Abstract

Dalam era revolusi industry 4.0, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOT’s) merupakan suatu keterampilan yang dibutuhkan seseorang agar berdaya saing tinggi yang seharusnya diperoleh siswa dari pengalaman belajar, khususnya pembelajaran matematika melalui pemecahan masalah tak rutin dan pembuatan keputusan yang kompleks. Saat ini, secara umum pembelajaran matematika di sekolah, termasuk di Lampung Timur, masih kurang bahkan belum mewujudkan aktivitas yang berorientasi HOT’s. Penyebab utama kondisi ini salah satunya adalah ketrampilan berpikir ktreatif guru yang masih rendah.  Karena itu, suatu pelatihan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan berpikir kreatif guru matematika SLTP di Kabupaten Lampung Timur melalui kajian konsep segiempat dengan pendekatan inkuiri-discovery merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting dan mendesak untuk dilaksanakan. Adapun metode yang diterapkan meliputi aktivitas refleksi, pemaparan materi, focus group discussion (FGD) konsep segiempat dengan pendekatan inkuiri-discovery, presentasi hasil, dan penugasan membuat produk yang ditargetkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data n-gain diperoleh peningkatan ketrampilan berpikir kreatif tergolong tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,68. Peningkatan ketrampilan guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar dan desain pembelajaran segiempat berorientasi HOTs yang sangat baik dan sedang berturut-turut sebesar 54,84% dan 45,16%. Abstract

Literasi menjadi kemampuan yang sangat urgent yang harus dimiliki seseorang apalagi di era yang semakin berkembang ilmu pengetahuannya seperti sekarang ini. Literasi maetematika menjadi salah satu literasi yang sangat berguna yakni literasi matematika membentuk kemampuan seseorang untuk merumuskan, menerapkan dan menafsirkan matematika dalam berbagai konteks termasuk melakukan penalaran secara sistematis. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menggali informasi, menggambarkan, dan mengetahui literasi matematika materi aljabar ditinjau dari gaya kognitif siswa.  kelas 7 SMPN 1 Sekincau, Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai pengetahuan operasi matematika tentang materi aljabar perspektif kognitif siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah gaya kognitif siswa yakni Field Dependent (FD) dan Field Independent memiliki perbedaan dalam hal penalaran, tata cara pengerjaan dan model pendampingan siswa. Subject FD belum mampu memahami penalaran spasial dan belum bisa mandiri, sedangkan subject FI telah menguasai penalaran spasial dan mandiri

Abstract

Various technological and information facilities that are now developing are no longer tertiary materials but have become necessary for everyone, including students, to own. This is undoubtedly a challenge for every teacher to be able to optimally utilize existing facilities to support the achievement of learning objectives. One of the learning technologies that can be used is technology-based learning media such as thinglink. This service aims to increase teacher knowledge in making thinglink-based presentations and skill in making thinglink-based presentations. The method used is lecture and practice. The activity targets high school mathematics teachers in Pringsewu Regency who are members of the Mathematics MGMP. This service activity will be carried out at SMAN 1 Sukoharjo, Pringsewu. This training is beneficial for mathematics teachers at Pringsewu District High School because the teachers have the knowledge and skills to make mathematical thinglink presentations after participating in this training. The training activities have also increased teachers' confidence in preparing engaging mathematical presentations. ABSTRAKBeragam fasilitas teknologi dan informasi yang kini berkembang bukan lagi menjadi bahan tersier melainkan menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang wajib dimiliki setiap orang tidak terkecuali peserta didik. Hal ini tentu menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi setiap guru untuk dapat memanfaatkan secara optimal fasilitas yang ada guna menunjang pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu teknologi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran adalah media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi seperti thinglink. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dalam membuat presentasi berbasis thinglink, dan terampil membuat presentasi berbasis thinglink.  Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan praktek. Sasaran kegiatan adalah guru matematika SMA di Kabupaten Pringsewu yang tergabung dalam MGMP Matematika. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Sukoharjo, Pringsewu.  Pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi guru matematika SMA Kabupaten Pringsewu, karena setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini guru memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat presentasi matematika thinglink.  Kegiatan pelatihan juga telah meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam menyusun presentasi matematika dengan menarik.  DOI: https://doi.org/10.23960/rp/v2i2.hal.123-128

This research was aimed to determine effect of  application of the Cooperative Setting Interactive Learning Model (PISK) on the Student’s Mathematical Critical Thinking Ability. The factor that influences students' mathematical critical thinking skills is the lack of use of learning media in schools. This study used One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, with subject 20 students at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 3 Krui and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Based on results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula. Based on results of t-test, tcount 14.75 > ttable 2.093 at 0.05 significance level. This showed that the PISK has an influence on mathematical critical thinking skills on student learning. According to the test criteria H0 was rejected. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis inkuiri dengan pendekatan kontekstual berorientasi pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Adapun jenis penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D). Teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan tes. Model R&D yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Pengolahan dan analisis data pemecahan masalah matematis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik dengan software SPSS statistics versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu LKPD berbasis inkuiri dengan pendekatan konstekstual untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sudah layak, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa

Abstract

This research is research on the development of teaching materials in the form of e-modules based on ethnomathematics. This type is a qualitative descriptive research. The research data collection instruments were form of teacher needsanalysis interview sheets, and student needs analysis questionnaires. The teaching material developed is the form of an e-module using a Flipping book. The research subjects consisted of a teacher and 28 grade VIII junior high school students. The results of the needs analysis obtained that 78.6% of students answered that they had textbooks or other guidelines but 61% ofstudents answered that they did not look for learning materials anymore only from school books, as many as 75% of students wanted to learn using teaching materials other than textbooks or worksheets, then as much as 82% answered that the learning media used by teachers didn’t contain culture in mathematical concepts, and 71% of students thought that it was necessary to use media e-modules based on ethnomathematics to learn mathematical concepts in culture. These results indicate that it needed to develop teaching materials emodules based on ethnomathematics.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru matematika jenjang SMP, membekali guru dengan keterampilan merancang pembelajaran matematika kontekstual, Mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning). Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru terkait integrasi isu-isu global seperti Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dengan materi matematika yang diajarkan di kelas. Selain itu, pembelajaran matematika sering kali dianggap abstrak dan terpisah dari konteks kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk mengintegrasikan SDGs melalui pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan ini melibatkan guru matematika SMP dalam oraganisasi MGMP di Bandar Lampung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru mengenai SDGs yang terlihat dari skor pre test dan post test.

Abstract

Mathematical representation ability is the competence to present mathematical ideas in symbolic, visual, or verbal forms. This descriptive qualitative research aims to analyze students' errors in solving statistics problems based on mathematical representation ability, conducted through a literature study. The results indicate that students still have difficulty representing mathematical ideas (symbolic, visual, verbal). Key errors include conceptual errors (selecting formulas), inaccuracy in charts/diagrams, and inability to connect the data context with its representation. The contributing factors are the lack of conceptual understanding and a focus on procedures. This finding is expected to serve as a reference for teachers to strengthen students' mathematical representation ability, particularly in statistics material.

Abstract

This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) that adapts the ADDIE model. This research aims to develop LKPD based on the RME model with a scientific approach that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' mathematical communication skills. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and mathematical communication ability tests. The data collection instruments were interview guidelines, expert validation questionnaires, and response questionnaires. The research was conducted at the UPT SMPN 1 Pardasuka in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The results showed that the developed LKPD met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective. The effectiveness test results showed that LKPD based on the RME model with a scientific approach could improve mathematical communication skills. The average N-Gain score for the experimental class was 0.717, which is in the high category, while the control class scored 0.633, which is in the moderate category. The t-test results showed a significance value of 0.034 < 0.050, which means that there was a difference between the two classes. Therefore, it can be concluded that LKPD based on the RME model with a scientific approach is effective in improving students' mathematical communication skills.
