Abstract

Increasing infrastructure through the allocation of village funds in the context of improving community services is increasingly being carried out in every region. Every year the allocation of village funds through the APBN continues to increase. Along with these efforts, village officials who are expected to be intermediaries for the implementation of the infrastructure improvement program are required to have the ability to carry out technical development implementation activities in the field. Tongo Village as a partner who cooperates in Community Service activities this time has been guided and trained through training activities using the learning by doing method related to Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The materials provided to village officials are: an introduction to the RAB and its constituent components, and Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) which consists of: work volume, estimated time for work completion, calculation of the number of workers and material requirements. From the results of the training it can be concluded that village officials understand how to make a Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) using Microsoft Excel as the main component in the Budget Plan (RAB).

Abstract

This research deals with the application of the Floyd-Warshall algorithm and Floyd-Warshall plus in the optimization of electricity distribution network routes in Gorontalo City. The route optimization begins by representing the power poles and cable lengths into a graph. The graph used is a weighted graph where the road (related to the length of the cable) is represented as a weighted side and the electric pole is represented as a point. This graph consists of a set of electric poles totalling 40 points and a set of roads (cable lengths) totalling 46 sides. The results showed that the shortest path of the electricity distribution network is and the minimum cable network length is 9,040 m.

Abstract

Nile Tilapia and Mozambique Tilapia fish are different, but from the same genus, Oreochromis, these two fish are closely related and have a similar appearance. Therefore, many buyers often find it difficult to distinguish them. This research employs one method in machine learning that is always use to classify image, called Backpropagation in Artificial Neural Network. There were two stages in this study, first was feature extraction using convolution. Second was the learning process using the backpropagation algorithm. Before classification, the image data were prepared by cropping to focus on the classified object. Then from the 254 images, they were divided into three groups, 140 image were for training data, 60 images were for validation data, and 54 were for testing data. The result conluded that the success rate and accuracy reached 74,07% from the total data. To conclude, this method had successfully applied.

Abstract

This study discusses the performance of the queuing system in optimizing service at motorcycle service. This research was conducted at PT. Hasjrat Abadi-Yamaha Gorontalo, the research was conducted by taking primary data for 27 days at 08.00 - 12.00. The variables used are customer arrival time data and customer service time. The results showed that the queuing system at the motorcycle service station is the arrival time distribution, namely the Poisson distribution, while the service time distribution is the general distribution. So the queuing system at the motorcycle service center follows the model (M/G/6)(GD∞/∞)From the calculation of the performance tables of several different servers, it has been found that the performance of the queuing system contained in the motorbike service is optimal using 5 servers. Testing the distribution of arrival time and customer service is carried out using SPSS.25 software.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Fakultas Teknik diarahkan untuk mendukung ketercapaian indikator kinerja utama (IKU) Perguruan Tinggi. Setiap program studi dapat berinovasi untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dikonversi dengan mata kuliah yang pada kurikulum program studi. Penetapan mata kuliah yang akan dikonversikan mengacu pada Pedoman Kurikulum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Berdasarkan hal ini, kami mengajukan usulan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMKN 1 Kaidipang Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisai penerapan absensi berbasis website menggunakan teknologi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) kepada guru-guru wali kelas dan guru-guru mata pelajaran untuk menggantikan sistem absensi konvensional yang banyak memakan waktu dan tidak efisien. Metode kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan demonstrasi. Langkah-langkah kegiatan adalah sosialisasi bagaimana penerapan aplikasi absensi berbasis website menggunakan teknologi RFID dan dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi perangkat dan website kepada guru-guru di SMKN 1 Kaidipang

Abstract

Penerapan hasil-hasil penelitian dosen serta mahasiswa kepada Masyarakat, merupakan salah satu tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas negeri Gorontalo. Setiap program studi dapat berinovasi untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dikonversi dengan mata kuliah yang ada pada kurikulum program studi. Berdasarkan hal ini, telah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Isimu Utara Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan penerapan modul monitoring pajak bumi dan bangunan kepada aparat desa untuk menggantikan sistem monitoring konvensional yang banyak memakan waktu dan tidak efisien. Metode kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menggunakan metode pendampingan dan demonstrasi. Langkah-langkah kegiatan adalah bagaimana penerapan modul monitoring pajak bumi dan bangunan dan dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi modul aplikasi kepada aparat desa lsimu Utara. Application of the research results of lecturers and students to the community is one of the objectives of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Service activities. Each study program can innovate to integrate community service activities that will be converted into existing courses in the study program curriculum. Based on this, community service activities have been carried out in Isimu Utara Village, Gorontalo Regency. The aim of this service is to provide guidance on the implementation of the land and building tax monitoring module to village officials to replace the conventional monitoring system which takes a lot of time and is inefficient.Community Service activity methods use mentoring and coercion methods. The activity steps are how to implement the land and building tax monitoring module and continue with finalizing the application module to North Isimu village officials.

Abstract

Abstract : Design and Construction of a Kaidipang Vocational School Student Attendance System Using WEB-Based RFID and ESP 8266. This research aims to build a web-based RFID and ESP8266 attendance system. This system uses RFID cards to identify students and store attendance data digitally. The methods used in this research are literature study, observation and experiment. The research results show that the RFID and web-based ESP8266 attendance system can read and process data quickly and accurately, and student attendance is recorded correctly. This system can also operate consistently and does not experience significant disruption. The implementation of an RFID-based and web-based ESP8266 attendance system at SMK Negeri 1 Kaidipang is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of recording student attendance data at SMK 1 Kaidipang, which currently still uses conventional attendance, resulting in time inefficiencies, proneness to loss of absence data, and the use of a lot of paper. and attendance printing costs.

Abstract

ft.ung.ac.id adalah sistem informasi yang menjadi media penyebaran informasi dari fakultas teknik UNG. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data awal yang telah dilakukan, belum ada penelitian secara khusus yang terkait dengan evaluasi dan analisis dari segi penerimaan pengguna, manfaat dan kondisi nyata pada sistem informasi ft.ung.ac.id. Sebuah sistem informasi dikatakan layak dan sukses jika memenuhi faktor kemudahan pengguna dan kebutuhan pengguna. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan pengguna ft.ung.ac.id melalui pendekatan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan 3 variabel antara lain persepsi kemudahan (Perceived Ease Of Use), pengaruh persepsi kegunaaan (Prceived Usefulness), dan kondisi nyata penggunaan sistem informasi (Actual Usage) dengan total sampel 340 dari total populasi 2.291. Setelah dilakukan pengujian tingkat penerimaan sistem informasi melalui metode TAM, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ft.ung.ac.id dinyatakan layak digunakan. Pengujian hipotesis memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan dari standar yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 1,967.ft.ung.ac.id is an information system which serves as a media for dissemination of information from thr UNG faculty of engineering. Based on the preliminary data collection that has been conducted, no studies have been conducted specifically to evaluate and analyze user acceptance, benefits, and actual condition of the ft.ung.ac.id system. Information system is considered feasible and successful when it meets the user convenience factor and user needs. The purpose of this study was the measure the level of user acceptance of ft.ung.ac.id trought the tecnology Acceptance moder (TAM) method approach whit tree variables, including Perceived Ease Of Use, the effect of Perceived Usefulness, and the Actual Usage of information system with a total sample of 340 from a total population of 2,291. Furtermoew, after testing the level of acceptance of information system trough the TAM method, it was concluded that the ft.ung.ac.id information system is feasible to use. Hypothesis testing has a significant effect on the predetemined standard of 1,967.

Abstract

Jurusan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo memiliki mata kuliah tentang pembelajaran teknik digital yaitu pada mata kuliah Teknik Digital dan Mikroprosesor, dimana pembelajaran teori dan praktikum dilaksanakan secara bersamaan. Pada kegiatan praktikum, media praktikum yang ada masih sangat terbatas sehingga membuat para praktikan dalam hal ini mahasiswa kesulitan untuk menerapkan berbagai teori yang telah dipelajari. Selama ini, kegiatan praktikum masih dilakukan melalui simulasi pada komputer sehingga kemampuan psikomotorik mahasiswa kurang dikembangkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun modul praktikum dasar-dasar teknik digital yang mencakup gerbang logika dasar, flip-flop (RS, D, JK), multivibrator monostable, display seven segment, counter up down, dan aritmatic logic unit. Hasil dari penelitian modul praktikum yang dibuat diletakan dalam sebuah box koper yang terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu bagian penutup (gerbang logika dasar, RS flip-flop dan D flip-flop), dan bagian utama (input toggle switch, port VCC dan GND, multivibrator monostable, JK flip-flop, display seven segment, counter up down, ALU, dan output indikator LED). Input output rangkaian terhubung dengan banana socket dan tidak terhubung satu sama lain sehingga pada proses pengujian menggunakan kabel jumper yang telah dipasang banana plug dan pengujiannya berdasarkan teori dan data sheet dari setiap modul praktikum.The Departement of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo has digital engineering learning, which is Digital and Microprocessor  Engineering  courses that the theoretical and practicum  learning are conducted simultaneously. In practicum activies, the available practicum media is still limited and affect the practitioners, partycularly students, to implement the theories they have learned. In a recent period, practicum activities are still conducted through computer simulation which affects the stagnant development of psychomotor abilities. Therefore, this research aims to design and create practicum nodules for the basics of digital engineering which include basic logic gates, flip-flops (RS, D, JK), monostable multivibrators, seven segment displays, up-down counters, and unique arithmatic logic. The results of the practicum  module research that was made are placed in a suitcase box which is divided into 2 parts, the closing part (basic logic gate, RS flip-flop, and D flip-flop), and the main part (VCC and GND input toggle switch port, monostable multivibrator, JK flip-flop, seven segment display, counter up down, ALU, and output LED indicators). The input-output circuit is connected to a banana socket but it is not connected to each other so the testing process uses jumper cables that have been installed with banana plugs; the testing is based on the theory and datasheet of each practicum module.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan tempat tinggal dan tempat istirahat yang paling nyaman setelah seharian beraktivitas di dalam dan di luar rumah, serta sebagai tempat menyimpan barang berharga dan barang penting lainnya. Akibatnya, masyarakat melakukan banyak upaya untuk melindungi rumah mereka dari pencurian. Ketika aktivitas orang menjadi lebih rumit, orang menjadi lupa akan hal yang tidak terlalu besar. Kita sering melihat lampu rumah masih menyala di siang hari. Hal ini dikarenakan pengontrolan peralatan listrik khususnya pengontrolan peralatan penerangan sekarang berupa sistem kontrol ON/OFF di dalam rumah, dimana seringkali kita lupa untuk memadamkan lampu rumah, yang berakibat pada semakin borosnya penggunaan listrik. Secara teknis teknologi Internet of Things diciptakan dengan tujuan agar urusan manusia dalam kesehariannya menjadi lebih mudah dan terbantu. dimana salah satunya ialah bermanfaat untuk mengendalikan penerangan dan dapat juga digunakan sebagai pengamanan rumah dengan menggunakan smartphone yang diaplikasikan menggunakan komunikasi internet dari darak jauh. Untuk menciptakan sistem pengamanan rumah dan pengendali penerangan ini, diperlukan suatu perangkat yaitu modul NodeMCU ESP8266 yang menjadi penghubung guna menghubungkan alat pada koneksi internet dan aplikasi Blynk IoT yang nantinya akan mengirimkan notifikasi keamanan serta sebagai pengendali penerangan pada smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen, sistem pengamanan rumah dan pengendali penerangan yang telah dibuat berhasil mengendalikan penerangan dalam rumah dan dapat mengirimkan notifikasi keamanan melalui aplikasi Blynk IoT pada smartphone. Waktu respon dari perintah aplikasi Blynk IoT di smartphone untuk mengendalikan penerangan atau terhadap pengamanan rumah yaitu dipengaruhi oleh kondisi jaringan internet yang digunakan. House is the most comfortable place to live and rest after a day of activities inside and outside the home. Also, it is a place to store valuables and other important items. As a result, people put a lot of effort into protecting their houses from theft. Due to the increasing complexity of people activities, they may forget the little things such as a house whose lights are still on during the day. This is due to the current control of electrical equipment, especially the control of lights, still uses manual ON/OFF switch. Therefore, if people forget to turn off the lights at house, it is very possible that electricity will be wasted. Internet of Things technology is basically created and developed by human to facilitate every job and business in various aspects of life. One of them can be applied in everyday life is being able to control lighting and can also be used as home security from long distances using internet communication via smartphone. To create a home security system and lighting controller, a device such as the NodeMCU ESP8266 module is needed as an intermediary to connect the device to the internet network and the Blynk IoT application which will send security notifications as well as lighting controllers on smartphone. Based on the experiment, the home security system and lighting controller that has been made successfully control the lighting in the house and can send security notifications through the Blynk IoT application on smartphone. The response time of the Blynk IoT application command on a smartphone to control lighting or for home security is influenced by the condition of the internet network used.
