Abstract

Persoalan pada pengamatan ini yaitu perolehan nilai bahasa Indonesia yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan. Beberapa faktor penyebabnya adalah kompetensi dari guru yang masih belum sesuai dan pengelolaan pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. Pengamatan ini berfungsi dalam mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan pengelolaan pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa. Data pengamatan ini ditelaah dengan memakai analisis jalur (Path analysis). Analisis hasil penelitian X1 = 0,000 dan X2 = 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa regresi pada model ini yaitu variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama dengan Y didapatkan hasil 0,022 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya nilai R2 atau RSquare yang terdapat pada tabel Model Summary adalah sebesar 0,736, Hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 73,6%. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dan pengelolaan pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Silou Kahean.

Abstract

Boen Kim Fung, Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru terhadap Komitmen Organisasi SPK SD dan SMP di Kecamatan Cengkareng dan Kalideres, Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi bagi para guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru lokal SPK SD dan SMP di kecamatan Cengkareng dan Kalideres yang berjumlah 203 orang. Penulis menggunakan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 118 sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif dan korelasi. Data yang didapat dari kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung positif efikasi diri guru terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja guru juga berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Variabel efikasi diri dan kepuasan kerja guru secara bersama sama berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This research contains an evaluation related to the implementation of training for Field Facilitators of the Community-Based Sanitation Program (Sanimas), which is carried out by the Ministry of Public Works, Public Housing, supported by IDB. This program aims to achieve community outreach to proper sanitation services. The Ministry of PUPR through the Community-Based Infrastructure Work Unit recruited Field Facilitators as personnel to assist the community in program implementation. Training has an important role to equip TFL before carrying out their duties. This qualitative research uses the Root Case Analysis approach. The data was obtained using purposive sampling technique by observing the location of the WWTP, in-depth interviews with program actors at the central, provincial, city/district, kelurahan levels and Focus Group Discussions with TFL. The study shows that the training for TFL was carried out well when viewed from the administrative side but has not been carried out optimally. The stages in training management, such as Training Need Analysis, planning, preparation of training materials, training implementation, and training evaluation were not carried out properly. The impact that occurs is that TFL's performance is not maximized in achieving the Key Performance Indicators that have been set by the program.

Abstract

After going through the Covid-19 Pandemic, the learning of Christian Religion Education at Citra Blessing Citra Indah Junior High School experienced a decrease in students' interest in learning. This happens because the teacher conveys learning material almost the same as a pastor who preaches in church. Interaction between teachers and students rarely occurs because teachers give more lectures or explain material at length which in the end makes students feel bored and even rarely do assignments given by teachers at school. Therefore, the authors wish to conduct research in schools using digital media learning to increase students' interest in learning at school. Classroom action research with a qualitative approach is the research method used in this study. This research was conducted in the city of Jonggol, Bogor district with the research subjects being Grade VII students at Citra Blessing Middle School, Citra Indah. The results of this study are that the Christian Religion learning system in this school can bring about a change in mindset about digital media that God uses to preach the Kingdom of God in this world and teachers want to be open to continuing to upgrade themselves and optimizing the Christian Religion learning system in class. Thus this makes it easier for Christian Religious Education teachers to deliver learning material, minimize the application of paper and be creative in using digital learning media in the form of Ebooks, questions and student answer sheets in the form of Test Forms, quizzes and games as well as a variety of interesting learning applications such as Flip HTML, Canva, Pixton, Quizizz, Kahoot, Edpuzzle, Word Wall, Deck Toys, etc. which can be applied after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the learning environment, inquiry, and learning interest on student social studies learning assessment. The participants involved in this study are 130 students from public primary schools in South Jakarta. Data collection consists of social studies learning score, learning environment scale, inquiry scale, and learning interest scale. The results of the study show that the learning environment, inquiry, and learning interest directly influenced student social studies learning assessment in which inquiry and learning interest have a significant effect on student social studies learning assessment.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan belajar, inkuiri, dan minat belajar terhadap penilaian belajar Ilmu Pendidikan Sosial (IPS) siswa. Peserta yang terlibat adalah 130 siswa dari sekolah dasar negeri di Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan data terdiri dari skor pembelajaran IPS, skala lingkungan belajar, skala inkuiri, dan skala minat belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar, inkuiri, dan minat belajar secara langsung mempengaruhi penilaian belajar IPS siswa. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effects of Project-Based Learning development in social studies to improve students’ higher-order thinking skills in the fifth grade, from Al Mursyidiyyah Islamic primary school in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) and quasi-experimental method. Research and development (R&D) is used to develop Project Based Learning to improve students’ higher-order thinking skills in the fifth grade of Islamic primary school. The quasi-experimental method is used to find the difference of students' higher-order thinking skills improvement using project-based learning models in social studies against students who get learning with conventional learning models. Data collection techniques in this study used to test and observation instruments. Thus, this study finds that project-based learning in social studies improves students’ higher-order thinking skills. The novelty of this research is the development of project-based learning in social studies can improve the higher-order thinking skills of Islamic Primary School students.   AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dalam pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Mursyidiyyah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dan metode kuasi eksperimen. Metode R&D digunakan untuk mengembangkan project based learning dalam IPS untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dan metode kuasi eksperimen digunakan untuk mengetahui perbandingan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS yang menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest-posttest Design dimana kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol tidak dipilih secara random. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes dan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasisis proyek dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Novelti penelitian ini adalah pengembangan pembelajaran berbasisis proyek dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi sangat pesat pada masa sekarang ini, sehingga setiap pristiwa yang terjadi baik dan buruk, pada waktu yang bersamaan dapat diketahui oleh semua pihak termasuk peserta didik. Hal ini memberikan makna pada bahwa semua pristiwa yang terjadi, seperti: maraknya korupsi, kebebasan seksual, perkosaan anak-anak, pornografi, narkoba, dan perilaku kehidupan yang tidak mencintai/peduli lingkungan, menjadi konsumsi peserta didik kita sehari-hari. Sangat disadari bahwa model pendidikan kita saat ini belum cukup mendorong peserta didik khususnya generasi usia produktif untuk peduli pada lingkungan hidup. Dikatakan demikian karena pelaku pendidikan, seperti: orangtua, guru/pendidik, para pemimpin, dan masyarakat kurang memberikan contoh teladan harmonis dengan lingkungan, yang dapat ditiru anak-anak atau peserta didik. Orangtua menyerahkan anaknya pada guru, sebaliknya guru mengembalikannya kepada orangtua, sementara pengaruh teknologi informasi memberi dampak pada perilaku anak didik. Maka dibutuhkan model pendidikan guru khususnya guru vokasional yang menjadi contoh peduli pada lingkungan hidup. Model pendidikan ini dapat berjalan jika ada kemauan untuk melaksanakannya. Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengemukakan adanya model pendidikan guru vokasional yang memperhatikan dan peduli lingkungan hidup. Kita semua menginginkan agar generasi usia produktif, yaitu siswa-siswa yang sekarang belajar di PAUD/TK, sekolah dasar/SD, dan bayi yang akan lahir lima tahun mendatang, memperoleh pendidikan yang layak dan mencintai lingkungan hidupnya agar keberlanjutan dapat diwujudkan. Abstract

The research aims to design integrated green roof rainwater harvesting. The design was underway to provide alternative solutions to open green space in Universitas Negeri Jakarta by-law No. 26 of the year 2007 that was not yet satisfied. The law requires a minimum of 10% of the entire land to become open green space. Therefore, the design was carried out on the roof of one of the buildings in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The design was done through a bold literature study, identifying the physical and biological characteristics, analyzing potential and constraints on the site, and designing with a retrofitting approach. Based on the calculation of the total area of the roof in Universitas Negeri Jakarta using Google Maps, green roof applications can qualify extents of open green space according to the law. The results of the design consist of three areas on the roof vegetation planted using a tub for producing with a height of 30 cm and 60 cm with the types of plants in the form of groundcover and hedgerows. The roof layer is designed with the media is a mixture of plant organic and inorganic material. Keywords: green roof, open green space, rainwater harvesting

Abstract

The use of synthetic fiber gipsum board began to be reduced and replaced with fiber derived from nature, one of the fibers that can be replaced is a pineapple fiber. Therefore, further research on the utilization of pineapple fiber waste as a substitute for synthetic fiber is required. This research is a comparative quantitative research using experimental method by conducting 2 (two) characteristic tests consisting of physical properties test and mechanical properties test with pineapple fiber usage of 5% and 6% as gipsum board fiber. Based on physical and mechanical properties test, it was found that pineapple fiber gipsum board with 6% fiber usage had better value and quality compared to commercial gipsum board. This result can be used as reference of testing about building materials that are environmentally friendly and can be applied as one of the material resources in vocational education.
