Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembinaan prestasi Club Ispri Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang langsung diperoleh dari pelatih, atlet, dan manajemen. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (conclusion drawing). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa program pemasalan Club Ispri Palembang dilakukan dengan cara berkeliling kampung dan melihat anak-anak yang berminat bermain voli serta peran pelatih dalam melaksanakan program pemasalan adalah sebagai pembimbing dan aktivitas olahraga yang dilakukan dengan melakukan serangkaian kegiatan-kegiatan olahraga. Pengenalan aktivitas fisik Club Ispri Palembang kepada atlet dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan tingkatan beban maupun intensitas latihan dan kriteria kesehatan yang harus dipenuhi atlet adalah sehat jasmani dan rohani, postur badan tinggi, dan yang jelas harus punya kemauan. Pengujian kemampuan fisik agar atlet dilakukan dengan cara kebugaran jasmani. Lama latihan untuk membina prestasi atlet di Club Ispri Palembang yaitu 4 kali dalam satu minggu dengan durasi waktu selama 2 jam dalam setiap latihan. Penerapan latihan disesuaikan dengan usia atlet, sedangkan kriteria perkembangan dilihat dari banyaknya latihan dan peningkatkan prestasi serta kualitas latihan. Proses latihan di Club Ispri Palembang dilakukan sejak usia dini dan adanya hambatan waktu pelaksanaan latihan sebabkan anak ada yang sekolah siang. Tahapan latihan disesuaikan dengan tingkatan yang diterapkan yaitu secara bertahap terutama latihan teknik dasar hingga ke permainan

Abstract

This experimental method is used to reveal whether or not there is an influence of the variables that have been selected for research. The population in this research is extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang, totaling 20 students. The sampling technique in this research uses the Total Sampling technique, namely the total of the population. Based on the results of research carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang using these two exercises, the results of the t-test for the depth jump exercise show the conclusion that P (T<=t) two tail is 0.00000182. That means the value is significant 0.00000182 ≤ 0.05, so this result shows that there is a significant difference. This means that depth jump training affects the accuracy of volleyball smashes for extra-curricular students at SMAN 2 Palembang. Meanwhile, for the results of the pnf dynamic stretching exercise t-test, it can be seen that the conclusion of P (T<=t) two tail is 0.00072. That means the value is significant 0.00072 ≤ 0.05, so this result shows that there is a significant difference and means that depth jump training also influences the accuracy of volleyball smashes for extracurricular students at SMANEGERI 2 Palembang. Based on the results of the two exercises, the average (mean) data for the final test of the pnf dynamic stretching exercise was 17.5 and the average (mean) for the final test of the depth jump exercise was 16.5. Judging from the difference in the final test (post-test) of 1, depth jump training is more supportive and has a more significant effect than PNF dynamic stretching training on the accuracy of volleyball smashes for extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang.

Abstract

Through field observations, it was found that the students' ability to perform crescent kicks had not shown good speed, to obtain the ability to kick with speed, resistance band training was given. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of resistance band training on the ability to kick crescents in pencak silat athletes at the PSHT school in Betung District. This research method is an experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The population of PSHT athletes was 16 people with the use of samples taken from the total population. Data collection used a crescent kick ability test on petching for 10 seconds. Data analysis used paired sample t-test analysis via SPSS. Based on the information from the results of data analysis through hypothesis testing, the study concluded that there was an effect of resistance band training on the results of crescent kicks in pencak silat athletes at PSHT in Betung District

Abstract

The Sungai Langka Village area lacks drainage and has elevated roads, causing water to run off during rainfall and onto the roads and into people's yards. In these conditions, efforts will be made to utilise water runoff as an alternative water source. This study aims to determine the effect of infiltration in the application of biopori infiltration pit technology. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data were processed using the Horton method and analysed descriptively. Infiltration data was collected in situ in the field. The data compared the infiltration rate before and after the application of biopori infiltration pits. The results showed that the infiltration rate was constant at 46 cm/hour, 44 cm/hour, 32 cm/hour, 36 cm/hour and 32 cm/hour before the application of biopori infiltration pits. Meanwhile, the infiltration rates after the application of biopore infiltration pits were 110 cm/hour, 78 cm/hour, 70 cm/hour, 104 cm/hour and 138 cm/hour. The aim of the study was to determine how increasing infiltration rates can reduce water runoff and increase groundwater reserves.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the ability to dribble the ball in futsal games at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang is not optimal. Some of the causes of the athlete's less than optimal dribbling ability are because in dribbling, players have not been supported by good agility, coaches have never provided agility training methods that lead to these abilities, as seen by the frequent loss of the ball by athletes while being dribbled and easily taken by opponents. The population in this study were 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The sample in this study was 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The technique for taking samples in this study used Total Sampling. This research method is Experimental research, The design in this study is "two group pretest posttest design" the results of Hypothesis H1 in this study where the results of the t-test are known that the t-count value is 6.770 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (6.770> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 1: There is an influence of ball feeling training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the second hypothesis t-test H2 are known that the t-count value is 4.297 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (4.297> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 2: There is an influence of ball agility training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the third hypothesis t-test H3 that the t-value of the pretest-posttest ball feeling is greater, namely 6,770, than the t-value of the pretest-posttest agility, namely 4,297, then this means that ball feeling training is more effective than agility training in improving dribbling skills
