalam permainan sepakbola mahasiswa FIK UNM, diperoleh nilai korelasi (R) 0,923 dengan tingkat probabilitas (0,000) <a 0,05

Abstract

Research This study evaluates the method of religious guidance in improving children's spiritual intelligence of children at the Cilinaya Institute. This study uses the method of library research with a qualitative approach to analyze the urgency of religious moderation in the context of globalization. to analyze the urgency of religious moderation in the context of globalization. Data was obtained from various literatures, such as books, journals and related articles. The evaluation results show that children's spiritual intelligence can be improved through a structured, sustainable and values-based approach. religion. This finding underscores the importance of strengthening religious guidance as a efforts to develop dimensions of religiosity that include ideological aspects, intellectual, ritual, experience, and consequences in daily life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana upaya Pemerintah Desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Padende, Kecamatan Marawola, Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Tujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam upaya pemerintah Desa Padende dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Desa Padende telah mengimplementasikan berbagai program dan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Upaya-upaya tersebut mencakup pemberdayaan masyatakat melalui pertanian, UMKM dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes). pembangunan infrastruktur dasar seperti jalan, air bersih, dan listrik, serta program-program sosial seperti pendidikan dan kesehatan.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and is one of the most significant public health problems in Indonesia. This service was carried out to see what roles can be played by financial division interns in order to help in preventing TB in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra.This service uses a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection instruments of participatory observation, interviews, documentation and document analysis. The subject of this service is a program at the Mentari Meraki Asa Foundation. The results of this service resulted in several direct involvement initiatives in the process and also several new systems created by service participants. Some of these systems are ISAK 35-based Accounting Information Systems, Foundation Financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Income Tax (PPh) 21 calculation templates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce on MSME sales in Palopo City. E-commerce has become a key strategy for MSMEs to expand market reach and increase sales effectiveness in the digital era. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 MSMEs that have adopted e-commerce. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results show that e-commerce has a positive and significant influence on MSME sales. This is demonstrated by high average scores on e-commerce indicators such as online visibility, user experience, and market reach, as well as increased sales in terms of volume, value, and sales growth. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.223 indicates that 22.3% of the variation in sales can be explained by e-commerce adoption. This finding provides evidence that e-commerce can be a strategic solution for MSMEs in increasing their competitiveness and sales.

Abstract

Diagnosis merupakan langkah awal untuk menentukan peroses selanjutnya dalam penanganan kesehatan seorang pasien, tanpa adanya diagnosis yang benar dan akurat maka bakal memiliki dampak yang buruk bagi pasien dalam hal pemberian tindakan medis kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman pasien tentang pemberian Informasi Diagnosis Di Instalasi Rawat Inap Kelas III RSUD Dr.  R.M. Djoelham Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan yakni kualitatif dari penelitian ini adalah maka sampel sebanyak 7 orang yaitu 4 informan utama yaitu Dokter Spesialis RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai Medan dan Dokter DPJP Ruangan RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai Medan informan kunci sebanyak 1 orang Dan 2 informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian Pemahaman Diagnosis Penyakit pada pasien rawat inap terkendala komunikasi yaitu bahasa yang mudah dimengerti. Dokter DPJP telah memberikan pemahanan penyakit pasien akan tetapi pasien merasa dokter menjelaskan terlalu cepat serta menggunakan istilah medis yang tidak dimengerti oleh pasien  ada pula awalnya menolak akan tetapi setelah dijelaskan perawata dan keluarga dengan benar dan baik pasien mau menerima diagnosisnya. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan untuk manajemen rumah sakit di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham Kota Binjai  Medan agar terus memberi masukan bagi tenaga dokter spesialis yang melakukan pelayanan kesehatan dalam memberikan informasi diagnosis bagi setiap pasien rawat inap diharapkan mengikuti standar prosedur yang berlaku. memberikan reward bagi dokter bila menjalankan SOP dengan benar, sebaliknya ada punishment bila dokter tidak lengkap mengisi lembar diagnosis.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman, Informasi Diagnosis Diagnosis is the first step to determine the next process in managing a patient's health, without a correct and accurate diagnosis it will have a negative impact on the patient in terms of providing medical treatment to the patient. The purpose of this study was to find out how the patient's understanding of the provision of diagnostic information at the Class III Inpatient Installation at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai. This study used qualitative research, namely a sample of 7 people, namely 4 main informants, namely Specialist Doctors at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai Medan and DPJP Doctor Dr. Hospital Room. R.M. Djoelham Binjai Medan 1 key informant and 2 supporting informants. The results of the study of Understanding Disease Diagnosis in inpatients were constrained by communication, namely language that was easy to understand. The DPJP doctor has provided an understanding of the patient's disease, but the patient feels that the doctor explained too quickly and used medical terms that the patient did not understand, some initially refused, but after being explained by the nurse and family properly and well the patient accepted the diagnosis. With the results of this study it is hoped that for hospital management at RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham Kota Binjai Medan to continue to provide input for specialist doctors who carry out health services in providing diagnostic information for each inpatient, it is expected that they follow the applicable standard procedures. giving rewards to doctors when carrying out SOPs correctly, conversely there is punishment if doctors do not complete the diagnosis sheet.Keywords: Understanding, Diagnostic Information

Abstract

Di era teknologi informasi saat ini, penggunaan sistem informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam mengelola berbagai aspek bisnis, termasuk penggajian. Rumah makan merupakan salah satu bentuk bisnis di industri layanan makanan dan minuman. Dalam operasionalnya, rumah makan mempekerjakan berbagai jenis karyawan seperti koki, pelayan, kasir, dan staf lainnya. Pengelolaan gaji karyawan menjadi suatu aspek yang krusial dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional dan kesejahteraan para karyawan. Namun, pengelolaan gaji yang manual dapat menyebabkan kesalahan perhitungan, ketidakakuratan data, serta memakan waktu yang banyak.Penulis menyusun menggunakan Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan teknik observasi, library research, dan kuesioner. Dengan adanya Keluhan yang datang dari karyawan membuat penulis ingin merancang website penggajian pada Soto Lamongan Bung Hatta. Untuk membuat website penggajian yaitu dengan menggunakan Codeigniter. Manfaat di buatnya laporan ini adalah untuk membuat website penggajian sebagai penyempurnaan sarana dan prasarana yang ada pada soto lamongan bung hatta. Tujuannya dibuatnya laporan pkl ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam menghitung penggajian, karena website penggajian ini memudahkan bagi admin dalam menghitung gaji karyawan, karena website ini sudah menampilkan rekapan hasil karyawan dan tidak ada lagi kesalahan dalam menghitungnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk menguji Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan kerja  dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebeagai variabel mediasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPls 5.0. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dengan total sebanyak 218 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum adanya pengaruh yang terjadi antara Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Namun Kepuasan Kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh yang terjadi antara Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta Kepuasan Kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh yang terjadi antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci:  Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.             The objectives of this study are: To examine compensation for employee performance, motivation for employee performance, job satisfaction with employee performance, compensation for job satisfaction, motivation for job satisfaction and compensation for employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, motivation for employee performance with satisfaction. Work as a mediating variable. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WarpPls 5.0.The sample used in this study were employees at the General Hospital of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang with a total of 218 employees.
