Determining the location of land for apartment investment is usually done manually by relying on intuition, experience, and some considerations from the apartment developer. For this reason, the determination of the location of the land must go through the right analysis and calculation so that the best location can be determined from various criteria. Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method Yager model is a decision support system method that can be used in this system. This FMADM method will compare alternative locations with predetermined criteria including land prices, land area, road access, land conditions, and the environment. The final result of this process is the selection of total values to obtain alternative locations, so that the best results from three alternative locations are obtained, namely Banguntapan with the largest total value of 0.600, Seturan with values of 0.085, and Kulon Progo with a value of 0.292. E-commerce or electronic commerce is an activity related to the purchase, sale, marketing of goods or services by using electronic systems such as the Internet or a computer network as a medium. In its development, e-commerce website has a lot of models and concepts, one of which is a replica website. Replica website is a reflection of the website host website itself. Website replica would be obtained if it had been making purchases on the website o f the parent (stta.name:8000) or web replica owned by a member (stta.name:8000/  sponsor=namaanggota). If you already have a replica website then the owner can sell online using the web replica, and can change the prices ofgoods as well as web background replicas. Besides being able to change the price and the background, a replica web owners are also entitled to a bonus from the purchase o f its products downline level 1. For the award is the excess of the price that has been modified with an initial price of a web master or web links above. Monitoring the activity on social network is a web-based application used to monitor the activity o f students or children in socially mediated by parents or teachers. Social media educational been created to support student learning in school. The application o f monitoring usedSelection Sort Algorithm. Selection sort algorithm used to sort the data based on the results o f monitoring input the desired date. From the test results can be concluded that this application can be used to monitor the activity o f children in social media education based on status, comments,and messages. The results o f this study indicate that parents o f Mutiah (user) monitoring the activities o f their children based on the status o f the results o f an update 8 (eight) status starting from the date o f July 26, 2016 until August 2, 2016 with the sequences data from the newest date and time until the oldest data or sorting from the greatest data and average results obtained from testing using a questionnaire with 30 respondents and the amount calculated by the Likert method is 80.97% with the criteria o f "Very Good".

A comic has its own characteristics compared the other types of books. The difference between comic and other books can be seen from the category o f period, material and physical. Comicand other booksneeded an application o f classification system. Looking for the problem, classification system was made using Chi Square Feature Selection and Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the comic based on the period, material and physical. Delphi programming language and Oracle Database are used to build the Classification System. Chi Square Feature Selection acquired trait a comic is in 0.10347 and which not comic is in 1.9531. Furthermore, data is classified by the Naive Bayes algorithm. From 120 titles o f comic that consists 60 titles o f comic and non comicused to build classesfor trainand 60 titles o f comic and non comic used to test. The results o f Naive Bayesalgorithm for comic is 96,67%with 3.33% error rate, and non comic is 90% with 10% error rate. Family Income Improvement Company (UP2K) - Fostering Family Welfare (PKK) is a form of activity aimed at improving the family economy. The UP2K-PKK in Prawirodirjan brings together 27 players in the goods and services trade. It is possible to increase the marketing of UP2K-PKK participants' products in Prawirodirjan by creating product profiles as a means of offering or promoting. To create a product profile, you can create product photos using a smartphone. Taking pictures to take pictures of products requires photography and photo editing techniques using a smartphone. Improved photographic techniques and photo editing skills of UP2K-PKK participants can be achieved through training support provided by lecturers from the Computer Science Department of the Yogyakarta Adisucipto College of Technology as a form of community service activity.

Cabin crew scheduling in the world of flight must be made very carefully. Because in making cabin crew scheduling there are several requirements that must be met by the scheduling officer such as flight time, cabin crew working hours and rest hours. In making the scheduling it takes a long time because the scheduling officer must ensure the cabin crew's duties in carrying out their duties do not exceed or violate these requirements. Therefore, a cabin crew scheduling system was created to assist schedulers in making cabin crew scheduling using PHP and Oracle databases. This scheduling system is designed to be able to calculate flight time, cabin crew working hours and cabin crew rest time so that scheduling officers no longer have difficulty synchronizing these requirements so that cabin crew officers do not violate these requirements with just one step in the process. This system succeeds in doing 9 Minutes 50 Seconds faster than doing it manually in making just 1 flight route. Salah satu kelemahan alat pengatur isyarat lalu-lintas (APILL) di persimpangan Gondomanan dan Bintaran adalah tidak adanya koordinasi di antara keduanya. Hal ini telah mengakibatkan terjadinya antrian panjang kendaraan dan kemacetan lalu-lintas. Salah satu solusinya adalah digunakannya sistem pengatur isyarat lalu-lintas terkoordinasi. Tujuan metode ini adalah agar sebagian besar kendaraan di jalur utama dapat melewati kedua persimpangan tersebut tanpa mendapat isyarat merah. Prototipe sistem pengatur isyarat lalu-lintas terkoordinasi ini terdiri dari dua APILL, yaitu APILL master dan slave. APILL master mengatur lalu-lintas sesuai jadwal, sedangkan APILL slave mengatur lalu-lintas sesuai jadwal dan mengikuti pewaktuan dari master. APILL slave dapat menambah atau mengurangi waktu hijau beberapa fase agar pewaktuan kedua APILL menjadi sinkron. Program pengatur isyarat lalu-lintas terkoordinasi ini dijalankan di mikrokontroler AVR ATmega128A. Program hanya menggunakan tidak lebih dari 10 % sumber daya prosesor, sehingga dapat dikembangkan dengan leluasa tanpa mengganti prosesor yang digunakan. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that develop in the community and can increase Indonesia's economic growth. These MSMEs are spread in many areas, including the Patuk District in Gunung Kidul Regency and are engaged in products and services. Until now, the marketing of products carried out by SMEs in Patuk District is conventional marketing, which is marketing products through relationships within the business community. So it is very important to increase product marketing by using online marketing based on social media, one of which is using Instagram. The use of Instagram as a marketing medium also requires the use of endorse and hashtags to further optimize marketing. Therefore, SMEs in Patuk Subdistrict need training on how to use Instagram as a marketing strategy, especially on how to utilize endorse and hashtag so that marketing is expected to be more optimal and targeted. To meet the needs of partners (UMKM actors), mentoring is used in the use of endorse and hashtags on Instagram social media as a product marketing medium by implementing community service, which is a lecturer in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Adisutjipto College of Technology. This assistance can improve the ability of SMEs in Patuk District to utilize endorse and hashtag using Instagram as an effort to improve product marketing. The results of the community service activities show that 10% of community service participants have not been able to use Instagram optimally because they only come on the first day, 20% of community service participants have been able to use Instsgram well but have not been optimal in using endorse and hashtag, and 70% of community service participants have very optimal using Instagram and utilizing endorse and hashtag.

Transportation  is  one  of  the  important  aspects  in  a  region,  where  public transportation  take  effect  on  the  mobility  of  the  people.  To  achieve  a  good transportation can be create, so that the infrastructure and other supporting factors are  needed. Yogyakarta municipality  area  has  a lot  of  public transportasion,  one  of them  is  “Trans  Jogjaâ€Â  bus,  where  each  bus  line  has  its  route  to  reach  any destination.  It  is  needed  a  supporting  media  that  can  provide  information  about  the route for each bus line so that people can be easily deciding which bus line that can use to reach their destination. Those information presented in the form of animation with  an  interesting  and  informative  media.  The  use  of  animation  as  an  information media  that  shown  as  a  route  trip,  bus  line  including  bus  stop  and  departing passangers  place  assessed  can  be  use  as  one  of  the  other  option  for  obtaining information except from a conventional map.

Rice plants can be attacked by various kinds of diseases which are possible to be determined from their symptoms. However, it is to recognize that to find out the exact type of disease, an agricultural expert’s opinion is needed, meanwhile the numbers of agricultural experts are limited and there are too many problems to be solved at the same time. This makes a system with a capability as an expert is required. This system must contain the knowledge of the diseases and symptom of rice plants as an agricultural expert has to have.  This research designs a web-based expert system using rule-based reasoning.  The rule are modified from the method of forward chaining inference and backward chaining in order to to help farmers in the rice plant disease diagnosis. The web-based rice plants disease diagnosis expert system has the advantages to access and use easily. With web-based features inside, it is expected that the farmer can accesse the expert system everywhere to overcome the problem to diagnose rice diseases.
