Abstract

This research is oriented to the urgency of developing digital media for early childhood with the aim of describing the types of digital media owned and needed by schools such as digibooks, coloring applications, interactive videos, storytelling applications; and interactive game applications (a combination of digibooks, coloring, interactive videos and storytelling), as well as digital media owned and needed by schools for developmental aspects such as religious and moral values, cognitive, physical motoric, language and socio-emotional early childhood. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the research subject, namely educators and education staff at the PAUD level in West Java Province. The results of the study include 1) the type of digital media for early childhood that is most widely owned by schools, namely interactive video types (53.1%); 2) the types of digital media for early childhood that are most needed by schools are types of interactive game applications, namely a combination of digibooks, coloring, interactive videos and storytelling (67.4%); 3) Digital media owned by schools for aspects of language development (61.7%); 4) Digital media needed by schools for aspects of socio-emotional development (71.8%).

Abstract

This study aims to observe how the Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development Program is implemented in ECCE units. The survey's conclusion that Bogor Regency's use of Integrative Holistic ECCE is still subpar served as the impetus for this investigation. This study uses a descriptive, qualitative research design. The PAUD unit in Bogor Regency hosted the study for three months, from March to May 2024. This study includes principals and instructors as subjects. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis method that is applied. Data reduction, data visualization, conclusion drafting, and data verification are among the stages of data analysis. Using triangulation, the data's veracity is verified. According to the study's findings, principals and teachers have a positive attitude toward PAUD HI, employ effective strategies or methods in their programs, and work together with the government, non-governmental organizations, parents, and the private sector. However, one of the main challenges in putting PAUD HI programs into practice in ECCE units is the lack of funding, facilities, and teaching staff, as well as a lack of resources for the learning environment and parent involvement. The study's conclusion The Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development (PAUD HI) program faces a number of obstacles during implementation. To overcome these obstacles, the community, government, and educational institutions must work together well, actively involve parents, improve infrastructure and human resources, and conduct periodic evaluations.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam praktik asesmen pembelajaran pada kurikulum Merdeka di pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian dilakukan pada empat lembaga PAUD di Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Interview dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah dan pendidik sejumlah empat orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penilaian yang digunakan pendidik berupa lembar pengamatan ceklist, penilaian portofolio dan penilaian hasil karya, dalam menyusun penilaian ditemukan menggunakan format pada kurikulum 2013, terdapat dokumen penilaian yang dilakukan pendidik dengan menggunakan foto berseri yang mengacu pada kurikulum Merdeka tapi belum maksimal, kesulitan dalam merumuskan alur tujuan pembelajaran dan mengintegrasikan dengan bentuk penilaian, pada pelaksanaan penilaian pendidik masih terfokus ke indikator STPPA sehingga dalam menggunakan lembar pengamatan belum merujuk pada profil pelajar Pancasila, hasil penilaian dan pelaporan penilaian perkembangan anak belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Implikasi hasil temuan ini bahwa pendidik dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan mengembangkan profesionalnya dengan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan, dan pendampingan baik secara mandiri maupun dengan cara berkolaborasi khususnya dalam mendalami penilaian dalam kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Unmet Needs in family planning (FP) remain a concern in many countries worldwide and can, therefore, adversely affect women, families, and society. Around 12 percent of women worldwide have an unmet need. Such effects include widespread disease, increased maternal mortality, and psychological disorders among women. This study aimed to elucidate the factors associated with the unmet need for family planning. The research approach used was a systematic review, literature was identified through Google Scholar, PubMed, and (NLM): National Library of Medicine. A systematic review and literature analysis of 9 articles was carried out, which utilized secondary data and cross-sectional study designs. Unmet needs are significantly related to maternal age as well as educational level. Unmet needs are generally higher among younger and less educated women than among those with higher levels of education. Therefore, it is recommended to provide appropriate health education related to contraception and family planning to women and their families to enable better decision-making regarding their reproductive health. Furthermore, improved access to contraception can reduce the prevalence of unmet needs in family planning.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tinggi rendahnya IMT (Indeks Masa Tubuh) berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor yang mengakibatkan timbulnya gangguan siklus menstruasi. Seseorang dengan status gizi overweight memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami anovulatory chronic. Perempuan dengan kondisi tersebut memiliki sel-sel lemak yang lebih banyak, sehingga terjadi proses produksi hormon estrogen yang berlebih. Metode: Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non-eksperimental atau bersifat observasional analitik. Data akan dikumpulan dari responden penelitian sebanyak satu kali menggunakan kuisioner yang dibuat berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang akan diteliti mengenai hubungan obesitas dengan gangguan siklus haid. Hasil: Didapatkan mahasiswi obesitas dengan polimenorrhea sebanyak 7 orang, mahasiswi obesitas dengan oligomenorrhea sebanyak 8 orang, dan 21 responden dengan obesitas memiliki siklus haid normal. Kesimpulan: Hasil uji statistik menunjukan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara obesitas dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi.

Abstract

Penyakit Alzheimer (AD) merupakan gangguan neurodegeneratif progresif yang ditandai oleh penurunan fungsi kognitif, memori, dan perubahan perilaku, serta belum tersedia terapi kuratif yang efektif. Kompleksitas patogenesis AD yang mencakup akumulasi beta-amiloid (Aβ), stres oksidatif, dan neuroinflamasi mendorong pencarian strategi terapeutik baru yang menargetkan berbagai jalur molekuler secara simultan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran protein Klotho dan asam lemak omega-3 rantai panjang sebagai agen neuroprotektif potensial dalam pencegahan dan penanganan AD. Metode yang digunakan berupa tinjauan literatur naratif berdasarkan artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh melalui pencarian sistematis di berbagai basis data ilmiah internasional antara Januari 2019 hingga Maret 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa protein Klotho berperan penting dalam menekan neuroinflamasi melalui jalur NLRP3/caspase-1, menstimulasi autofagi, serta meningkatkan pembersihan Aβ melalui pengaruh terhadap transporter di sawar darah otak. Asam lemak omega-3 seperti DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) dan EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) memberikan efek neuroprotektif melalui mekanisme peningkatan integritas sawar darah otak, pengurangan stres oksidatif, dan perbaikan fungsi glifatik otak. Beberapa uji klinis juga menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi intervensi metabolik mampu meningkatkan fungsi kognitif dan struktur otak pada pasien AD. Dari hasil ini bahwa pendekatan multi-targeted yang mencakup Klotho, omega-3, dan aktivator metabolik menunjukkan prospek signifikan sebagai strategi terapi neurodegeneratif yang lebih efektif dan holistik terhadap Alzheimer.

Abstract

In the past, playing was done offline, and various tools or physical resources were usually used to support the play (non-digital play). As time goes by and the digital era enters, a new classification of play is discovered, namely playing using technological devices (digital play) (Marsh et al., 2016; Undheim, 2022a). However, this raises the question of whether digital play has the same essence in terms of play, which is supported by play theories that can support children's development. This research focuses on the concept of digital play in early childhood. This study utilizes a literature review. Data were collected through Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyze Extension for scooping reviews using 3 databases, namely; Google Schoolar, Science Direct anda Taylor & Francis Online Journal databases. The presentation brings out the concept of digital play with the support of play theory and its influence on early childhood development then how teacher support digital plat, which will be used in the research to seek advice from the audience.
