Abstract

For the Muslims, the position of the Prophet Muhammad is not only transmitting the revelations, but also explaining and realizing them in all aspects of his life. Therefore, the description of how and what he ate is included as parts of the hadith. Nevertheless, the practice of hadith can not be separated from the assessment of the quality of these hadith. The results showed that the hadith associated with the Prophet?s tableware and Food is authentic both from its sanad and matan. The Hadith can be understood as a form of the humble life style of the prophet.  This attitude fits with what is said in the Qur'an and the Hadiths.

Abstract

Imam Syafi?i merupakan tokoh multi keilmuan di bidang keislaman. Ia  menguasai sastra, tafsir, hadis, fiqh, ushul fiqh dan lainnya. Bahkan untuk bidang keilmuan yang disebut terakhir, ia dipandang sebagai peletak dan  penyusun bidang kajian ushul. Namun di atas segalanya, ia adalah pendiri mazhab al-Syafi?i yang banyak dianut oleh mayoritas masyarakat muslim di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Di antara karyanya yang fenomenal di bidang fiqih adalah kitab al-Umm. Dalam penulisan kitabnya, Imam al-Syafi?i menggunakan sistematika penulisan berdasarkan tema tertentu dan selanjutnya menguraikan bahasannya dalam bentuk bab dan sub-bab bahasan. Dalam mengistinbat hukum, Imam al-Syafi?i menggunakan dalil al-Qur?an terlebih dahulu baru kemudian hadis dan qias. Terdapat beragam pandangan terkait keaslian kitab al-Umm sebagai karya Imam al-Syafi?i namun pendapat yang kuat bahwa kitab tersebut adalah karya al-Syafi?i meski tidak ditulis langsung olehnya.

Abstract

This article discusses the debates regarding the interpretation of al-Nisa (4) 34 [Holy Quran] that was advocated by many ulama. There exists a significant difference that indicate a greater role for women. Based on the assumption that the leadership of men over women can be absolute, given (wahby)or by effort (kasby), the final views of leadership entails the consequence that not all men can become leaders for women, even in domestic matters. Nevertheless, these two views are still strongly indicative that men are equals to women in all forms of leadership and does no differentiate between domestic or public matters of leadership.

Abstract

Unlike the case of physical and sexual violence and ignorance that have been included in KUHP and KHI, the psychological violence regulated in PKDRT Law is unique because the provision is not mentioned in other legislation. However, the case of psychical violence commonly happens in the household. Because of its verbal characteris- tic, both the perpetrator and the victim sometimes do not realize it. Psychical violence in PKDRT may cause an act that results in fear, loss of confidence, loss of ability, feelings of helplessness, and or severe psychological suffering to a person. In a hadith, the Prophet SAW forbids a husband to say bad things to his wife. The Hadith can be understood as a prohibition from the Prophet that Muslim are not allowed to commit psychical violence in the household. [Berbeda halnya dengan kekerasan fisik, seksual dan pengabaian nafkah yang termuat dalam KUHP maupun KHI, kekerasan psikis yang diatur dalam Undang-undang PKDRT merupakan suatu bentuk kekhasan karena ketentuan tersebut tidak disebutkan dalam perundangan lainnya. Meski demikian, kekerasan psikis ternyata lebih sering terjadi dalam rumah tangga karena sifatnya yang verbal sehingga baik pelaku maupun korban kadang tidak menyadarinya. Kekerasan psikis dalam PKDRT dapat berbentuk perbuatan yang mengakibatkan ketakutan, hilangnya rasa percaya diri, hilangnya kemampuan bertindak, rasa tidak berdaya, dan/atau penderitaan psikis berat pada seseorang. Dalam sebuah hadis, Nabi Saw. melarang suami untuk mengatakan hal yang buruk terhadap istrinya. Hadis tersebut dapat dipahami sebagai larangan Nabi Saw. untuk melakukan kekerasan psikis dalam rumah tangga.]

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan respon aktivis mahasiswa Muslim Kalimantan Selatan terkait wacana moderasi beragama yang diinisiasi Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia untuk mengetahui adanya potensi konflik dan integrasi di tengah masyarakat. Sikap beragama yang terlalu ke kanan akan melahirkan tipe beragama radikal dan terlalu kiri akan menghasilkan sikap liberal. Hal ini cukup mengkuatirkan jika berakhir dengan konflik. Sementara moderat adalah jalan tengah antara kedua sikap tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang berupaya mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pemikiran aktivis mahasiswa Muslim terkait moderasi beragama yang mencakup komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti-kekerasan dan akomodatif terhadap budaya lokal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah aktivis mahasiswa yang ada di empat kampus yakni UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, STAI Darul Ulum Kandangan, STIQ Amuntai dan STAI Rakha Amuntai. Data digali dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan diolah dengan tiga tahap yakni reduksi data, display data dan penarikan simpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pada aspek respon, meski mayoritas tidak mengetahui moderasi beragama namun mereka setuju dengan wacana tersebut dalam pengertian toleransi. Pada aspek sikap beragama, mahasiswa sangat moderat. Sedang pada integritas dan konfllik baik intra maupun antar agama diselesaikan dengan saling komunikasi dan toleransi namun bila terjadi konflik maka pemerintah turut menyelesaikannya. Faktor penyebab konflik adalah perbedaan pandangan keagamaan yang berakibat pada gesekan sosial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya sosialisasi lebih lanjut sikap moderasi beragama di Perguruan Tinggi agama maupun umum karena mayoritas mahasiswa yang diteliti tidak memahami arah moderasi beragama.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the pattern of integrating knowledge in learning at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. It has become a core issue at State Islamic Religious Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN), especially after the status change of several Islamic higher education institutions from STAIN or IAIN to UIN. This status change has had significant consequences on the shift in the fields of study at UIN, which were originally focused solely on Islamic sciences and have been expanded to include general sciences, both social and natural sciences. Many issues remain unresolved regarding the implementation of knowledge integration in the faculties at UIN Antasari, ranging from policies on knowledge integration in learning, the patterns of knowledge integration practiced by lecturers, and the extent to which lecturers respond to research on knowledge integration. The patterns of knowledge integration employed by some lecturers in the learning process include relating or presenting Quranic verses and Hadiths in the teaching of general subjects, and relating or presenting general knowledge in the teaching of Islamic studies. The integration models include informative and complementary approaches. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which involves capturing the state of institutions, communities, and other entities based on the facts found. The research findings indicate that the pattern of knowledge integration involves lecturers relating Quranic verses and Hadiths in the teaching of general subjects, and integrating general knowledge in the teaching of Islamic studies, as well as using informative and complementary models.

Abstract

Preaching in rural communities has its own challenges, including the harsh character of the community, limited facilities, and diversity of beliefs. Effective approaches and strategies are needed in dealing with these conditions. This study aims to explore the problems and strategies of local wisdom-based da'wah applied by Ustad Qasim in the Meratus Inland, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed several problems faced, namely: 1) the location that is difficult to reach, 2) the hard and diverse character of the community, 3) limited facilities, 4) diversity of beliefs (Islam, Christianity, and Kaharingan), and 5) the lack of public understanding of the teachings of Islam. The da'wah strategies applied include: 1) optimizing the function of the mosque and the role of the community, 2) communication and adaptation strategies, 3) educational and exemplary strategies, and 4) economic development for students. This research contributes to the development of local culture-based contextual da'wah methods with a holistic da'wah model that integrates religious education, economic empowerment, and social cohesion. Through this strategy, Ustad Qasim succeeded in overcoming the challenges of da'wah in the Meratus Hinterland, creating positive changes, and strengthening community social harmony.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran tafsir, dasar-dasar argumentasi, pendekatan, model, metode, implikasi, dan relevansi argumentasi tafsir di Pondok Pesantren Rasyidiyah-Khalidiyah, Ibnul Amin, Darul Hijrah, dan Darussalam. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari pengajar tafsir di pondok-pondok pesantren tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pengajar tafsir adalah lulusan pondok pesantren yang melanjutkan ke S1 dan S2, menggunakan metode terjemah, ceramah, dan langsung; 2) Dasar-dasar argumen meliputi rujukan argumen (Tafsir al-Jalalayn, Shafwah Tafaasir, al-Tafsiir al-Madrasiy), kaidah-kaidah argumen (kesederhanaan, koherensi, komprehensif), dan validitas argumen (tidak terukur dengan baik); 3) Pendekatan argumen yang digunakan adalah analogi, reduktio, dan dialektik, dengan model bertolak dari premis mayor naqliyah dan premis minor dari silogisme; 4) Metode argumen meliputi metode persamaan (method of agreement), metode perbedaan (method of difference), dan metode persamaan-perbedaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of divorces and cases of domestic violence in Indonesia. So this study aims to determine the quality of the hadith regarding gentleness in the household as a sign of goodness and understand its meaning with a psychological approach. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of literature study, the problems in this study are examined using a takhrij approach and the meaning of hadith within the scope of psychological discussion. The results obtained from this study are the first, the quality of the hadith about gentleness in the family is a sign of this goodness of valid quality (H.R Ahmad Number 24.427), this is illustrated by the results of takhrij conducted. Hadith sanad is continued and has fair and strong memorization of narrators, then the hadiths also do not conflict with the Qur'an, other traditions, reason, facts, and history. secondly, the meaning of this hadith when viewed from a psychological review is in line with the existing hadith, that gentleness is one of the characteristics of someone who has a meaningful personal life and this leads him to the gate of happiness. Thus, a gentle attitude both in the view of Islam and psychology is something that brings goodness and avoids a person from the negative impacts that occur due to communication that prioritizes the ego, especially in married relationships.
