Abstract

Penggunaan sistem penilaian yang kurang tepat yaitu guru hanya terpaku pada buku nilai yang berdasar pada nilai ulangan harian, nilai tengah semester dan nilai akhir semester. Kesulitan yang dialami dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman dan kekurang tertarikan peserta didik pada pelajaran matematika. Peserta didik juga belum mampu mencapai hasil belajar yang sesuai dengan KKM yang di harapkan. Hal ini salah satunya disebabkan oleh Salah satu penerapan model penilaian yang disarankan adalah penerapan penilaian berbasis portofolio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Hasil belajar matematika pada ranah afektif siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas X SMK Cendana Paadangpanjang? (2) Hasil belajar matematika siswa pada ranah psikomotor setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas X SMK Cendana Padangpanjang?, (3) Mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio efektif untuk meningkatkan belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMK Cendana Padangpanjang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar yang merupakan salah satu jenis tes yang digunakan untuk mengukur perkembangan atau kemajuan belajar peserta didik, setelah mereka mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan lembar observasi hasil belajar siswa pada ranah afektif serta ranah psikomotor. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis untuk hasil belajar siswa ranah kognitif diperoleh thitung> ttabel, yaitu 3,738 > 1,699 yang berarti bahwa H_0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio, hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

UPSUS SIWAB Program is a Special Effort for Obligatory Bovine Cows which is a continuation of the government's program of self-sufficiency in meat. The purpose of this activity was to analyze breeders' knowledge and evaluate the success of the program in Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used was a survey method with the results of direct interviews, and questionnaires with various community groups, and farmers. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The result showed that the implementation of the UPSUS SIWAB program in 2018 in Bayang Subdistrict, Pesisir Selatan Regency has not been 100% implemented. However, the information of this special program was known by farmers, as much as 80% from the Animal Husbandry Department's counseling and 20% from fellow breeders. This shows that the counseling or socialization conducted by the government has not reached all farmers in Bayang District. Meanwhile, the results of the performance of this program were the number of acceptors who have been at IB in 2017 (1,213 individuals) and increased by 73% in 2018 (2,100 individuals). There were the number of Artificial Insemination in 2017 (1,314 times) and increased by 92% in 2018 (2,526 times), the number of acceptors pregnant in 2017 (1,158) and decreased by 2% in 2018 (1,136), the number of births in 2017 (766) and decreased by 80% in 2018 (151 tails).

Abstract

In mathematics learning, active participation of students and interaction between students and teachers is a very important thing to get good learning outcomes. Based on the results of initial interviews concluded that still encountered some obstacles in teaching and learning activities. Among them the level of students' understanding of the taught material is still lacking, the interest and motivation to learn the mathematics of students is still low, the students tend to be passive in learning, do not want to ask the teacher. Even to ask friends was reluctant because students who are smart do not want to share with friends. So on this occasion, put forward a learning that is active learning strategy of sharing type of knowledge actively. The purpose of this research is to know how student activity in learning mathematics by using active learning strategy active type of knowledge sharing and to know whether student learning result of mathematics with Using active learning strategies active type of knowledge sharing is better than the result of learning mathematics students without using active learning strategies active type of knowledge sharing. The type of research is experimental research. The design used is Randomized Control Group Only Design. The result of this study is the result of student learning in the cognitive domain obtained through the test of learning achieves the percentage of completeness 86.36%, student activity as a whole is implemented and tends to increase in every meeting. Analysis of final test result data is done using t-test. After t test for hypothesis testing, thount = 2.69, ttable = 1.68, it turns out thount > ttable so that H0 is rejected, thus the result of mathematics learning in students using Active Knowledge Sharing Active Knowledge strategy is better than result Learning of students without using Active Learning Strategy Active Knowledge Sharing type.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Democratic Leadership Style on the Performance of Medical Personnel Mediated by Job Satisfaction at RSUD dr. East Aceh Zubir Mahmud. There are 5 indicators discussed in the Democratic Leadership Style variable, 12 indicators in the job satisfaction variable, and 6 indicators in the performance variable. Data were obtained through a survey of 42 people as a sample representing the study population. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that Democratic Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction have an effect on performance. The results of the study also found that the variable Job Satisfaction mediates between Democratic Leadership Style and Performance.

Abstract

The community service program aims to improve the productivity of cattle farming in the Cendana farmer group in Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra. The program focuses on raising awareness about the importance of providing minerals as a crucial component of animal feed. Minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium play a significant role in the growth and health of cattle. The program results reflect an improvement in farmers' understanding of the role of minerals in animal nutrition. It is expected that they will be able to enhance cattle productivity by ensuring the fulfillment of mineral requirements in their feed. This program has the potential to support sustainable farming efforts by preventing mineral deficiencies in cattle. The training imparted theoretical knowledge and taught proper mineral selection, correct dosages, and cattle's health and productivity benefits. This program encourages livestock owners to apply their newfound knowledge in their day-to-day farming practices. This community service program has the potential to significantly improve the quality and well-being of farmers in the region and support the overall growth of the livestock sector.

Abstract

Dikia Baruda merupakan salah satu bentuk kesenian bernuansa Islam, berupa amalan zikir yang dibawakan secara ritmis yang hidup dan berkembang di Nagari Andaleh Baruah Bukik Kecamatan Sungayang Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Kesenian Dikia Baruda ditampilkan pada acara-acara besar Islam dan acara adat lainnya, biasanya dibawakan secara arak-arakan dan juga sambil duduk tergantung konteks acara dan dimainkan oleh 10-15 orang. Dikia Baruda memiliki beberapa repertoar diantaranya Maulay, Perayaan, Salamin Jamin, dan Dini Hari. Pada repertoar Salamin Jamin terdapat keunikan pada melodi vokal yang berombak dan pola rebana yang bersifat repetitif, dari analisis tersebut berdasarkan pada formulasi formulasi penciptaaan komposisi musik, maka repertoar Salamin Jamin menjadi sebuah ide untuk membuat sebuah komposisi musik baru yang bersumber dari kesenian Dikia Barudah khususnya pada repertoar Salamin Jamin, sekaligus memberikan pemahaman bahwa seni tradisi dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber penggarapan karya baru yang dapat dinikmati oleh semua kalangan. Penciptaan komposisi musik ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan tradisi dengan beberapa teknik pengolahan/penggarapan. Data yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan ide/gagasan berdasarkan studi lapangan berupa observasi, eksplorasi, penyiapan bahan, perwujudan. Data lain diperoleh dari rekaman audio, perpustakaan berupa buku penelitian terdahulu, dan arsip dari daerah setempat terkait kesenian Dikia Baruda, sehingga karya yang dilahirkan tetap berpijak pada nilai nilai tradisi namun lahir dengan kebaruannya.

Abstract

Dayah Darul Faizin is one of the Dayah in Aceh Besar, which has been operating since 2010. Located in Kuta Cot Gle District Village, Aceh Besar Regency. There are 120 students at Dayah Darul Faizin, consisting of 40 men and 80 women. In this area community service is carried out. This service aims to answer the needs of partners, namely Dayah students, in honing their skills in processing marine products in the form of fish and shrimp into various healthy ready-to-eat foods in the form of frozen food for the development of the Dayah economy in the future. The existence of training is also able to be a solution for developing the potential of students in the fields of food security, nutritional fulfillment and entrepreneurship. The service team formulated a 5-day training program by inviting instructors to train and accompany the students in an effort to develop their interests and talents and also train frozen food processing skills. A total of 15 Santri were selected to be training participants in this activity. The main ingredients in making frozen food are Marlin fish (Macaira Indica) and giant prawns. The choice of fish and shrimp ingredients is because they are very easy to obtain in the market, the price is affordable, and they utilize local potential sources. Processed products are stored in the refrigerator freezer and used as frozen food. The practice of training in processing snack foods made from shrimp and fish is easy to apply and has economic advantages to be developed in the future either for family nutritional needs or to be developed into a commercial economic business because there is always market space available for products like this. It is hoped that this practical snack food processing activity will be the beginning of the formation of Dayah Preneurship.
